Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Awakening of the City

The city of Blizzel stretched far and wide, a monumental maze of steel and stone, divided by the towering spire of the Energy Tower. The upper city glistened with the polished sheen of progress, where the elite lived in luxury. From the sky, it looked like a jewel, but the truth was darker. Beneath the shining surface, the lower city—known as the Techno Canyon—was a sprawling ruin of crumbling buildings, rusted machinery, and desperate lives.

In the shadow of the Energy Tower, the air was thick with smog. The streets were chaotic, filled with traders, workers, and those simply trying to survive. In the heart of this forgotten city, a young engineer named Elián walked, his footsteps echoing against the concrete. His eyes, once full of hope, were now clouded with grief.

Elián had once dreamed of building something that would change the world. But that dream had died the day his sister, Ana, was killed in a factory explosion. The disaster was covered up by the government, dismissed as an accident, but Elián knew better. The system had failed her, and it had failed countless others.

The city's heartbeat was the Energy Tower, but the deeper Elián delved into its workings, the more he realized the truth: the tower wasn't just a source of power—it was a ticking time bomb. But what could he do? He was just one person, lost in the sea of the city's endless problems.

As he passed by the wreckage of another factory, Elián's hand brushed against the wall, his fingers catching on a rough patch of stone. He stopped, a sudden pull in his chest. He wasn't alone. There, in the shadows of an alleyway, stood a figure watching him.

It was Oleg.

The leader of the underground resistance. The man whose songs filled the air of the lower city, songs of rebellion and change. Elián had heard the rumors, of course, but seeing him in person was something else entirely.

Oleg's eyes were dark and intense, his face framed by a tangle of wild hair. He wasn't the kind of man who looked out of place in this part of the city, but there was something magnetic about him, something that made you believe in a future that seemed impossible.

"You're Elián, right?" Oleg's voice was low, almost a whisper, but it cut through the noise of the city. "I've heard you're looking for answers."

Elián froze, his pulse quickening. "Who are you?"

Oleg stepped forward, offering a hand, his expression unreadable. "Someone who knows what it's like to fight for something worth fighting for. And right now, the Energy Tower is a ticking bomb. You want to stop it, don't you?"

Elián hesitated. He'd been fighting for answers for years, but had he been fighting for the right cause? Was he really ready to take the next step? The question lingered in his mind.

But then, as if fate had decided for him, the ground shook beneath their feet. The tremors were small at first, but they grew stronger, a reminder that time was running out.

"We don't have much time," Oleg said. "The tower's instability is only getting worse. We need to act before it's too late."

Elián looked at the man in front of him. The choice was clear. He had been running from the truth for too long, and now it was staring him in the face.

"I'm in," Elián said, his voice steady despite the uncertainty swirling inside him.

Oleg smiled, a rare glimmer of warmth in his otherwise hardened face. "Good. Welcome to the revolution."
