"Hehehe~"
The bullet struck the edge of the rooftop behind Wakamo, shattering stone and sending debris flying. Tiny shards scratched the surface of her fox mask, leaving jagged marks. Wakamo calmly reached up and brushed the scratches with her thumb, her fingers feeling the coarse texture. Her lips curled into a low, sinister laugh.
"The adult is mine..." she muttered, her voice dripping with possessiveness.
Through the scope of her rifle, she tracked her target below. Bullets whizzed past her ears, slicing through her hair and grazing her mask, their sharp whistles like a chorus of death. Yet, Wakamo's grip on her rifle remained steady, her ten fingers unmoving as though welded to the weapon.
Her smirk widened. "If I kill all the flies disturbing me and sensei, then there will be no one left to challenge me!"
A torrent of anger churned within Wakamo's heart, a rage that now erupted like a violent tsunami. Her fury transformed into a crimson blaze that surged through her body, pouring into her weapon.
It wasn't just a weapon anymore—it was an extension of her rage. From her fingertips to the muzzle, her sniper rifle glowed with a bright red brilliance, hotter and more radiant than any flame.
The fiery glow illuminated the rooftop, spreading a sinister red light across the skyline. The crimson flames radiated power, burning brightly against the backdrop of the police station's chaos.
This wasn't the calm, calculated precision of a sniper.
This was raw fury.
It was the declaration of a predator unleashing its primal wrath:
You. Everyone. All of you must die!!
[Crimson Flower Divination]
Lina, now targeted by Wakamo's deadly skill, quickly realized the danger. Her instincts flared. Without hesitation, she raised her hand, summoning her own defensive power.
"[Aegis!]" she shouted.
A radiant yellow shield sprang to life, encasing Lina in a protective dome of energy. The shield shimmered like golden sunlight, standing firm against the approaching destruction.
Bang!
The roar of Wakamo's shot shattered the air like an explosion, louder and more deafening than thunder. The space around the muzzle seemed to ripple, distorted by the sheer force of the blast.
This was no ordinary sniper shot—it was a cannon blast, more akin to the main gun of a tank than any firearm.
The ground beneath Wakamo's feet cracked and splintered, her boots crushing the rooftop as she absorbed the recoil. For the first time, her precision faltered, the barrel of her rifle tilting slightly upward from the sheer force of her unleashed power.
A crimson meteor streaked through the air, trailing behind it a blazing tail of lava-like flames. It carved through the night sky, tearing apart the sound barrier and leaving behind a trail of destruction in its wake.
The fiery projectile raced toward Lina, unstoppable and overwhelming.
But Lina's shield held firm. The collision between the blazing meteor and the golden barrier sent shockwaves rippling through the street below. The sheer force of the impact shattered nearby windows, shook buildings, and sent debris flying in every direction.
Lina gritted her teeth, her feet sliding backward as she braced herself against the force. Her shield flickered and wavered, cracks forming along its golden surface, but it didn't shatter.
Wakamo's laughter echoed across the battlefield, cold and unrelenting.
"Still standing, huh?" Wakamo sneered, leveling her rifle for another shot. The crimson glow around her weapon intensified, and her eyes burned with a feral light. "Let's see how long that shield lasts!"
Lina took a deep breath, her fingers tightening around the grip of her handgun. The yellow glow of her shield steadied, the cracks mending as she poured more of her strength into it.
Her eyes met Wakamo's across the battlefield.
"You think I'm just gonna let you walk all over me?" Lina shouted, her voice defiant. She raised her handgun and aimed it squarely at Wakamo. "Let's see who's really stronger!"
The two locked eyes, their determination burning as brightly as the flames around them.
In the distance, Sensei watched the fight unfold, his heart pounding in his chest.
He wanted to intervene, to stop this madness before it escalated further. But as another crimson meteor erupted from Wakamo's rifle, clashing against Lina's golden shield, he realized just how powerless he was.
"Lina... Wakamo..." Sensei muttered, his fists clenched tightly at his sides.
As the battlefield lit up with fiery explosions and shimmering light, Sensei could only do what he can.....

