A Few days later.
After the failed mission to capture Nunnally, Lelouch entered a state of deep depression. While the two were on board the airship, Nunnally stated that she wanted to create the Special Administration Zone of Japan like her older half sister Euphemia tried to do. She announced this in her opening speech as viceroy, much to the shock of both Japanese and Britannians. In this zone eleven's would be allowed to call themselves Japanese and would be equal to Britannians.
With this as her intent Zero now became an obstruction acle for her vision of peace. Everything Lelouch did was for Nunnally. So she could live in a peaceful world and now he stood in her way. During her speech Nunnally requested that the Black Knights attend the event as guest. The same request was made by the late Princess Euphemia and that event Andrew the massacre of the Japanese people. Most people didn't know that the massacre was inadvertently caused by Lelouch accidentally using his Geass on the princess in a sad twist of fate.
With his will to fight on Lelouch began to wonder through the city and everywhere he turned he could see images of Nunnally and was constantly remind that he was now in the way.
After losing his sight on his goals and sending the whole night wondering the town, Lelouch was inside of a construction zone. He found something interesting while wondering through the knight. Refrain was an illegal drug that causes the user to hallucinate pleasant memories of the past. The drug was created by Britannia to keep Areas under control, but officially it is illegal.
As Lelouch was about to inject himself with the drug, he felt the object in his hands being pulled away from him. Seth revealed himself after following him for the whole night.
"I see. So you followed me." Lelouch said as he stared at Seth who was in front of him.
"Lelouch what are you doing?"
"I'm giving up. I can't fight my own little sister. Everything I did, was to create a world where Nunnally can be happy. Now that I'm in the way, it would be best if I, no Zero, disappeared." Seth walked up to Lelouch and grabbed him by his collar. He slammed the former prince of Britannia on a steel beam.
"Lelouch you're pathetic. Are you gonna throw everything that you worked so hard for away?! You've started a movement that gave millions of people hope. Zero is not a simple mask you wear, He's the hope for all of Japan. I may have not been here at the beginning, but I can tell how much of an impact you've made as Zero. This rebellion is far bigger than what you think. I know the mask you carry is heavy, but I'll bear the burden with you. We need you. The Black Knights need you." Seth said as he was holding Lelouch up.
"I can't. I'm sorry." Lelouch said and Seth let the former Prince down. Seth said nothing as he allowed Lelouch to wallow in his self pity. He couldn't help those that didn't want to help themselves.
Later that night.
Seth was aboard the submarine that belonged to the Black Knights and was trying to figure out what to do. If Lelouch didn't return he was in deep trouble. He was second in command, but he didn't have the loyalty of the Black Knights. He knew that many of them didn't trust him nor knew him at all. Without Lelouch he was starting back at square one. His force ability could control people but nowhere near the level as Lelouch's Geass.
As Seth was meditating he sensed a large number of warships getting close. He quickly ordered the Black Knights to prepare for an emergency dive. The submarine they had was currently hidden inside of a specially modified cargo ship. The Britannian navy being led by the knight of seven Suzaku, gave the ships several minutes to surrender before they would conduct a force search. Seth remote activated [Rogue Stargazer] and once the time was up the Britannian launched a volley of missiles. Seth made his way towards one of the airlock and ordered [Rogue Stargazer] to produce a massive amount of GN particles. The particles were able to mask the submarine as it made its way underwater. Seth exited the airlock and made his way towards [Rogue Stargazer].
The Britannians were struggling to know if they had destroyed the target. They knew the cargo ship was destroyed, but they also knew that the Black Knights had a submarine and could have used that to escape. And now for some unknown reason their sensors were not working. Just they were about to execute a search of the surrounding area, one of their ships exploded.
"What?! Status report!"
"Sir the system is still unresponsive. Unable to ident- Look!" One of the bridge officers yelled as he pointed towards a the same massive white Knightmare from the mission that attempt to kidnap Nunnally, but now that machine now had two massive pink beam sabers extending from its wrist.
Seth used the beam sabers on [Rogue Stargazer] wrist to start his rampage. The ships and Knightmares that launched were powerless against the wrath of the Gundam.
When Zero finally arrived and returned to aid the Black Knights, the Britannian navy strike force was obliterated and the only thing that were standing, or rather flying were [Rogue Stargazer] along with three of the knight of round. The Knights of the round machines were heavily damaged. Lelouch was able to get the fighting to stop by agreeing to show up at the special administration zone opening event. The two sides agreed and withdrew from the battle.
Once the two of them were aboard the submarine, Zero revealed to the Black Knights that they would attend the ceremony. This was a shock to the Black Knights as the last time Britannia attempt this a large amount of Japanese were massacred and started a revolt that failed miserably.
