I had never slept so peacefully as I did in Liam's arms. He was like a warm, fluffy teddy bear, and the whole time I lay quietly, wrapped in his comforting embrace. It felt as if I hadn't truly rested in ages—until now.
His warmth calmed me in a way nothing else could, and a part of me wished I could stay like this forever.
When I finally woke up, a soft glow of happiness filled my heart. I couldn't help but smile as I looked up to see him still asleep, his expression relaxed and peaceful. He looked so adorable, with his slightly messy, misty-brown hair and lips parted just a bit as he breathed.
If I had my camera with me, I'd have captured this moment for sure—it was too perfect not to remember.
He smelled incredible—a delicious, earthy mix of early morning woods and fresh rain, like the perfect scent of the forest after a downpour.
