When Cassien came out of the school building, the first three words that came out of his mouth were
"WHAT THE FUCK!!"
Cassien's voice echoed in the desolate landscape, the profanity a stark contrast to the eerie silence that had settled over the city. He took a deep breath, trying to steady himself as he surveyed the devastation. The once vibrant city was now more of a wasteland, with some buildings having half of their lower bodies reduced to rubble and streets buried under layers hardened molten lave.
He saw people scrambling into the ruins, desperately searching for any sign of their loved ones. Others had given up, slumped on the ground, waiting for the inevitabl
He didn't see any signs of his classmates or his teachers and at the very least, he didn't care if they died or survived but he wanted the to at least lose an arm or two for everything they had done to him.
To say as much, this was nothing an apocalyptic nightmare.
But what he didn't know was that, this was only just the beginning. And as if on cue.
Cassien heard the system voice
Cassien froze once he saw this
'stage one was already this bad'
'how bad will stage two get'
'Also, what does it mean hell gate' Cassien thought
And as if answering him
Agigantic portal materialized in the sky. It was a swirling vortex of crimson and black, radiating an ominous, pulsating aura. The edges of the portal crackled with dark energy, sending shivers down Cassien's spine. But it wasn't just the color and energy that shocked him—it was the sheer size. The portal was so vast it covered the entire sky, stretching beyond the horizon in every direction.
Cassien couldn't see the end of it. How could he? The portal enveloped the entire earth, a colossal gateway that seemed to pulse with malevolent intent. It was as if the sky itself had been torn open, revealing a chasm of darkness and fire. Everyone on the planet, whether alive or barely clinging to life, could see this terrifying spectacle.
Cassien's heart pounded in his chest as he stared at the colossal portal. The swirling vortex of crimson and black seemed to draw all light and hope into its depths, leaving the world beneath it in a shadowy gloom. The air around him crackled with dark energy, and the ground trembled as if the earth itself was recoiling from the malevolent force above.
People around him began to panic. Some screamed and ran, while others fell to their knees, praying for salvation. Cassien felt an immense amount of fear rising within him. He knew he couldn't just stand there; he had to run.
Suddenly, a deafening roar echoed from the portal, and Cassien's eyes widened in horror. From the depths of the swirling abyss, monstrous creatures began to emerge. They were unlike anything he had ever seen—twisted, nightmarish beings with glowing red eyes and bodies that seemed to be made of shadows and fire.
As soon as they hit the ground, the monsters dropped to all fours and, as if driven by some primal instinct, began to attack. They moved with terrifying speed and precision, wanting to tear through whatever was standing in front of them.
Those who were unfornate enough for a beast to land directly in front of them closed their expecting death. At least, they could get out of this hell faster.
But unexpectedly nothing happened. Even Cassien had closed his eyes as he didn't expect himself to survive this gruesome scene. But the deafening silence immediately made him open his eyes and was schoked by what he saw.
Time had stopped and he wasn't the only one confused, the whole neighbors was confused. The whole world was confused as they were experiencing the same thing.
Suddenly, a voice sounded In every one's head saying.
"Hello humans, sorry for this unexpected development but I'll like to start by introducing my self by saying I am god"

Silence
Total silence filled the air as everyone stood in shock. They had always believed that God was a myth, a concept used by the Church to control desires. But now, they were being told it was all true.
"There's not much time left," he began. "I'll start with a brief explanation. Demons from hell have broken out and invaded your world. Normally, I would help you, but something dangerously important has come up. So, I'm asking you to handle this yourselves."
'Huh…'
That was the collective thought running through everyone's mind. They were confused. The omniscient and all-powerful God was asking humans to deal with this crisis because something more important had come up?
'Are we not important to him?' 'Is he really as powerful as the stories say?'
Different thoughts raced through their minds, but "god" didn't seem interested in answering any questions. Instead, he continued,
"Which is why I'll be equipping you with something to make you stronger. You have an immunity of one minute. Use it to escape or become stronger. Goodbye, humans."
And with that, he was gone.
And in came a new presence
Everyone saw a system screen appearing in front of their faces
{{SYSTEM INITIALIZING}}
