That day, Liam and Klinton, with the help of the spirit world, moved McKayla's baby things, including her crib, and carefully set up her room in the church. They worked tirelessly to recreate the room as closely as possible to how it had been back at home.
The day was long, but by evening, the room was ready, and they felt a sense of accomplishment.
Meanwhile, Haylie was learning to adapt to her new life in the spirit world. Her heart grew lighter when she discovered her friend Mia was there with her. With Mia's presence, Haylie no longer felt alone and was grateful to have someone she trusted by her side.
As the sun dipped below the horizon and they completed the final touches, Liam stood in the hallway of the building, waiting for Klinton.
