With the blessing of Lila and the other villagers, Arlan resumed publishing his book. This time, however, he added an important note at the end of the manuscript—an acknowledgement that true love is not always perfect, and that every story has a different perspective.
When the book was finally published, the response was overwhelming. Many readers were inspired by the story of sacrificial love. Arlan was invited to various events to discuss his emotional journey, but the most meaningful one for him was when he returned to the village for the book launch at Bukit Janji.
The villagers gathered, bringing flowers and prayers to remember Salsabila and Arlan's father. During the event, Arlan read one of the most touching passages from his book:
"True love does not always mean possessing, but it lives in the hearts of those who love. Salsabila and Basri never met again, but their love left an eternal trace, connecting generations they themselves never knew."
