The sound of crackling electricity echoed ominously.
Lights in the USJ training ground flickered before dimming one by one. The intermittent spray of the fountain sputtered but quickly recovered.
However, an unsettling presence emerged near the fountain.
A swirling purple vortex expanded slowly, exuding a sinister aura. Within moments, it ballooned in size, resembling the gaping maw of a beast.
Out of this swirling vortex stepped a pale hand, followed by a figure adorned with multiple disembodied hands gripping his body. His golden eyes gleamed in the dim light as he emerged fully, joined by the ominous presence of others.
From the distance, Aizawa gave a sharp order. "Everyone, gather up! Don't move!"
The students froze, their gazes locked on the eerie spectacle.
"What… is that?" Kirishima asked, his confusion evident.
"Villains?" Ochaco muttered in disbelief.
"They're so... unsettling," Midoriya added, his voice trembling.
"Is this another surprise simulation? Like the entrance exam?" Kirishima guessed.
But All Might's grave tone cut through their uncertainty.
"No… These are villains."
The revelation sent a wave of unease through the group.
"Villains? Here, at USJ?" Yaoyorozu said, her voice tinged with disbelief.
"This can't be real!" Kirishima exclaimed.
Akira, however, was eerily calm, his eyes narrowed as he studied the unfolding scene.
"So, it's just like the original timeline," Akira thought, watching the villains spill out of the portal created by Kurogiri. "This is the League of Villains' first strike. But this time, things are different. All Might is here."
Before Akira could dwell further, All Might's commanding voice broke through.
"Aizawa, evacuate the students! No. 13, assist him. Leave the villains to me."
Aizawa nodded briskly. "Understood. Be careful."
As Aizawa led the students away, No. 13 glanced at All Might. "I'll stay and help."
"All right," All Might replied, already loosening his tie.
Meanwhile, more villains poured from the portal.
"All Might should be here, according to the schedule we intercepted," Kurogiri stated calmly.
Tomura Shigaraki's lips curled into a twisted grin. "Good. We came all this way for this moment. Let's see how he handles what we've prepared."
A towering figure lumbered out of the portal—a Nomu, its grotesque form imposing. Exposed brain and monstrous musculature radiated raw power, a creature engineered for destruction.
"This thing can match All Might in brute strength," Shigaraki said, smirking. "Let's see how the 'Symbol of Peace' fares."
Back with the students, Aizawa halted suddenly, his eyes narrowing.
"Run! Stick together and follow the squad leader's instructions," he ordered. "Akira, you're the strongest among them. I'm leaving this group in your hands."
Akira nodded, his expression stoic.
As the students bolted, Kurogiri materialized before them, his misty form blocking their path.
"Welcome, young heroes," Kurogiri said, his tone mocking. "We are the League of Villains. Forgive our intrusion, but we're here to eliminate All Might, the Symbol of Peace."
"You're delusional!" Bakugo snapped. "There's no way you can take down All Might!"
Kurogiri's laughter was cold. "Such confidence… amusing."
Aizawa leaped forward, erasing Kurogiri's Quirk momentarily. "Run! Now!"
The students sprinted as Aizawa engaged the villains. Akira's mind raced as they fled.
"Just like before," he thought. "Kurogiri won't let us escape so easily."
True to his suspicion, Kurogiri reappeared moments later, cutting off their escape route.
"What now?" Iida asked, panic creeping into his voice.
Akira's eyes hardened. "If we can't run…" he said, stepping forward, "then we fight."