Ta-ta-ta-ta-ta!
The rhythmic thrum of helicopter propellers filled the air as the Valkyrie Police Academy's aerial unit hovered near the site of the battle. Inside the sleek black helicopter, a glowing blue hologram displayed Rin, the Chief Administrative Officer, her expression calm yet focused as she addressed the team.
"Have you located Schale's Sensei?" Rin asked, her eyes narrowing slightly as she studied the black-haired girl in the hologram.
Hasumi, her large black wings flaring slightly, shook off the dust and debris clinging to her feathers. She stood amidst the wreckage of what had once been a bustling part of Kivotos, now reduced to a chaotic battlefield. "We nearly got blown to pieces by an aftershock of the fight between Kosaka Wakamo and an unknown student," she reported, her voice steady despite the circumstances.
Rin's gaze shifted, scanning the rest of her team. Chinatsu sat nearby, her arm wrapped tightly in bandages, wincing as a field medic secured the final dressing. Behind her, Suzumi, pale but determined, steadied herself against the wall as she limped toward Rin with a slight grimace.
Rin's mind raced as she pieced the situation together. She had received intelligence about a suspended student—a certain dangerous individual who had recently escaped from the Federal Corrections Bureau. Her lips pressed into a thin line.
"Kosaka Wakamo?" Rin asked grimly.
Hasumi nodded in confirmation. "Yes. She was armed and completely out of control, just like the reports warned us. The devastation she caused was... extreme."
"And the other student?" Rin pressed.
Hasumi hesitated for a moment before speaking. "We don't have full confirmation yet, but the unknown student fought on par with Wakamo, even deflecting her most dangerous attacks."
"...Lina Astra," Yuuka's voice cut in from the side.
Rin glanced over as Yuuka, who had remained silent until now stepped closer to the hologram. The girl with navy blue hair, known for her sharp intellect, spoke with a mix of irritation and disbelief. "According to my observation, the unknown student fits Lina Astra's profile—a runaway who's been missing for two months. That girl!" Yuuka's voice rose slightly in exasperation.
"Lina Astra?" Rin repeated, arching an eyebrow.
"Yes. She's a student at Millennium Science School, but she's been missing for ages. And now she's picking fights with someone as dangerous as Fox of Calamity? What is she thinking?!" Yuuka threw her hands up in frustration.
To Yuuka, Lina was more than just another troublemaker. She was... a friend, or at least, someone Yuuka had considered a friend. But to Lina? Yuuka wasn't sure if that sentiment had ever been mutual.
Rin's gaze darkened as she processed the new information. "A runaway student, an escaped convict, and Sensei caught in the middle... this situation is spiraling out of control."
Hasumi, ever calm, interjected. "What are your orders, Chief Rin?"
Rin turned toward the window of the helicopter, her sharp eyes focusing on the rising plumes of smoke and flickering flames below. "We prioritize securing Sensei. Wakamo and Lina are secondary. If we don't stop this now, it will escalate into something we can't contain."
Yuuka frowned but nodded. "Understood. But if I can... I'll talk to Lina myself. I might be able to bring her back before this gets worse."
"Be careful," Rin warned. "Neither of them are in their right minds right now."
With her orders given, the helicopter descended closer to the ground, ready to deploy the team. Meanwhile, Rin kept her gaze locked on the hologram, her thoughts heavy.
If Kosaka Wakamo and Lina Astra weren't stopped soon, Part of Kivotos would pay the price for their battle. And Sensei... she silently hoped that he could survive the chaos long enough for them to reach him.
------------------------------
Sensei quickly surveyed the chaotic scene, his heart pounding as explosions and gunfire echoed in the distance. He stepped through the debris-strewn streets, his eyes scanning for anyone who needed help. His attention was drawn to a familiar figure—Kanna, who was guiding a group of injured students to safety.
"Kanna!" Sensei called out, hurrying toward her.
