....Siri turned away from the mysterious girl, her pace steady as she navigated through the crowded arcade. The girl's intense gaze had been unsettling, but Siri's expression remained neutral, her eyes fixed on the familiar sights and sounds of the arcade.
She didn't feel the need to look back or acknowledge the girl further, her attention already shifting to the gaming stations ahead.
Siri walked back to the gaming station, her eyes scanning the area for familiar faces. She spotted the racing game center, engrossed in their games, and her gaze landed on Nat, who was playing a game with Chan.
Chan, focused on the game, didn't notice Siri's arrival. Nat, however, caught her eye and nodded casually in greeting. "Hey Siri "
Siri returned the greeting, her expression neutral. "Hey Nat " he exchange the greeting casually,
The tension between them was palpable, a reminder of their earlier argument. Siri had invited Nat to meet up at the arcade, hoping to smooth things over.
Chan, still oblivious to Siri's presence, continued to play the game, his fingers flying across the controller. Nat, however, took a moment to tease Chan, "You're going down, Chan!"
Siri raised an eyebrow, watching the exchange with interest. Chan, determined to win, shot back, "No way, I've got this!" His voice fullied with determination
Nat chuckled, and Siri found herself smiling slightly, despite their earlier agurement. The tension between them began to dissipate, replaced by the familiar camaraderie of the racing game .
"Hey, Siri, tell Chan here that he can't win," Nat said, grinning, while waiting for Siri to support him confidently.
Siri rolled her eyes good-naturedly. "Oh, I don't know, Nat. Chan seems pretty confident." She teased
Chan, eager to prove himself, exclaimed, "Yeah, I'm going to crush you, Nat!"
The game resumed, with Siri watching from the sidelines, a small smile still playing on her lips.
As the game neared its end, Siri found herself cheering Chan on, urging him to win. Nat, laughing, shouted back, "No way, Siri, you're supposed to be on my side!" Jokingly
The game ended, with Chan emerging victorious. Nat grinned, clapping Chan on the back, while the rest stand there with disbelief to Chan's victory.
"Good game, Chan. You finally won one." Siri teased Chan, making everyone laugh. Siri smiled, feeling a sense of relief wash over her. Maybe, just maybe, things were going to be okay between her and Nat
As Chan rejoice with the rest of the members, while jokingly teasing Nat,
Vor glanced at his watch. "Hey, guys, it's already 10:50 PM. We should start heading out." He said in a serious tone,
" That's true "Dee agrees while looking at her watch, " we should leave now if we don't want to get in trouble" she adviced
They all agreed and began to make their way out of the arcade ,
" Bye, see you guys tomorrow" Vor greeted as he makes his way out
" Good night guys, see you tomorrow" Dee also greeted as she also makes her way out
" Bye guys" Chan greeted as he also makes his way out," And Siri I'm still waiting for the rematch " he jokingly says to Siri making everyone laugh again before finally leaving,
" Bye" Nun greeted , " Nat aren't you leaving" she asked Nat who showed no sign of leaving,
" I will, see you at home" Nat calmly replies
" Okay, bye Siri" Nun greeted Siri who also didn't look like she was ready to leave yet, before leaving them
As all the rest of the members left leaving only Siri and Nat, The mood instantly became awkwardly silent as the both of them don't know what to say each other , Nan aware of the awkwardness decided to break the silence
Nat turned to Siri and asked, "Hey, you want to grab something to eat? I'm starving." Casually
Siri hesitated, unsure of how to respond. But as she looked at Nat, she saw the genuine smile on his face, and her expression softened slightly.
"Sure," she said, her voice a little softer than usual. "I could eat, but I Actually,want to play the Claw Machine first," Siri said, her eyes lighting up with interest.
Nat raised an eyebrow. "You've played it before?" He said a shocked tone as he stares at Siri
Siri shook her head. "No, but I don't mind trying." While smiling at Nat's confused looks
Nat also smiled . "Alright, let's give it a shot. We can play together." He casually says to Siri
