The people in the dragon slaughter of heartless beams all had their heads lowered to the point of almost reaching their chests. There was a mixed feelings amongst them. Some held the aura of pride, some, the aura of fear while the rest were blank in their expression.

"Silence!!!" Thoundered the dragon King, standing, now fuming with flame.
All went dull and only the running lava was heard.
"What did I tell you about anyone who goes against me?" He asked the man who brought the disappointing news to him.
"Forgive this careless one's words. It wasn't my...!!!"
A loud bang interrupted him.
All the bystanders shook at the sound but dared not to make a sound. They all looked at each other in wary thinking to themselves who was next.
The dragon King's eyes shone with deep crimson red color.
He wasn't surprised, maybe they thought him a dependable fool with an annoying personality.
Yeah?, he was truly annoying, but he was never dependable. Not to talk about being a fool.
One of the officials cleared his throat to get his attention
"Your Majesty..." He looked at him with keen interest to make sure he has gotten his attention, he continued "the Heart Flame Stone is surely kept by the annoying keeper..."he looked again and paused sensing the dragon King was about to say something.
"Are you actually asking for a death wish?" He scorned.
"Hear me, " he again cleared his throat that seems a bit hoarsed. "The Zhu family is said to be the owner, what if the keeper isn't actually with the Jewel and is just pulling our legs?"
"And what makes you so certain about that?" The dragon King inquired.
"Just to be clear, I'm not certain, but after all, the keeper is said to be a delinquent fool. That man sure knows how to piss people off. And come to think of it, you allowed that daughter of theirs to be spared " he finally stated.
The demon king thought about this, it was really making sense, even he can admit how he hated that asshole for his ever growing loyalty.to the Zhus.
What was actually the cause of his hatred for the guy might be because of the fact that none of his officials were loyal to him. So he hated that sincere truth.
But that doesn't mean the man was right in his judgement.
"Explain further" he could only barely manage to say.
"There's nothing there to explain. It'd already explained itself" the man said with the slightest of the sigh ever made by even the heavens itself.
Again, this took a wrong understanding to the dragon King.
"Are you looking down on me?" He asked with a wrath that promised death.
All others shook bowing their heads in more fearful shutters which was a kind of sounds he loved to hear.
"You've clearly misunderstood me. You've never taken interest on weaklings who are helpless. The Zhu daughter was helpless at that time, there was a probability that.."
A loud sigh of understanding was heard.
"Eunoch Chao, I give it to you that you shall find that Zhu daughter of that worthless family and bring all the details to me. I give you.."
"Yes, your Majesty, we shall get to work right away " the man bowed and left with all the men, leaving Liao Fengdao the only made servant who the dragon King deemed it his responsibility to care for the slay fox.
"Do you want anything Wu'er?" She asked coming to him.
"A cold bath would do" he replied to avoid being angry at the poor girl crawling sexily at him making him have lewd thoughts.
"Okay, I'll get them ready" she turned to leave.
"Please..., take your time" he said and she left him to his thoughts.

The meeting hall was held at a very huge building were the masters of all prestigious academy all sat. Even a not known academy was also present. As long as you're a school with at least a hundred disciples and fifty masters all gathered present.
Prestigious deans of the academy wwre all there waiting for the the head of them all to arrive.
After hours of waiting, the whole people sitting all stood to welcome and bow to the middle aged couple that matched to the seats meant for them, with so much pride elegance in them.
"Leader..."
The fair dark middle age woman raised her hand to silence who so ever that dared to talk.
"I heard you all are training your students well in the field of martial arts?"
Was that even a question? She should know better than anyone in the room that all academy were trying in their own way and asking that, means looking for trouble indirectly.
"That's not something of importance " a man in his middle forties with a viable spots of moustache at his jaw that added to his old looking charm said.
"Would you mind telling me what's important?" She asked mockingly. The man who dared to say something was stopped by her.
"Well, we need trust worthy disciples to go and hunt down the Heart Flame Stone. The dragon King is sure at it. We all know that the Zhu family died leaving no one with it to care for it, that fammed beasty is making his way and you're telling me it's not of importance?" She asked. Although she spoke with threats but people In that hall, is solely aware that she wasn't making useless points either.
"But that doesn't mean we should ignore the humans who needs our help. They could barely protect themselves from these demons that taunt them... At least, the dragon King hasn't showed any signs of attacking those weak people" an ultimately lower but stern voice uttered.
"Shaodong? You care about these petty humans than the power that is slipping us by?" The woman said though sounded like a question, but actually was it an order to shut his hole up.
"We're at least forty percent sure that it's already in that fammed King's hold, and forty percent not sure if the said stone would be found earlier than we expected and twenty percent of ignorance about where to look for the said stone when none of us except the purple Phoenix knows exactly what it looks like. But!!!..." He raised his voice a little, assuming he wasn't heard."We're at least,99.9% aware of what those demons would do to those poor people when they can't even protect themselves hoping on us" Shaodong voiced threating to leave the conversation frustrates him further.
"You.."
"I think what Shaodong said makes sense. We all know the power it helps but why should we..."
"Shut up!!! What ? You think you're really..."
Another interruption from Liu Caoci
"We get that you want that power so much that you forget that you're also human with a little bit difference. According to the legend, only the purple Phoenix and the fire Phoenix knows and can locate the Heart Flame Stone whenever the keeper or those who are entrusted with the power passes away. Even the dragon King needs to find either of the two.."
Everyone looked wide eyes, with the obvious looks, those the legends actually says that? Or how come they didn't know about it. Only Shaodong's facial expression was indifferent. Like giving off the face of the Wangshou academy is a school known for it's wide expanse of knowledge and book reading. It's no ordinary that she the leader of the academy, the ape master doesn't know these facts.
The hall was tensed with a dreaded silence that can kill an amateur assassin.
It was later resolved with the male couple who was known as a quiet man, and has remained calm for his wife to rant without thinking, embarrassing herself. He wasn't bothered. His wife is so shameless that he couldn't help feel shame for her.
