Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

Character intro;

Suzuki Hanuka: A third-year student at Todoki High School, known for her easygoing and playful nature. Always the life of the classroom, she has a knack for brightening even the dullest of days with her quick wit and mischievous charm. her well-toned body and defined six-pack abs hint at a surprising level of physical discipline—though she'd never admit to how much effort she puts into it. However, academics aren't her strong suit—her notebooks are often filled with doodles instead of notes, and her test scores are a constant source of concern for her parents.

Sahari Yuzuwa: She is Suzuki's best friend an seed her complete opposite in many ways. Calm, serious, and focused, Sahari is the top student in their year, known for her impeccable grades and dedication. Despite her slender frame, she has a toned and athletic build, a result of her disciplined lifestyle. Despite her best efforts to help Suzuki improve her academics, her friend's grades remain stubbornly low, no matter how many hours of tutoring or carefully crafted study plans she provides. Though their personalities couldn't be more different, the bond between them is unshakable, with Sahari often playing the voice of reason to balance Suzuki's carefree nature.

Asahi Joshwa: He is a boy in Suzuki's class, adored by all for his shy and introverted personality. With his delicate features and petite frame, he's often regarded as the most beautiful boy at Todoki High, a fact that has made him the object of admiration for many of the girls. Despite the attention, he remains quietly reserved, preferring to keep to himself rather than bask in the spotlight. His natural beauty only adds to the air of mystery that surrounds him, making him an intriguing yet elusive figure at school.

Koji Sakagawa: He is a boy in Suzuki's grade, with an athletic and toned physique. As the ace of the track and field club, he's often regarded as dreamy and is highly sought after by many of the girls at school. Confident in his abilities, Koji has a slightly arrogant streak, which is largely justified by his impressive achievements. He enjoys being in the spotlight, relishing the attention he gets for both his looks and his athletic prowess. His striking blue hair is just as bold as his personality, making him impossible to miss wherever he goes.

Sazuki Hanuka: She is Suzuki's mother, a capable and assertive manager at Margo-corp. While her salary isn't extravagant, it provides her family with a comfortable life. she's always straightforward and confident in her decisions, whether at work or at home. Though she sometimes exhibits a playful, mischievous side, she is always firm in her beliefs and doesn't hesitate to take charge of any situation.

Aoi Hanuka: He is Suzuki's father, a gentle and loving stay-at-home dad. He yields to his wife's decisions and supports her in every way, always putting his family's needs first. Though he maintains a calm and reserved demeanor, when angered(which is something that happens very rarely) his presence can become intimidating, and even Sazuki finds herself unnerved by his rare outbursts.

If the text are like this (tilted is what they are called I think?) It means a character is thinking to themselves.

"In the long history of human species, in Year 2807, after The legendary figure Named Miyuki Sategava lead her army and conquered the whole of earth a new United world was born under one banner. In year 3849 under her supervision earth began intergalactic travel. In Year 3004 humans first colonized the Mars, starting the beginning of humanity's expansion beyond Earth. By the year 3230, colonies had been established on Venus, Jupiter's moons, and even distant exoplanets. The unified human government, known as the Sategava Order, oversaw a golden age of exploration, technological marvels, and cultural exchange across the stars. Our plant is a...." The shrill sound of the bell sliced through the air. "Well that's it for today, see you all tomorrow don't forget to do the housework." Mrs. Tabashira says more than happy to flee the classroom.

"Why are we learning this again didn't we already learned this in Elementary?" Suzuki says flopping onto the table with a deep sigh.

"Stop complaining, it's not like you learned anything in Elementary" Sahari says writing something down in a note book.

"Hgn, so mean..." Suzuki says flipping her friend the middle finger.

"Well, since I'm so mean, I guess I won't give this to you," Sahari teased, holding up the notebook with the extra copy of notes she'd painstakingly written for her friend. She waved it just out of reach.

"I'm sorry, I was wrong you aren't mean your an angel" Suzuki says snatching the book quickly.

"Just study this time" Sahari says sighing.

"You know I study... It's just I'm bad at it" Suzuki says averting her eyes. "Well I'm heading out see you tomorrow" Suzuki says standing up.

"Yea see you tomorrow" Sahari says waving at her.

Suzuki left the school, hopping onto her *¹hoverboard and zipping through the bustling streets, eager to reach the arcade.

On her way there she saw a group of girls huddled up together. "Hmm I wonder what they are doing" she thinks to herself "meh not my problem" she says shrugging her shoulders and go past them hurrying to the arcade.

But as she was leaving, something unsettling caught her eye. The group of girls wasn't just gathered around— they were surrounding a boy. Not just any boy, it was Asahi. Her heart skipped a beat. A sudden, unexpected protective urge surged through her, and before she even realized what she was doing, she found herself stepping forward.

Before the girls could respond, Suzuki pushed past them, stepping directly in front of Asahi, effectively breaking up the group. "Hey, back off," she said, her voice steady and unwavering.

The girls hesitated for a moment, exchanging glances, but Suzuki's confident stance was enough to make them reconsider. With a few muttered complaints, they reluctantly backed away, leaving Asahi standing there, wide-eyed and startled.

