Chapter 13 - 13. Neural Reconfiguration Seal

"Danzo craves control," Hiroshi said, "So I'll give him the illusion of it."

Hiroshi said as his smirk got wider "We already have all thing we need, from clan library's even one human test subject,

…I will create a seal that literally rewires someone's brain."

"rewire? You're planning to use sealing technique like that? That's… risky."

Hiroshi waved her concern away. "Risky, yes. But it's also genius. Think about it—if I can create a technique that rewires neural synapses, I'll be able to mold someone's mind however I want. Memories, behavior, emotions—it can all be controlled or altered."

Nova's voice was skeptical but intrigued. "And you're basing this on the Yamanaka clan's techniques, right? Mental jutsu is their thing."

Hiroshi nodded, his fingers moving deftly as he inscribed more symbols into the parchment.

"Exactly. The Yamanaka clan's Mind Body Switch Technique already shows the potential of neural control. But their methods are temporary and limited. I'm thinking bigger—something permanent, something that rewrites the brain on a fundamental level."

He turned his attention to the projection of Yamanaka clan techniques he had stolen during one of his many covert missions. The mental manipulation jutsu were laid out in detail, their mechanics illuminated by Nova's analysis.

"Okay," Hiroshi muttered to himself. "The Yamanaka techniques focus on transferring consciousness and overriding a target's will. It forcefully guide Neurotransmitters to the way caster wants, but it's not permanent."

"So what's your solution?" Nova asked.

Hiroshi taped few seal and image of connection of two neurons, neural synapse come in to view, but there was red microscopic chakra thread connecting at synapse.

"Seals," Hiroshi said simply. "A complex seal that calculate, disconnect and reconnect neural synopsis. If it works I'll have a method to permanently rearrange someone's brain."

"But the brain isn't static, Hiroshi. It's a complex, ever-changing network of synapses. You'd need a seal that can adapts, responding to changes in real time." Nova said,

"Exactly," Hiroshi replied with a grin. "And that's where my dark and space affinities come in." he taped on red thread.

"By integrating spatial elements into the seal, I can create a self-adjusting matrix that adapts to the target's neural activity, and only let selected information pass through it."

"it's like …. a transistor? you will make neural synopsis work like transistors!? Only letting selected information pass through it!"

"Yep, and with seals controlling those thread I will make their brain programmable biological computer!"

For hours, Hiroshi worked tirelessly, layering seal upon seal on the parchment. The design was intricate, a complex web of interconnected symbols that glowed faintly with chakra.

Nova monitored his progress, occasionally chiming in with suggestions. "You'll need a failsafe, Hiroshi. If the seal goes haywire, you don't want the target's brain turning to mush."

"If the target's neural activity becomes unstable, the seal will deactivate and reset their brain to its original state."

Nova let out a low whistle. "I've got to hand it to you, Hiroshi. Are you sure you will not become hentai protagonist right?"

"…wait until I make body for you."

After hours of painstaking work, the seal was finally complete. Hiroshi held the parchment up to the light, admiring the intricate design.

"Let's test this bad boy," he said, his voice tinged with anticipation.

He picked up small cage containing a single, tranquilized rat.

Hiroshi placed the rat gently onto the center of the seal and activated it with a single hand sign. The seal glowed brightly, and for a moment, the air hummed with energy.

The rat twitched as the chakra matrix took hold, and Hiroshi watched intently as the seal's symbols began to shift and reconfigure. He reached out with his own chakra, guiding the process carefully, mapping the rat's primitive neural structure and making small adjustments.

"Let's see if this works," he murmured.

After a few moments, the seal deactivated, and the rat lay still. Then, slowly, it stirred, blinking up at Hiroshi with what seemed like newfound awareness.

"Success," Hiroshi said, his smirk widening.

"What did you do to it?" Nova asked.

"Nothing too complex," Hiroshi replied. "Just a simple command—go left when I snap my fingers."

He snapped his fingers, and the rat immediately scurried to the left side of the cage.

"Impressive," Nova admitted. "But a rat is one thing. A human mind is exponentially more complex."

"I know," Hiroshi said, his tone serious. "But this was just proof of concept. With a bit more refinement, this technique will be ready for real use."

Hiroshi's smirk widened. "Danzo."

"Of course," Nova said with a chuckle. "But you'll need to prepare. Danzo's not exactly the kind of guy who'll sit still and let you slap a seal on his head."

"Don't worry," Hiroshi said. "We got many tricks from Uchiha's for that."

He activated the seal, the parchment glowing brightly before disintegrating into a fine mist of chakra. The mist coalesced into a glowing, three-dimensional array that floated in the air before him.

"Perfect," Hiroshi muttered, his eyes gleaming. "Nova, log this as 'Neural Reconfiguration Seal Version 1.0.'"

"Logged," Nova replied. "So, when's the big debut?"
