It's a cloudy morning and is scheduled to have heavy rain today. I'm just starting to get up. I look at the clock and see it's 7:25am. I walked into my brother Damian's room noticing he's awake on his bed reading the Harem manga book series High School DxD. "Damian why didn't you wake me up?" I asked crossing my arms without looking he makes his reponse "I just woke up at 7:00am so I haven't been up long. I just got done taking a shower and changing my clothes. Don't you see my wet hair?" Damian pointing towards his hair before turning the page of his book. "Damian, Iris, it's time for breakfast." I heard mom call out to us. Damian gets up out of his bed and walked out his room door without looking up from his manga. We head downstairs and head into the kitchen. Damian taking a seat and putting his book down only after smelling the sausage, bacon, fried eggs, pancakes, and toast. Those are our favorite breakfast foods. "Ok what are you two up to? Because only time you do this is on our birthday or when something is about to go down. So whats the deal? Spill." I looked at mom and dad suspicious. "We're moving to Dallas next month because your father was given a job offer over there." mom explained. Damian was focused on his food until mom brought up moving. "But what about Emily? How am I suppose to explain it to her? I don't want to break up with her because of some dumb job offer." Damian said nervously. I stood beside him. "Yeah what about all the friends we all made here you expect us to be cool with leaving all that we've built as a family here? What is this job offer anyways?" I asked with my arms crossed "Your father was offer to open a new office of the financial business he works for" mom said "But since you two are uncomfortable leaving I'll decline the offer once we head to the office today. What's my saying kids?" my dad asked "A happy family is a stable family. Right kids?" dad looking at me and Damian with his smile. "We didn't say you didn't have to take the offer we just want to understand it first before you take the offer. Plus why in Dallas? We live in Boston that's a good while from here don't you think?" Damian asked while his mouth had food in it. Even looking rediculious with a mouth with food in it he's still being logical. We were always logical, athletic, academic... to sum it up we're good at almost everything. We're both book and street smart. Damian is more street smart with book smart a close second. The same goes with me but the other way around I'm more book smart and street smarts as my close second. We always pulled the eyes of all the boys and girls at our school in our direction by just walking past. One day a group of girls walked up to me and Damian and they all wondered if Damian had a girlfriend and when he said no they all asked him how a sexy guy like him doesn't have a girlfriend? He explained he wasn't sure why a girl would want to date a guy like him. Saying all the girls that were in groups would look his way and notice he saw them looking and turn away from him. Not her every day at lunch he caught Emily alone she looked sad but she was watched him and didn't look away when she notice him looking back she always blushed at him and one day he walked over to her at lunch and asked to sit getting a nod so he sat down beside her and after they started to sit together slowly her sadness disappeared. After a few weeks of sitting together at lunch he asked her out and now they've been together for around a year now. I think he went to Emily because he saw a little of himself in her. When it comes to me and relationships I'm not really crazy for them. I'm not saying I'm against it, it just hasn't happened yet. We still don't even have friends well beside Emily but I'm not sure if she counts or not because of her being Damian's girlfriend. "Iris let's sit down and eat breakfast before your brother eats it all before we even get a molecule of the food then we'll go take you two to school before the two of us head for work." mom said before I heard my stomache growled. At the sound of my stomache's growl my face turned red. I sat down and ate our usual big breakfast. We eat more then the normal human does I don't know why but it doesn't bother because our bodies don't show that we eat as much as we do. Mom says its because our Metabolism burns food faster then the normal human. And my guess is because of how athetic we are. Which one is true? I don't know it might be both I really don't care either. We head out the door and they drove us to Boston High School. When we get out of the car we get our usual stares but this time we know they're talking about how we're able to look so good wondering if we use some sort of make up to look the way we so. They then take guesses on what brand we use and where they can buy some. When we enter the school and get to our lockers which we were able to get side by side we started talking about the job offer before Damian shushed me. I turn to so Emily walking up to us. "Hey Emily how was your weekend?" Damian asked in his calm voice. "Fine." Emily said before they kissed while I was switching my books around "Hi Iris how was your weekend?" Emily asked I closed my locker and turned to Emily "It was fine boring but fine." I said as Damian started doing what I just did with his books in his locker while I talked to Emily. Damian closed his locker. The three of us shared first period together so we headed there. While we walked and talked Damian had one of his arms swung over one of Emily's shoulders and she had one of hers on his back as we walked and talked about what we did over the weekend while we went to first period. Groups of girls talk about how they wish to be the one with Damian's arm over their shoulder and the boys being boys taking guesses on what it'd be like if they had sex with me. I texted Damian what I heard the groups talking about. He send back 'So what?' I just put my phone away. We entered first period and sat down and waited for Mr. Franks to enter the class from the hallway. The three of us are the top three students in Mr. Franks' Geometry class. After class was over an hour later I got out of my desk I stretched because I don't want stiff muscles with P.E. being my next class and I then notice the boys in class staring at me. And yes its because of my figure as the other girls would say I have curves in all the right places with a chest bigger then most the other girls. Some of the girls would make the excuse that they're still 'developing'. So of course the guys would stare. Mr. Franks does his best to hide it but he looks out the corner of his eyes but he at least does his best not to stare but the boys stare on purpose and they want me to know they're staring. I left for the gym which sadly the P.E. class is co-ed so it's boys and girls. Luckly though we have our locker rooms on opposite ends of the gym. When I leave the locker room after changing into my clothes I brought to use as gym clothes which was a black t-shirt and black shorts that reach slightly above the knees. The outfit choice is ironic black clothes and my last name is Black irony huh? "Alright line up." Coach Evans said after blowing his whistle. "Today's tasks are twenty sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups if you stumble on the push-ups or fall off the pull-up bar you start over. Then you'll be doing the rope climb. After everyone completes the tasks if theres time left I'll let you all choose what to play but only if everyone completes them. One by one we each went to the pull-up bar. A few times people had to start over. I did my pull-ups without trouble. When I got done with the pull-up bar I walked away and started doing some sit-ups and push-ups even though we have to wait until everyone was done with the pull-up bar. I told Coach I was doing it to loosen up after sitting behind a desk and during Geometry so I wanted to stretch. So he just left me alone until it was time to do the push-ups and sit-ups that counted and kept doing the tasks until everyone else was done with that one task and it was time to move on to the other and did the same with that task. When it came to the rope climb it was hooked to the ceiling around thirty feet up with a bell at the top. Coach had the challenge of if anyone that can ring the bell will get a hundred dollars. I was always so close to ringing the bell but I always do the continuous exercise causing me to get sweating causing my hands to get all wet from the sweat but today I'm not sweating. One hundred dollars here I come. When it was my turn I heard over the school intercom "Damian and Iris Black report to the main office. Damian and Iris Black please report to the main office. Thank you." I sighed. "And I'll go after my climb." I said before turning to and starting climb the rope and as predicted I rang the bell so when I slid down the rope I walked over to coach. "Ok I got to go so pay up coach." I said extending my hand. "Alright as promised one hundred dollars." Coach said placing five twenty dollar bills in my hand. I went into the locker room opened my wallet and placing my prize money inside and grabbed my stuff and walked out and to the office without changing out of my gym clothes. I was heading towards the office and found Damian ahead of me walking towards the office. "Damian." I called out causing him to stop and turn around "Oh hey Iris. What do you think these losers at the main office want?" Damian asked looking at me as I shrugged. When we walked into the office what we saw I never expected to see. I saw the cops.