"Hey are you okay?" Suzuki asks turning around to face Asahi.

"I-I'm ok" Asahi says, tears welling up in his eyes. "Thank you so much, I thought I'm going to..." He says grabbing Suzuki's had with both his hands.

Suzuki awkwardly scratches the back of her head. "Hey, it's okay. You don't need to cry," she says softly, her grin turning gentle. "I'm just glad I could help."

"It's not nothing..." Asahi started to say, but then he realized he was still holding Suzuki's hand. His face turned bright red, and in a panic, he quickly pulled away, stumbling back a few steps.

"Um... I'll definitely make it up to you," Asahi stammered, his voice shaky. He quickly bowed and, still blushing, turned and ran off.

"That was cute," Suzuki thought to herself, a small smile tugging at her lips. She glanced at her hand, still warm from where Asahi's had been. "His hands were so soft..."

After that, Suzuki made her way straight home, completely forgetting about the arcade. Her mind was filled with Asahi's words. "I wonder what he meant by that..." she muttered to herself, a small smile tugging on her lips as she thought about it.

"Dad, I'm home!" Suzuki called out as she entered the house.

"Welcome back, honey. How was school?" Her dad's voice came from the kitchen, warm and welcoming.

"It was ok, nothing interesting happened" Suzuki says going straight to her room.

"Damnit, I forgot to go to the arcade!" Suzuki groaned, slapping both hands to her face in frustration before dropping onto her bed with a loud sigh.

"Guess I'll just hit the arcade in the evening," Suzuki muttered to herself with a sigh. She layed down on the bed to have a quick nap and slowly entered the dream world when she heard the hunting voice of her friend "you better study or else..." She immediately jumped on to her legs "I guess I could study a little, it's not because I'm scared of her or anything..." she started studying whispering to herself.

Meanwhile, hours passed, and the soft hum of the house grew quieter as the evening settled in.

After a hard day at work, Sazuki returned home, the familiar sound of her shoes tapping against the floor marking her entrance.

"Honey I'm home" Sazuki called out as she enter the house.

"Wellcome back my love" Aoi says practically throwing himself at Suzuki. "Why were you late today? I was starting to get worried" He asks helping Suzuki take off her coat.

"I'm sorry honey the meeting ran longer than I expected, and I couldn't make a call" Sazuki explained feeling guilty.

"I see you better call me next time or else..." Aoi pouted slightly, crossing his arms in disapproval.

"I promise I'll call you earlier" Sazuki replied, her voice softening. She wrapped her arms around Aoi's waist, pulling him closer and pressing a tender kiss to his lips.

"Wait! I'll whip up some snacks for you," Aoi says, blushing slightly as he heads towards their open-style kitchen. He begins preparing some refreshing snacks for his beloved wife.

Sazuki follows him into the kitchen, a playful glint in her eyes. "How was your day?" she asks, giving him a light slap on the butt.

"Get a room, you two," Suzuki, who had been sitting on the couch, interrupts, clearly uncomfortable.

Aoi looks down, his face turning a deep shade of red as he quickly flees further into the house. Sazuki, shaking her head in disapproval, lets out a sigh of resignation before sitting down on the sofa.

"Here, go play in the arcade or something," Sazuki says, trying to dismiss her daughter. "Take your time."

"Okay," Suzuki says with a sly grin, taking the money. "Have fun," she says, practically skipping out of the house.

Sazuki watches her go, feeling like she just lost the battle.

After a while Aoi returned with a bottle of wine and poured a glass for Sazuki. "Where's Suzuki?" he asked, looking around the house as he handed her the glass.

"She went out to play..." Sazuki replied, taking a sip. She set the glass down, then pulled Aoi onto her lap with a mischievous smile. "...Looks like we finally have the house to ourselves" she said softly, her fingers gently tracing patterns on his thighs.

Aoi blushed deeply, but then melted into Sazuki's embrace, resting his head on her shoulder with a soft sigh, savoring the quiet contentment of the moment and the happiness of what he had.

Sazuki continued to savor the sensation, her fingers gently tracing his hair as she took another sip. The soft rhythm of the moment seemed to slow time itself, allowing her to enjoy the quiet intimacy with Aoi, every sip of the wine adding to the calm indulgence.

After a while, Sazuki gently pushed Aoi's head away, saying, "let's have sum fun," her lips curling into a satisfied smile. Setting the glass down, she stood and swept Aoi into a *²prince carry, guiding him toward their room.

*¹: well it's a skateboard but it can fly like all those from science fiction movies.

*²: Well I think you got it but just in case, it's just Princess carry but rr.

Gg then turned and hurried off. Without looking back, he ran straight home, rushing to his room where he flopped onto his bed.

"Kyaaa… I can't believe I just held her hand like that, that was so awkward and inappropriate," he muttered to himself, his cheeks flushed bright red. "She was pretty cool, though... I just hope she doesn't think I'm the kind of guy who flirts with every girl I meet." He buried his face in his pillow, sighing deeply. "Why did I run away like that… Without even thanking her properly? Ugh, I'm such an idiot. " He paused for a moment, then added, "Maybe I should cook her a meal to make up for it and to thank her for helping me…"
