"It seems you humans are truly an interesting species, it would have been a shame if you had all died... Now let's talk!"The demon Lord said while crossing his legs in an elegant manner.
"You did say it might benefit humans, I'd like to hear what you're so desperate to talk about"
"How about a little question, why don't you give me the ranking of the top five races in terms of power and authority." Luseraph asked as he was curious to see the kind of answer she would give.
"Well it's quite obvious that gods are the first, then angels, then demons, fallen angels and Humans!" The princess replied bluntly as if merly stating the obvious, quite the contrary to what she expected, the demon Lord let out a wild laugh which seemed to had confuse the princess.
"Well, the only thing you got right in the list were gods, and after that you just simply take only the five great races, even apart from the five great races, there are other powerful races that could annihilate you humans, and why do you asume demons are inferior to angels! That's quite an overestimation if you ask me! The only thing that truly gives them an edge against demons is the divine order intertwined with their creation but even at that just because we demons are at a disadvantage doesn't mean that there are not other races who could kill angels. Have you ever heard of spirits?" The demon Lord asked with a gentle smile as he awaited for the princess answers.
"I've heard of them but I don't really know much! One thing I know is that they're related to fairies if I may assume!"
"Well fairies are also a type of spirit! But that's not all there is about spirit! Just as how gods are born with absolute order and existence the same thing almost applies to spirits, even the strongest of spirits are unmatched! Now here's where the fun part is! Demons are strong against spirits,spirits are strong against angels and angels are strong against demons! It's quite a love triangle if you ask me."
"But why tell me all this?" The princess asked even more confused than ever as she couldn't wrap her fingers around why the demon Lord was telling her all this.
"Well what I'm about to tell you is beneficial! For now let's skip the unnecessary talks! Do you know that when I came here I felt the presence of many powerful humans! Maybe not from your kingdom but it was certain they're humans! Although quite a few those individuals are amazingly powerful that with their help you could have won against the fallen angels!" The demon Lord stated which almost made the eyes of the princess to pop out.
as far as she knew the limit of humans were evident, their powers could not go beyond that limitation.
"Few moments ago I had instantly uncovered almost every secret of humans by reading the minds of almost ever individual, with that I was able to base that the limitations of human were around 8th order. In other words 3rd hell demons. But then I also uncovered that there are a few humans who had reached 9th order and even fewer who had reached 10th order, in order words around 4th hell or 5th hell demons."
"From what human believes, you were given magic by the universe through magic hearts? Well it isn't fully correct! Yes your magic comes from magic hearts but it wasn't from the universe! It was from humanity ancestor! The human god!" Luseraph said this time his words sound even more stupid than that of a child.
"I have never heard of the human god before!" The princess Said with a serious yet shocked tone, she had heard many legends about transcendent humans and other stuffs like that but not a human god.
"Well nether have I, but I found traces of that being and with a little bit of magic I was able to read the events of 5000 years ago." The princess couldn't believe what she was hearing, the way Luseraph spoke it was as if it was no big deal for him! In just a matter of seconds he had already known everything about humanity, what kind of monster was he? Is this how all demons were? We're humans really very weak to the extent that something as great as that was only but child's play to a demon? That was the thought that races through the minds of the human princess.
"Just who are you?" She asked with a serious tone which somehow hit different to the ears of Luseraph.
"Huh!! Have you forgotten all ready?? Well I can't reintroduce myself so you might as well forget it."
The demon Lord continued his explanation telling her that the human god was originally a normal human who seeked power to be able to rival all other races well except the gods that is!
He sought ultimate source and then finally found it, it was but a mere exposure to the power of the gods that made him a god! It was said that he found ways to break through human limits and transcend humanity!
He continued to transcend infinitely until finally reaching the realm of the gods after which he also gave humams the ability to transcend, and as you know it there are a few people who had transcend with him but non had been able to transcend more than ones.
Now the process of transcending is easy! There is a place known as the Retribution, Anyone who can cultivate their magic heart in the Retribution successfully would transcend the limit of their magic heart and the limit of humanity.
Although he didn't know what the Retribution is, as it was a sacred existence that seemed to be protected by the gods! He couldn't even tell if the Retribution was a land or even just a concept of power.
"We have finally come to the end of our discussion!" The demon Lord said attempting to leave but was Soon stopped by the princess.
"Once again you have our thanks, if there is anything you want anytime if it is within my power I swear I'll do it!" The princess Said with a sense of determination and responsibility towards Luseraph as she knew that everything he had spoken was something with great worth.
