I rolled my eyes to the voice of my elder brother as I descended the flight of stairs.
" Hyung, you're not a babysitter "
I stated, finally making sight of my brother in the the dinning area. He was still in his pyjamas and socks and I, was in a tracksuit and sneakers.

I chirped, grinning. Making sure all of my teeth were out.

I squealed, striding towards the front door, hoping to be out just in time before he notice

My shoulder slumped
" aww Mann, give me a break.."
I whined
" you're not stepping a foot out of this house, go back to bed. "
" go back to bed!? It's morning, hobi! "
I exclaimed.
" I don't care what you think, since dad's not home, I call the shots around here-"

" I'm just trying to get my steps for the day, don't be so hard on me.."
I spoke softly, pouting, giving my best puppy eyes, anything just to get across my brother.
He sighed and walked up to me.
" jimin, it's dangerous out there, you know it. "
I internally rolled my eyes
" now you're beginning to sound like dad, no one's gonna hurt me, I'm just gonna get my steps in and return.."
" jimin you don't understand -"

I scoffed
" it's obviously not me, look, you worry too much. I'll be back before you even know it, pleaasseee"

Hoseok, my brother, stared at me intently. He sighed

I yelled before dashing out of the house before he could say anything.
I heaved a sigh as i strolled onto the street, I know I promised hobi not to leave the estate but oh well, he's not gonna find out.
I checked the time on my smartwatch, it was 6:30.great, I'll be back by 8.
I plugged in my earpods and played my favorite song before I started jogging towards the exit of the estate I lived in.

I exhaled in frustration, I stopped jogging and proceeded to take long strides instead.

I barked into the receiver
" I honestly do not like when you do this! Stop acting like you're my mommy! I just need two hours for myself every Saturday morning -"
I yelled, fuming.
" where else would I be!? You said not to leave the estate, I didn't! "
I huffed
" stop worrying about me hobi! I'm fine! "

Maybe it was time to go back home, my brother was panicking and it was all because of me and in as much as he shouldn't worry much, he can't help it.
" fine! I'm coming back home - I'll be home in an hour.. Just don't call me anymore.. "
The call ended with a beep and I angrily put my phone back in my pocket, the music continued playing but I was so not interested.
Since I was farther from the front gate, I decided to make a sharp turn to the next street that's going to lead me to the back gate of the estate.
But I didn't expect my life to flash before my eyes, I could feel my heart beating painfully hard in my chest, I could feel my head hitting the ground and my left arm scraping through the concrete floor, my vision blurred.
