Soon, the elves arrived faraway from Li Bai and Mei Lian.
The dense forest swallowed the elves as they trudged through the undergrowth, the heavy box of fruit held firmly between them.
Woosh! woosh!
The soft rustling of leaves and the distant calls of wild beasts were the only sounds that broke the tense silence.
Their pale faces, etched with exhaustion and contempt, turned back toward the deep cave, nearby.
This is now their camp.
"Tch! Did you see that man? That smirk of his? His eyes held nothing but cruelty," one elf muttered, his voice laced with venom as he adjusted his grip on the box.
"He's no different from the others," spat another, his gaze dark and narrow.
To them all human were same.
"These humans... always the same. Offering sweet words while their knives are ready to plunge into your back."
"Ha!" The third elf, walking ahead of the group, turned with a sneer.
His voice dripped with bitter sarcasm. "They bring us fruit, speak of alliances, and expect us to bow our heads in gratitude? Typical human arrogance... weren't the humans, the one, who destroyed our vegetation,"
Their new acting leader, a lean elf with graying hair and a scar tracing down his cheek, remained quiet for a moment.
The others followed him instinctively, for he had survived horrors that would break lesser men.
At last, he spoke, his voice low but cutting, "Do not let those false smiles deceive you. I felt it; their greed, their selfishness. The man who killed Laen…" He paused, jaw tightening,
"...he didn't even flinch, ruthless, too ruthless,"
Li Bai was like a demon. A cruel blood thristy demon that begged soul.
But this elf was correct. He indeed begged soul.
..
At the mention of their fallen companion, the group grew solemn.
Laen had been sick, yes, but he was still one of them.
His death was a reminder of the humans' heartlessness.
The cruelty. For them humans were the real demons.
"They speak of helping us. But who put us in this position in the first place? Humans. It was their kind, these power-hungry beasts, that brought ruin to our people,"
"And now they're fighting amongst themselves,"
Another elf said, his voice lifting slightly, a cruel satisfaction flickering in his tone.
It was peak satisfaction.
Humans fighting humans? That's god sent
"Humans with swords against humans with strange weapons? And now random humans vs those human demons? Hehe, Let them tear each other apart like rabid wolves."
A murmur of agreement rippled through the group.
"They think themselves masters of the universe, conquerors of realms," the scarred leader continued, his voice sharpening with disdain.
"But their greed will consume them. They fight over women, over magic, over power... even when the universe itself is collapsing. Do you see any other race so desperate? So broken?"
"None" came a voice from the back.
The words were nothing but FAX.
"These humans are like a plague," the leader went on, his hands curling into fists.
"They destroy worlds, strip lands of their beauty, and now they come here, to our sacred grounds, seeking to enslave and defile our people. The queen, the elders... our sisters… stolen!" His voice trembled with restrained fury.
The other elves echoed his anger.
For centuries, their kind had lived in harmony with the winds, with the forests. But now, with their connection to Elyne severed, they were weak. Vulnerable.
And the humans had taken full advantage.
"Do you think those two are different?" one elf whispered cautiously, glancing back toward them.
It was a small elf who believed they were different and good natured, including Li Bai.
"No" the leader said sharply, eyes cold.
"Did you see the woman's eyes? She was calculating. She plays the role of the merciful savior, but it is nothing more than a mask"
Elf was correct. She has no pure intention to help. She wanted something in return, some treasures.
"And the man…" someone else added, shivering involuntarily.
"He is far worse... Eesh! A devil pretending to be human,"
While talking that, they ate the fruits, one by one.
Unknown to them, the fruits was poisoned.
Their hatred and anger was reasonable.
It is same as woman saying all men are same. A common thing.
But, Li Bai didn't knew anything.
He had only one intention.
And it was to kill.
It doesn't matter the one dying is innocent or guilty.
The only thing that matter was; Soul Point.

Hearing the notification inside his mind, Li Bai smirked.
It was poison food.
Li Bai had prepared in advance to kill some people outside the dungeon, but he hasn't been able to.
Haah*
Li Bai, took the deep breath.
He needs to do, what is needed to be done.
Then, he looked at Mei Lian.
"It will be hard to find the place... It's snowing heavily,"
At the moment, both of them were caught in strong snow blizzard.
The atmosphere here was weird, changing suddenly one after another.
"It's okey, hold me tight..." Li Bai said.
Using blink was pretty good but it cost heavy Magic Qi.
Even if he had full Magic Qi, he could only cast 7 to 8 blink, before his Qi depleted.
Woosh~
After some time,
They finally saw something.
A tall building, looming in the midst of the snowstorm, was a surprising sight.
The structure appeared to have a surreal and otherworldly quality, with its smooth metallic surface and lack of windows or doors.
Even more puzzling were the strange UFOs that hovered around it.
Li Bai stood there, dumbfounded by the odd sight before him. He had never seen anything like it before.
The current world of Blue star was better in technology and magic, but it wasn't progressed this much.
Chuuu!
A red laser beam suddenly rushed towards Li Bai.
Baam!
Li Bai wasn't quick to react, however, Mei Lian was quick, she immideatly pulled Li Bai close.
The rolled together a few times, body hugging eachother.
Swoosh~ Swoosh~
Soon, multiple person arrived Infront of them, donned in some high-end technological armor, holding a laser gun.
"hands up!"
Li Bai: "..." ( Gulp! )
There is no way such people can be found at newbie dungeon.
This is fucking outrageous.
No way, this is newbie dungeon.
He hurriedly glanced at Mei Lian, who was below him, their body still hugging.
He was angry.
He shouldn't have entered unholy level, when he just awakened.
It was all because of Mei Lian.
He have wasted 1 dungeon entry.
If he had just entered hard or extreme level, he could have made a progress.
But now?
'System, regenerate my Qi'
