"Arise, my legion of horrors! Pftt! Hahaha! Hahahaha!" Tim laughed heartily at Rennyo's declaration.

Tears and snort came out from him, prompting him to lose his balance.

Thud...

He fell off from his seat, as he failed to maintain his joy. The words "legion of horrors" were just too comical to come out of the mouth of someone who has all parts of his brain functioning properly.

After Composing himself, Tim stood up, putting on his sunglasses, asking, "I didn't quite get you there man: arise my legion of what, now?"

Rennyo's grotesque face twisted making him appear as a more terrifying beast, bellowing, "Arise my legion of horrors!!"

"Hahahaha!!" Tim couldn't contain himself, laughing hard enough until his sides hurt.

Seeing the young man take him for a joke, Rennyo felt a deep fury rise inside of him, prompting him to yell, "Do you think I don't have a method that allows me access to my primordial space again?!"

Tim gradually stopped laughing, watching as Rennyo bit his own forearm. If it was biting alone it would have been better, but the old man was eating his forearm like it was a chunk of roasted eating, prompting blood to rush over to the ground.

Timael's face contorted to that of disgust, "Is that healthy man? Someone told me that eating with unwashed hands might cause illnesses like typhoid, and cholera. Well, you're eating your forearm, so I just thought I would ask."

Rennyo chuckled at his words, releasing the sounds of someone who was enjoying what he was eating. When he was done with his right forearm, he moved over to his left one.

On the sidelines, Tim just looked at this bizarre act with emotionless eyes. He knew that the kyuketsuki were just spirit beasts sent to corrupt the human mind. When they take full possession of the host, they change the body's diet to human flesh.

However, a kyuketsuki that would feed on itself was unheard of; it was just like a human drinking his own urine to quench thirst.

That being said, an idea merged in Tim's mind, prompting him to say, "To make a kyuketsuki we adapt a human, and extract their soul, merging it with the soul of a blood wing bat, before placing it inside a host."

His brows narrowed adding, "You, on the other hand, seem to be a more special case. Once a person has their body completely taken over by a kyuketsuki, they can't walk during the daytime. You, however, can do that...meaning, you fused your soul with that of a blood wing bat."

Rennyo swallowed the rest of his remaining forearm, answering, "Surprise. Kyuketsuki were created by both your grandfather and the First Senin to assist the world aristocrats."

Tim blinked his eyes a few times, and said, "Those two were done being husband and wife by the time the kyuketsuki was launched to the world."

Rennyo chuckled slightly, as five fingers grew out on each of his missing forearms, "That's what the world aristocrats want you to know! The truth is more diabolic than you think."

Tim stayed silent, his face unreadable. He turned his gaze to look outside the inn's window, giving the kyuketsuki the right of speech.

"After the rapture."

Rennyo's words were cut short, as Tim asked, "Rapture?"

The Kyuketsuki nodded as his ten fingers continued to grow, "This is the event of when the believers of the being above were taken over to heaven, and when the world laws were educed to the world."

Tim nodded, and the old man added, "After that the world aristocrats gathered the world's technology to gather at the Kinrin continent, leaving the other continents in ancient times."

"You're saying there is technology far greater than this," The young man interrupted with a mutter, his voice filled with shock to the point it was breaking.

Rennyo ignored his words, releasing a muffled groan, as fingers started coming from his already growing ten fingers, before saying:

"After that, there was a shortage of food in the world, since it had stopped raining. The world aristocrats were forced to summon the being you now call the first human using all sorts of dark rituals they could think of. However, there was a tiny problem with this."

"They couldn't control him," Tim said, his shock widening.

The Kyuketsuki nodded, as another pair of fingers started to grow from the other ones.

He said, "After that, the being you call the first human brought the civilization you live in today, but during the process he damaged part of the heavens, not only bringing Tama to the world but also the rains that had stopped for over half a century."

Tim focused his gaze on the growing fingers on Rennyo, as the old man added, "That was good at first until the population started to skyrocket. The world aristocrats introduced the two-child policy, but when the first Tama-Artist spread the knowledge of Rei to the world that all crumbled as people started refusing their command."

"They tried to force conflicts among the people, but rumors of what was hidden in Kinrin continent spread out, prompting the people to be even more eager to take down the world aristocrats. So, in the end, they made a project to reduce the population, and that is when your grandfather comes in."

Tim nodded, his gaze fixed on the fingers surrounding him, but mostly on the creatures coming from outside the inn, prompting him to laugh.

"You're really smart, aren't you?"

Rennyo ceased his speech.

Tim removed his sunglasses, saying, "All this time, you have been telling me stories so that your stupid legion of horrors would advance closer."

"There is nothing stupid about them," the kyuketsuki snorted in reply, finishing his cage of fingers to trap Tim.

The young man waved his head side to side in pity, "Really? You're thinking of killing me with a bunch of zombie goblins?"

He then charged the topic, and asked, "Didn't you say that you are going to get back access to your primordial world?"

Rennyo smirked, yelling, "Kinhin!"

Boooom!!!
