"So you're saying that you're gonna give us superpowers free of charge." Ronin says enthusiastically as he vibrates uncontrollably.
"Yes, you guys can have any supernatural ability that you want and I'll be able to grant you it." Chromitrix says as she conjures herself a golden throne and happily sits in it.
"How are you able to do that." Tyreek says while trying to contain his excitement.
"Are you dumb, I told you I was the creator of the Multiverse, what do you mean, how can I do that?!" Chromitrix exclaims almost as if she was offended.
"My bad I don't think I was there for that, I must have spaced out, well anyway continue."
"Damn, I love you guys, but you guys are idiots most of the time, I guess you should expect that from people that do content creation." She whispers under breath.
She waves her hand and a large round table begins to appear out of thin air along with chairs for the seven of them to sit in.
"Now take a seat and you can tell me the superpowers you want, and then I can go tell you about your second gift." She says as she sips tea that she conjured for herself.
They all happily take a seat at the table and begin to contemplate what they want their superpower to be.
"Oh and I'll give you guys two superpowers instead of one, on behalf of Miles request."
"'What, I wasn't going to ask you anything like that, yet."
"Well you see, I can view the past, present, and future all at once, and even chose what happens at those times, however each outcome is it's own timeline, so I grab an event from another timeline and place it in this one." *Sips* She takes a drink of tea.
"And the thing is, in this timeline Miles asks for two superpowers, and I tried to tell him no, but he managed to persuade me, so before you guys got here I tried to chose a timeline where he didn't persuade me." *Sips*
"And he somehow managed to persuade me in every single timeline that exist, and anytime I tried to create a timeline where he doesn't even ask for two, one of you six bring it up and he starts again, so I gave up." *Sips*
"You can have two superpowers, and that's final." She says as she finishes her tea and tosses her cups behind her and it vanishes.
"Can we perhaps have three. . ."
"I will kill all of you 100 times over, if you don't just pick your superpowers." She says as she grows in size while interrupting Ronin.
"Okay guys just pick what you want, and enough with the teasing." Cerik says nonchalantly.
"Can we add her to our friend group? I like her," Antonio whispers to Yosai.
"Shut the fuck up and decide your powers, but I agree," He whispers back.
"Well, I know what I want for my abilities." Cerik says as he holds a smile on his face and looks at Chromitrix from across the table.
"Well, you look like you want something that is intriguing." She says with a smirk as curiosity shines within her eyes.
"Now, are you sure there is no limit to what our powers can be." Cerik says with laughs under his breath.
"There is nothing that you can pick that will make me regret or worry about my decision, so what do you want." She says with full confidence.
"I want the power of the Atom, and a powerful ass sword that has the ability to negate or cancel abilities." He says as he leans back in his chair and props his feet on the top of the table.
The confident smile that was on Chromitirx's face quickly fades to a face of regret.
"Shit, I forgot that I got rid of all the changes to this timeline, dammit!" She screams out as she covers he face with her hands and begins to kick the air in annoyance.
"Dude, I think you broke her." Night says while trying to hold in his laughter.
"Did you know that was gonna break her or something." Ronin asks.
"No, it's the fact that someone from our group now has a power as powerful as atom control, that just spells chaos." Cerik says while he puts his fingers together and begins to chuckle.
Chromitrix calms down from her meltdown and sits back into her throne.
"Fine you can have those as your powers, but you get them after everyone else picks theirs." she says as she looks at Cerik with a death stare.
"Who's next."
"Me, my turn." Miles says as he raises his hand in excitement.
"I want the ability to have complete control over MY life, and one other thing that I want to whisper in you ear."
"Okay, so the first one, you just want the ability to control when you die, or something?" She asks, tilting her head confused.
"Well you see, the basics of this power is that I can control anything that has to do with my original body, that being molecular or abstract."
"However, the broken part of this power is that my consciousness is connected to the me's across the whole multiverse, and if I die I can restart my original body from where I died with the ability, stats, and experience that version of me had, and it stacks each time I die, like a rouge-like, but you don't lose your progress."
"That is an interesting power, and since I can't object, sure, however, what is the second one you want." Chromitrix says as the look of hopelessness surrounds her face.
"Oh yeah."
He stands up and runs over her and asks for her ear.
She leans down to hear him, and he whispers his second power into her ear.
"That one doesn't feel as bad, but it is still stupid, go sit down."
Miles runs back over to his chair, and as he does Night stands up and begins to tell what powers he wants.
"I only want some basic powers, but broken ones, give me matter control and time manipulation." He says with an ear to ear smile.
"That is the most tame one so far, fine with me."
"Who's next." She says annoyed.
"I'll go next." Tyreek says while he slumps back into his chair.
"I just want the power of darkness, and the power to imagine whatever I want into reality." After he says that he instantly falls asleep.
"Okay whatever."
"I want the ability to conjure the coldest ice." Yosai says while he leans back in his chair.
"You only want one, are you sure?" Chromitrix looks at him with confusion.
"Yeah one is fine."
"You're my favorite right now." Chromitrix says as a small tear falls down her cheek.
Ronin raises his hand to go next.
"What is yours?"
"I want the ability to absorb anyone or anything and gain their properties and abilities, and that everything that I absorb can get transported into a pocket dimension that I have full control over."
"Sure, that is fine with me." She says as she buries her head into her hands.
"~Senorita~ Can I have the ability to draw whatever I want into reality and super speed?" Antonio asks as he takes a hat from his back pocket and places it on his head backwards.
"That's perfectly fine with me, and why did you call me senorita?" She says as she lifts her head from her hands.
"Finally everyone told me their powers, and what you picked is final, no switching."
She snaps her fingers and everyone begins to feel the quick but strange change to their bodies.
"Why do I feel different." Cerik says as he begins to scan his body with his hands.
