So I know this is a lot ahead but I still need to plan it. I wanted to make an enhanced army for him and was taking combat power of MCU and Man of Steel superman as a measure.
And as I was researching, this is the result of my calculations based on their feats made me baffled and confused.
Spiderman ~ (Confirmed without any confusion.)
Base- 10- 30 tons.
Extreme - 50-100 tons if pushed as seen in Spiderman homecoming when he holds a boat split in half.
Hulk~ ( Give suggestions)
Base- 1000-10,000 tons.
Extreme - 100,000 tons to millions of tons.
Thor~ (Extreme confusion and need suggestions.)
Base or casual - 50 to 100 tons.
Extreme - 100,000 to millions of tons.
Now the confusion is, Thor moved the rings of Navildar which from my search shows is about more than 44 trillion tons. He would crubstomp Thanos and displace the tectonic plates with just a stomp of his feet if he has such strength.
Superman, Man of Steel or Henry Cavill if you don't remember. ( I am convinced by my research but still need suggestions if you have any.)
Base- 100,000 to 1,000,000 tons.
Oil rig he lifts was 10,000 to 50,000 tons.
Building he lifts was too.

A fully loaded Dump truck is 25 to 30 tons.
A fully loaded Large Mining or Quarry Trucks. (Eg- Caterpillar 797F) is about 600 to 650 tons.
Weight of Mt. Everest is 22.8 billion tons. (Comics hulk flunged that weight like nothing.)
Asia- 4.7 quintillion tons.
Saitama from one punch man flunged bigger landmass tha Asia into space with ease.
Earth - 5.97 sextillion or 5.97 trillion trillion tons. (Superman bench presses more than that in comics.)
