A very long time ago, there existed a God so powerful that all the other Gods combined couldn't defeat him.
He had countless worshippers and temples, and as more people began to pray to him, his strength just kept growing.
He was the ruler; he had countless terrifying beings as his pets. He held the reigns over the future; with an indestructible body that just kept growing stronger, he was an almighty force.
But all the other Gods felt threatened by him; they knew if it kept on going like this, then sooner or later, they would all be devoured by him.
So they all plotted against him; they killed countless people who worshipped him and made him appear as someone who should be loathed.
They all attacked him at his weakest; yet when they were not able to kill him, they had him sealed very far away.
Hundreds and thousands of years passed; the number of people who still remembered him now remained less than a hundred.
He was unable to break through the seal, but knew that if things remained as is, he would just perish away sooner or later, while all other Gods flourished.
Finally, he decided to make the last effort. After years of trying, he was able to connect to a planet called Earth.
There he found several interesting humans and after choosing a few from them he began to observe the selected few; and out of them, he chose one man to be sent back to the Gritorge planet.
But that attempt failed; the God's powers were getting weak, but he tried again, yet the second man failed as well.
After sending the third man, the Forgotten God was at his limits, but all his efforts became futile when the third person died early and failed ultimately.
Despite providing them with his blessings, they weren't able to achieve success.
By now the number of people who still remembered him was reduced to one person, an old man.
As a last attempt, he had brought 'you' to Gritorge planet and instead of giving you his blessings, he bet everything on you, and gave away all his divinities.
And after giving away his divinities and spending the rest of his energy, he fell into a slumbering state and will be unable to wake up unless you succeed.
But, even if this is the last chance, you would still have to pass a test before you really obtain those divinities.
Matt, you shall find the answers to more of your questions inside the Zhorian Tomb.

Vritra read the entire message; it did answer many of his questions.
But with the experience of his past life, he had a feeling that this wasn't as simple as it seemed.
' Stories often change according to the wish of the storyteller, but it is hard to know just how much of it is true or if there is any at all. ' Vritra contemplated.
It is mentioned that he observed my life; then there should be no need to test my abilities any further.
A good lie is something which has a ratio of truth mixed in it.
Vritra felt that the fact that the forgotten god has fallen into a slumber might be true, but this test seemed more like establishing a way to control him?
' So there actually have been three people from Earth to this planet before me; no wonder it has many inventions from there.
But what exactly did they fail to do? What happened to them after that? If they really received a God's blessing, then they should be famous; maybe I should check this out in the library. ' Vritra thought.
There was a library in Sanctum with thousands of books, and even the slaves were allowed to read in some of the sections there.
' Anyway, is Zhorian Tomb the same as Zhorian inheritance? Even though I saw that scene through Omen Weaver, it has a flaw that I don't know when it will actually happen. '
In the end, he came to the same conclusion: to use that skill few more times on the people whom he saw there in his vision.
" And then the great me slayed the one-eyed three footed dragon with one attack who then ran away on its one remaining leg while flapping its one remaining wing, but he died after one day, and I obtained its one ball, which sold for one-" Jackal was still rumbling.
When Vritra came out of his thoughts, he wondered how the tale had ended up on the dragon.
DING DING DING DING DING DING
A loud bell chimed exactly six times, indicating that it was 6 a.m.
" I will finish my story some other time. I need to prepare for my duty. " Jackal spoke and waved his hand before leaving the room.
After he left, Vritra got off the bed and began to get ready. He had a lot to think about and prepare.

Sixteen days had passed since Vritra woke up on this planet. He had just been working normally all these days.
During these days, he had used Omen Weaver exactly sixteen times. Vritra found out that he could use this skill on one person more than once, and the piece of future he got to see might or might not be the same.
Among the people he saw sitting around a fire, seven were boys while three were girls. All of these were the slaves of the Sanctum, and Vritra was easily able to find most of them inside the storage.
He used Omen Weaver on them all at least once and saw several scenes. Some looked similar to others while a few felt very random.
In one of those scenes when he used his skill on a girl, he just saw them casually taking seats around the fire in a circle.
Where this girl was sitting was at the place which was on the opposite side of the tents, with only a hand's length distance between her and the girls sitting beside her.
It was the same part of the forest where he had seen the first vision.
Vritra didn't understand how just choosing a place to sit was such a big decision that could change her life. This was also a problem with Omen Weaver.
Even if he saw an important moment, it was still unknown if it would lead to something good or even to their death.
And in another vision, he saw himself shaking hands with a boy.
Nothing made sense.
Over the past few days, he followed the normal routine.
Waking up early and finishing his duties, then using his skill once to obtain more information, that's all he could do for now.
Leaving the Qortern city was not possible for him.
It was surrounded by forest from all sides, so even coming to the city from the continent was not very easy even for a rune master, let alone him.
That's also the reason why quite a lot of criminals and other people comes to cities like Qortern city when they have to disappear from the continent, this place is perfect to stay low for a few years.
So for now, Vritra would have to stay in the city. And while being in here it was impossible to get away from the Monethian Sanctum, at least not without paying his worth money back.
Even after working for so many years his entire fortune only amounted to a small amount of money, which he has saved by spending the least amount on anything.
For now he could only wait for some kind of opportunity.
Vritra wasn't able to use his skill on himself, which made him feel a little disappointed.
On the seventeenth day, he finally heard something while walking towards the storage room along with his self proclaimed friend Jackal, in the morning.
Two teenage boys probably seventeen or eighteen years old wearing blue coloured robes were both walking towards the storage.
On their chests they had the emblem of the Goddess like all others but under it, there were three stars, displaying there high status.
" Have you heard about the Zhorian inheritance? This is a fourth Gate inheritance. " The first boy spoke, with clear excitement in his voice.
" Yeah, I even heard a group of rune masters from the continent have come here to ask for our help in clearing the inheritance. " The second boy replied, lacking any kind of excitement.
" Doesn't that mean they would get all the rewards even if we help them? Sigh, I thought I could get something out of it. " The shoulders of the first boy immediately slumped down.
' The opportunity has arrived!! '
