A day passed and I was preparing to call a council meeting, with all the information I got together I walk out my office and into the corridor
I couldn`t help but look out the window looking up at the sky with how it was golden and the dome that was covering the city. I was filled with pride about how far our race as come today with the advance of science and technology.
I few min pass
As I was about get to the council hall I fixed up my attire and with then I pushed open the hall door when I got there all the other counselors was here we could only start the meeting.

Today we are here to discuss some important information that has been lately brought to our attention.

with the development of our tech with are now able to travel through time and space, but we are trying to make a machine that we can used to do that because our body can not take in a lot of space-time energy
we already develop some space compressor and some extractors so we can catch some fix stars to use as energy source but we can use fix stars all the time
we need to develop new reusable energy source so we don`t have to keep using stars

I was shock that they were starting to develop the (T.A.R.D.I.S) now I was so excited can`t wait to get my own T.A.R.D.I.S but I had to pull myself together ready to do my report.
so I gotten up and stand in the middle of the hall in view of all the counselors and started my report
