The sky like a canvas of ink-pitch black a void with no sign of light forsaken by the gods above the world was swept under a wave of madness like a plague by the god of chaos, the once glorious light of creation that illuminated the heaven shad been tainted and humanity was on the verge of extinction. it all started with a single betrayal of one of the three supreme deities that changed the very fabric of existence, in the beginning the gods watched over the realms (shadow,sun,mystic and celestial realms) they shaped the stars gave breath to the winds and controlled all. suddenly one day the havens began to shake , amatsu 'god of knowledge' a name once revered by all , a god of boundless wisdom and knowledge decided to turn on the divine order , driven by something far darker than any could comprehend, his desire and vision for the world , he sought out the power, something that was more omnipotent and more powerful than the gods themselves hence he sought out the universe star, this was a celestial body of energy, it was the heart and the beginning of all creation including the gods , it was the core of reality. Within it was the power to reshape and fabricate reality, the power to destroy and create. its essence was the foundation of life itself. Amatsu decided to harness this power and bring an end to the cycle of life and death and to make everything bend to his will, the other two deities ellena 'goddess of light and creation 'and kuroyuri 'Shinigami god of darkness and death 'could not leave his actions unchecked.
a battle that shook the heavens began and after the defeat of amatsu he was banished to the depths of the earth. Not knowing amatsu had aborted a fraction of the universe stars power before being banished his power grew significantly stronger over time as he lived as a human awaiting for his new gained power to fully mature. Feeding on the humans' blood lust and sins he finally gained power and wedged war against humanity under a new name CHAOS. in a matter of hours half of the world was corrupted with chaos, unknown monsters and demons appeared and killed many, the sky became pitch black, and it looked like the gods had forsaken mankind until the supreme deities and the other demigods descended on the earth to fight the mad god chaos. this battle shook the very foundation of the earth as it could not with stand the full power of the gods as they clashed , noticing this the goddess ellena and the god kuroyuri devised a plan that would require the ultimate sacrifice, a ritual to seal chaos 'the coffin of darkness ' an ancient prison of infinite void , a ritual only known to a select few of the gods , requiring a sacrifice of the highest order , the very life force of the strongest deities(supreme deities) . so, the gods ellena and kuroyuri infused the star with their souls. chaos was sealed and the ritual was successful , is what the remaining humans and demi gods thought , the power of creation and light , the power of destruction and death would have been the balance needed for the star to seal even the strongest gods but it wasn't enough as amatsu had drained half the stars power in the beginning, fusing his power of divine knowledge and wisdom with power he drained from the star and feeding on the sins of mankind his power and being evolved to 'chaos' a power with no balance or order. Due to this in the final moments of the completion of the seal, the unimaginable happened the star was corrupted by chaos energy hence it shattered into three piece each pulsing with light, darkness and chaotic energy, which scatted across the world. the sacred ritual failed, the universe star was no more and with its breaking the divine order was lost. amatsu, though trapped in the coffin of darkness, was not gone. His presence lingered. His malevolent influence spread throughout the following generations.
A thousand years passed in a flash of disillusionment. the world was a barren place, where even the light of the sun seemed weak, the great kingdoms in the realms and great cities of old were nothing more than ruins, buried beneath the endless sands of time, the skies cloaked in clouds of ash, but life still continued though ravaged by war and chaos. the three fragments of the shattered star had fallen into different corners of the word one in each realm of mankind each holding power yet none of the pieces were whole.
The first fragment fell upon Danaki (later known as the sun empire) , a land lost in the desert , the fragment was discovered by a young warrior who unlocked it from some ruins , here the essence of the star brought life twisting the very land , the sand dunes developed plant life and released magic particles in the air everyone in this region was able to use a new found power called magic . the founder became known as the pharaoh who ruled over the whole land
The second piece was found in the shadow realm a region were stars themselves were dying, founded by a warrior named shinji , the star revived the land, as everyone was granted magic power in the shadow realm shinji was more prominent as he came in contact with the fragment directly. being thr strongest in the region he later married the daughter of the of the region head and became the first king of the new kingdom of ellenor , in the same realm to the far north a kingdom had begun rebuilding and recovering from the scares of the past war lead by an ambitious king it was on the verge of recovery but with the mysterious power everyone received throughout the shadow realm , this king took advantage and stabilized his kingdom improving its peoples way of living. This was the first kingdom to thrive and advance outpacing any other kingdom in the shadow realm including the kingdom of ellenor . it was later known as the ice empire as it was the biggest economically and had the biggest military defense at the time. Later other kindoms in the shadow realm began to develop and recover from the war to later form the present day 'new world federation' aka 'the shadow empire'
The last piece plunged into the mystic realm in a land called valkoria . this land grow plant life different from normal its people transformed from human to races of elves, dawrfs, demi humans and other races yet to be discovered. this realm isolated itself from the world.
