"Are you sure about it.", Gerald asked me and I gave him the 'look' before I rolled my eyes.
It happened a few minutes ago while we were having coffee and the so called snacks, when I had another vision. However this time it looked like something that would happen few hours from now.
This new found power of mine has turned me into someone that can predict the future, well at the moment I am already predicting adverse things, maybe In the future I might as well predict favorable things, well its just a thought, but deep down I wanted to predict something good.
"Malina dear, I'm asking again, are you sure about it", Gerald asked again and I nodded.
"Absolutely, I saw it in my vision", I said before coughing, realizing my mistake.
"I'm sure, I saw it with my eyes. I heard a few rogues chat before I took them down because they were being indecent. There is a rogue pact that is going to arrive in Cantele river side soon. I think you should deploy some of your guards there, your prior presence there would catch them off guard". I said with confidence while everyone stair at me with a serpent focus.
"Why should we believe you and go after the rogues and ignore the information our experienced team has given us?".The lycan king who is more like an eagle questioned and I could sense a hint of mockery in his voice.
"Do you think because you showed up in one night and caught some rogues in the yard we should just follow you", he's subordinate added.
"Are you seriously mocking me now after I proved to you few moment ago how useless your 'experience team' is", I said while standing and looking angry but Gerald held my hands making me scoff.
Come to think of it, my mind has been going wild all through the moment ive been here and nothing strange has happened, I hope it keeps going like this, I don't want to end up killing anyone again with just a thought.
Busy with my thought and suddenly I hear a loud growl and noticed it was the lycan king and I scoffed.
"Seriously?, you are getting angry because I placed the truth and fact about your team, really" I asked.
"Malina calm down, he is the king", Gerald said, raising his voice to make me calm.
Massaging my hands with a smile on his face as we sat down, I realized, King peter is the king and no matter how crazy I am, I still shouldn't show my dissatisfaction when I'm just a guest or it might jeopardize the council.
'You know, we shouldn't be bothering him with our plan, we should do it ourselves and I bet his handsome face will comfort when he realize that he made a mistake'. Ashley said.
'Ever since what happened at that forest, you went mute and then you became your usual self with extraordinary abilities but do remember in the vision there were over 30 rogues, Are you seriously saying i should go there by myself?, we will be beaten black and blue, let's just leave it as it is. We need their help whether we like it or not. You know this vision, it keeps bugging me if I don't react to it. I don't know how to control it yet', I said and she hummed.
"Well, I don't think we should shut up from stating our point of view just because he's the King. Anyway, I have a better proposal, why don't we divide the team in two part and see which one bring to the council the bigger win", I said and both uncle Francis and Gerald looked at me thoughtfully.
"Well, its not a bad idea but I have to ask, How confident are you with this information and what makes you think the rogues didn't say it to catch us off guard", The lycan king asked.
"I'm one hundred percent more cofident than your so called experience team", I saod with a smile before the king stood up.
"Fine, I agree with the plan, let's see how true your information is about tge rogues and this pact they are about to seal. Gather the team and divide them into two", The king ordered and everyone left the room.
Taking my phone out, I was about to exit the room when king peter and I bumped into each other. I looked at him thinking he would move back because clearly both of us couldn't go through the door at the same time but he didn't.
"Aren't you going to step back?", hame asked me as both of us got stucked in the gatepath trying to get past each other.
"Why?, I was and still the first in every thing, the first to get to the door, the first to provide information", I said as he tried to squeeze himself through the door again as I exerted the same amount of force back at his side.
"Are you seriously going to fight me for this?", he asked and I scoffed.
"I know my right, its either you take a step back or we keep doing this. I came here first, I was going to allow you go earlier but after what you just did, there is no way I'm giving that chance. I'm not afraid of you because you are some kind of king. Keep that powerful aura fo your subordinate". I said while looking in his eyes thinking he would resolve to violence but what he did shocked me.
He smirked and picked me In his arm, making my chest collide with his as I widened my eyes while looking a t him.
Just what the hell is this about?.
