Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: Beginning

Shijo Jiro slouched in his chair, the faint glow of his computer screen illuminating his dimly lit room. Around him, empty soda cans and snack wrappers lay scattered—evidence of a weekend spent binge-watching "My Hero Academia". As the credits of the final episode rolled, Jiro stretched and sighed.

"Man, if only life were that exciting," he muttered. The thought lingered as he stared at the screen, his reflection faintly visible.

Just as he moved to shut down his computer, a sudden pop-up window appeared.

"If you transmigrate into another world with superpowers and obtain 'One For All' as your bloodline, but in exchange, all your memories related to this message, the world you reincarnated into, and the MHA world will be forgotten, are you willing?"

Jiro blinked. He leaned closer to the screen, reading the message again.

Jiro stared at the glowing screen, his finger hovering over the mouse. The words blurred as his thoughts raced. Another world? Superpowers? One For All?

He laughed nervously "Is this some kind of prank?" he muttered, moving his mouse to close the window. But his hand hesitated.

The idea was ridiculous, but something about the message stirred a spark of curiosity. 'Another world? One For All as a bloodline?' He scoffed, shaking his head. "What are the odds this is real? Anyway there's no point if I just click yes on it right? What's the harm in trying? It's not like this is real, anyway"

Yet, the thought gnawed at him. He thinks that this might be a virus and might corrupt his computer, but in the other hand, these thing makes him interested and think about how good it is if there's someone in one piece world with one for all as his bloodline.

His life wasn't terrible, but it wasn't anything special either. The daily grind of school, and some mundane routines such as watching anime, reading manga and novel left him overthink and his thinking is full of fantasies.

With a shrug, he muttered, "What's the worst that could happen?" Taking a deep breath, he clicked "Yes."

The screen's glow intensified, its light flooding the room. "What the—?!" Jiro shouted, shielding his eyes. The light grew brighter until it consumed everything, along with him.

When Jiro woke up, he was lying on cold cobblestones. The sound of rushing water and distant voices filled the air. Slowly sitting up, he winced, rubbing his head.

"Where... am I?" he murmured. Looking left and right, confusion and fear lingered on his face as he was looking around, he doesn't remember how he come here, he just remember that he is about to turn off his computer then suddenly he comes in this unfamiliar world. Around him, people bustled through a vibrant city filled with towering aqueducts and canals. The scent of saltwater mixed with the aroma of fresh-baked bread and grilled seafood.

He staggered to his feet, his mind still in a foggy mess. He still couldn't remember how he got here or why. All he knew was that this wasn't his world based on how the people dress and the structure of their house or places is completely different from the Earth.

For days, Jiro wandered the streets of Water 7, surviving on selling scraps to buy food until he found a stable job while observing the city's people. He soon learned he was in a world ruled by the World Government, where Marines enforced justice, and pirates roamed the seas for looting and killing civilians during their journeys.

One day, Jiro wants to visit the marine based because of curiousity, thinking they might be like the police back on Earth. During his visit, he saw a group of Marines training in a courtyard, Jiro was struck by their inhuman strength. They performed exercises with precision and speed, lifting weights and moving with agility far beyond what he thought was humanly possible.

"This... how?... Could it be... you can get that strong just from training?" he whispered, awe-struck. His view of this world shift. He thought that this world is just the same as his old world, but no, he was mistaken.

Driven by curiosity, Jiro approached a young Marine and asked about their training methods. After hesitating, a young Marine offered Jiro a handwritten training guide for 5,000 belly. Reluctantly, Jiro paid, clutching the crumpled paper. After Jiro gives the money, the young Marine give him his own notes which contains their basic training routine.

---

Four years passed by, Jiro a 20 years old dedicated himself to the grueling regimen. Without access to advanced techniques like the "6 Styles," he focused on mastering the basics: endurance, strength, and agility.

At first, his body struggled to keep up. The exercises left him sore and exhausted, but he refused to give up. Each day, he pushed himself harder, running laps around the canals, lifting makeshift weights, and perfecting his form.

His dedication didn't go unnoticed. Locals began to recognize him as "the training maniac."

"You're not a Marine, are you?" one shipwright asked. "What are you training for?"

Jiro didn't give an answer. He just thought that if he has superhuman strength. He would look cool and felt like he can be a hero, leaving a smile for a people he save.

Years of relentless training had given him incredible strength, speed, and endurance. Yet, something still felt... incomplete.

During moments of extreme exhaustion, he sometimes felt a strange warmth coursing through his body. It was faint, like an ember waiting to ignite, but it left him uneasy.

As Jiro grew stronger, he also grew more aware of the world's harsh realities. At first, he admired the Marines, believing them to be protectors of justice. But the more he listened to the whispers of the people, the more he learned about the dark side of the World Government.

Stories of "World Nobles" committing unspeakable atrocities with impunity, pirates being hunted for defying the government's control, and Marines turning a blind eye to corruption shook his faith.

"This... this isn't justice," Jiro muttered one night, sitting on a rooftop overlooking the city. His fists clenched as he thought about the innocent people who suffered under the system. "If this is what they call justice, then I'll find my own way."
