BEEP BEEP
A digital clock beeped as time hit seven in the morning. Gentle sun rays fell into the room from the window beside the bed.
The bed wasn't too big nor too small either, but it could fit a man comfortably. On the bed was a young man sleeping in.
He had long white hair that came down to his shoulders. His face was chiselled with long eyelashes.

The man appeared to be in a deep sleep as he didn't wake up even after the door to his room opened and a young man who had the same features as him.
The woman had long white hair that came down to her waist; she wore a white T-shirt and blue jeans over her perky body.
"Tsk! Look at him sleeping in until this late!" the woman exclaimed as she sat beside the young man.
"Tian'er, wake up!" she said as she held his chin and shook his face. But the young man didn't wake up.
Frowning a little, the young woman tried again, "Tian'er, wake up!" But the man was still asleep.
Frowning further, she leaned over to his ear and said, "Tian'er, if you don't wake up, I am going to yell in your ear. Don't blame me after that!" But the man was still unresponsive.
The woman huffed to herself in challenge. She then took a deep breath and leaned closer to his ear when he said, "What are you doing, big sis?"
The woman was a little surprised that her little brother woke up; she leaned back up, "Hmph! Who sleeps in on his own birthday!" she exclaimed as she folded her arms.
"Normal people." The young man replied flatly.
SNICKER
The woman snickered at this, but then a small smile bloomed on her face as she unfolded her arms and leaned forward over his head.
"Happy birthday, Tian'er." She said as she kissed him on his forehead.
The man smiled in response and said, "Thank you, big sis."
"Come downstairs, Mum is waiting for you. She has prepared your favourite breakfast!" the woman exclaimed as she stood up.
The man nodded, "Okay, I will be down in five minutes." He informed. The woman then left the room while the man stayed in his bed for two more minutes before getting out.
He then tidied his bed before getting out of the room. He then went downstairs, where his mother and sister were waiting.
"Happy birthday, Tian'er." A woman who appeared to be in her 40s said as she ran into him and hugged him tightly.
She had long wavy brown hair and bright green eyes. She wore a brown turtleneck T-shirt and black pants over her voluptuous body.
The young man hugged her back and thanked her, "Thank you, mom."
But his mother didn't let go; instead, she tightened her hug around him and kissed him on his cheek. "Let's stay like this for a while, okay?" She whispered.
The young man nodded while his sister smiled at this; she knew her mother was attached to her little brother and did not feel jealous.
His mother let him go after a few moments and said, "You're all grown up now."
But the man shook his head, "Yet, I will always be your baby." The man said with a smile.
CHUCKLE
The woman chuckled in reaction as she nodded her head, "Yes, you will always be my baby!"
"Then what about me?" the man's sister asked as she walked up to them with a pout.
"What about me, mom? Am I not your baby anymore?" the young woman asked.
The young man shook his head while their mother chuckled as she pulled her daughter into a hug, "You are my baby too. You both are my precious babies!"
The trio hugged each other for a little while when the mother asked, "Tian'er, have you brushed your teeth yet?"
"No, mom." The man replied.
"Then go do it. I have prepared your favourite breakfast; it will go cold after a while." The woman added.
The young man nodded his head at his mother and left for the bathroom, which was on the first floor.
He then brushed his teeth and decided to take a bath too while he was at it.
After taking a bath, the man wrapped a towel around his waist as he walked up to the mirror.
He then looked at himself, his face and silver hair, wet with water. His eyes then travelled down to his neck, where he wore a locket given to him by his missing father.
'Heh!' he snickered at the locket in ridicule as he muttered inwardly, 'I wish I could see you now, Father. I will definitely punch you in the face!'
He then touched his locket. It had a rectangular tag on it with some strange symbols etched into it.
But the moment he touched the locket, the strange symbols glowed blue. The man's eyes widened in surprise, not because of the glowing locket, but because of the floating screen in his vision.