The blonde-haired officer turned to him, her canine-like ears twitching slightly at the sound of his voice. Her sharp blue eyes narrowed as she saw him approaching. "Sensei? What are you doing here? You need to get out of here immediately—it's far too dangerous! You don't have a halo to protect you!"
Sensei stopped in front of her, his expression resolute. "I can't just leave. This fight between Wakamo and Lina... it started because of me. If anyone gets hurt because of that, it's on me. I need to do something to help."
Kanna stared at him, her usually stern face softening just slightly. For a moment, she hesitated, weighing his words. Finally, she nodded, her respect for him evident in her gaze. "As expected of an adult..." she murmured under her breath. She straightened and spoke firmly. "Alright, Sensei. If you're going to help, stay here and assist me in evacuating the students. But whatever you do, don't get too close to the crossfire. Without a halo, you'll be torn apart by even a stray bullet or spell."
Sensei nodded in agreement. "Understood. Just tell me what I can do."
Kanna handed him a first aid kit she had slung over her shoulder. "Take this. Tend to the injured who can't move on their own. I'll handle the rest. And Sensei..." She paused, her tone softening. "Be careful."
With that, Kanna turned and continued her work, barking orders to other students and directing them toward safer zones. Sensei knelt by a nearby injured student, quickly assessing their wounds and doing what he could to stabilize them. His hands worked steadily, his mind focused, even as the thunderous sounds of Wakamo and Lina's battle raged in the distance.
In the chaos, he couldn't stop thinking about Lina and Wakamo. He didn't want anyone else to get hurt because of him, and he silently vowed to find a way to stop this madness before it escalated further. For now, though, his priority was clear: to help those who couldn't help themselves.

As Lina threw her handgun away, it began to dissolve into shimmering particles, Her voice rang out, firm and determined, "[Melefic Gun!]"
From her outstretched hand, a massive, cannon-like weapon began to materialize, its sleek design glowing with a pulsating blue energy. The intricate patterns etched onto its surface radiated power as it took full form in her grasp. Lina , pointing the weapon at Wakamo. "Do you think you're the only one with cool moves?!"
Without hesitation, Lina began charging the weapon, the tip glowing a bright blue as energy gathered rapidly. Meanwhile, Wakamo unleashed a barrage of shots, but every bullet ricocheted harmlessly off Lina's shimmering shield, [Aegis], surrounding her in an unbreakable, golden barrier.
The cannon hummed louder, the energy becoming unstable as it reached its peak. Lina's voice echoed across the battlefield, "[Destruction Rush!]"
With a deafening roar, Lina fired a colossal blast of Malefic Energy straight at Wakamo. The overwhelming blue projectile tore through the air, leaving a crackling trail of energy in its wake. Wakamo, eyes wide beneath her fox mask, leapt aside just in time, narrowly avoiding the devastating attack.
The blast streaked past Wakamo and struck the building behind her. For a moment, everything fell silent. Then—
BOOM!
The structure disintegrated into nothingness, and a massive pillar of light erupted from the blast site, surging into the sky like a beacon. The ground shook violently, the shockwave knocking debris and rubble everywhere. Lina stood tall, her cannon still emitting faint wisps of blue energy, as the battlefield was enveloped in the aftermath of her devastating attack.
Wakamo, now crouched amidst the rubble, clenched her rifle, her crimson aura blazing like wildfire. "Not bad," she growled under her breath. "But if you think that's enough to stop me, you've got another thing coming."
Lina smile, confident in her move's power. "That was just a taste. You better surrender before I really get serious."
Wakamo stood up, brushing debris off her kimono. The fox mask tilted slightly as she adjusted it. "Serious, huh? Let's see how you handle this, then." With a deep breath, she raised her rifle, its barrel glowing a vivid crimson as the ground beneath her began to crack and burn.....
Meanwhile, Sensei, having just finished treating another injured student, looked up at the massive pillar of light piercing the sky. His expression was a mix of awe and deep concern. He turned to Kanna, who had also paused, wide-eyed at the destructive display...
(A/n: Lina mean delicate or elegant but her character is far from it T-T
Astra mean star maybe it relate to her power? who know....)