Seth sensed doubt inside of the Black Knights especially from Toudou and Ohgi. He would keep a close eye on them should this situation become a threat to Seth's plans.
The next few days.
Zero held a video meeting with three of the Knights of the rounds and Alicia Lohmeyer, Nunnally's aid. Zero began the talks stating that he had 1 million eleven that would attend the event much to the surprise of the Britannian. Most opinions on the special administration zone had been negative on both sides. Then Zero revealed his intentions. He requested that he be banished from area 11 in exchange for the one million eleven's to join the event. It was technically legal for the viceroy to place Zero into exile.
This did not sit well with Suzaku, who was against the plan, but his fellow knight Gino knew that if Zero left then the Black Knights would naturally break apart. They would make the announcement at the S.A.Z opening speech of Zero's banishment.
Within the Black Knights ranks they began to see Seth as the second in command and began to trust him. They also became friendly with Blaze and Flame who were helping out in their human forms.
A Few Days Later.
The start of the Special Administration Zone of Japan was now under way, but as they began the welcoming ceremony, the Britannian announced their plan. All participants would have any crimes on their record reduce by one degree and any class 3 criminals will have their sentence suspended. However the murder of former viceroy Calares could not be forgiven and Zero was to be exiled alone.
"Thank you my Britannian friends. I am grateful for your lenient treatment." Zero said as he hacked the massive monitor that the Britannian placed for the event.
"Show yourself, Zero! I'll deport you safely out of this country myself!" Suzaku said.
"I don't wish to be in your debt. However, Suzaku Kururugi, there is something I wish to ask you. What does it mean to be Japanese? To be a nation?" Zero asked.
"What?"
"Language? Territory? Blood ties?" Zero asked wanting an answer.
"No! That's not it! It's in your heart!" Suzaku answered.
"I agree. Awareness of self, their mores, and pride. In short, so long as they have the roots of their culture in their hearts, then they are Japanese no matter where they live!"
"And what does that have to do with you running away by yourself?" This was when the plan Zero make came to light. Smoke began to fill the S.A.Z obscuring all visibility. Nunnally was moved to a secure location and the Britannian Knightmares were ready to shoot any opposition. Suzaku ordered the Britannian to hold their fire until they had confirmation of an enemy.
The Britannian never thought that a million Zeros would be at the S.A.Z. The elevens that joined the event were now all dressed as Zero.
"All you Zeros! Viceroy Nunnally has ordered you! Now all of you leave the country! No matter where we are, so long as it's in our hearts, we are Japanese! Now set out for new lands!" The Zero on the monitor said. As the Zeros began to move the Britannian were preparing to attack. Suzaku made up his mind to allow the Japanese to leave without a fight much to the detest of his peers. This left many think how the one million Japanese were gonna leave the country, that was when Horai Island appeared near the coast where the S.A.Z was being held. Begrudgingly the Britannian held back as one million Zeros began to make ways for the movable island.
Onboard Horai Island Seth and Lelouch were watching the Black Knights come on board, the Sith Lord began admire and grow fearful of Lelouch's strategic capability. He had used a legal loophole that normally would have never worked, but he was able to orchestra a mass migration of people in a matter of days.
"You're terrifying Zero." Seth said to the leader of the Black Knights.
"Oh, that's amusing coming from a man who was able to kill a whole squad of Britannian with just raising his hand up." Lelouch replied.
"So we're headed for the Chinese federation. And I take it you're gonna try and topple the government."
"You would be correct. Taking down Luoyang will clear several steps for taking down Britannia and closer to gaining the resources for finding your relic."
"If anyone else was to try this I would say they were crazy, but considering what you showed me today, I have faith. Well if you need me do anything, let me know and consider it done." Seth said.
"Trust me, you'll have plenty to do." Lelouch said as the island began to take off.
Several days later.
Lelouch was hard at work for his plans to topple the Chinese federation. Because of how much work they needed to do, Lelouch had Sayako impersonate him at school while Seth created a single tempest clone. The clone would be fine for 37 hours, but after that he needed to create a new one and send it back.
The current political situation of the Chinese federation was not the best. It may have the largest army and the highest population of people but there were quite a handful of problems. The first was the figurehead of the federation, a small girl named Tianzi who was just being used by the high Eunuch as they slowly took power into their own hands.
Poverty and disease were running rampant thanks to the corruption in the government. It was soon after the Black Knights settled in the Yellow Sea on Horai island that Sumeragi Kaguya informed Zero that she was invited to a political marriage between the empress of the Chinese federation and the first Prince of Britannia Odysseus. This posed a serious problem for Lelouch and his plans. It was quite obvious that they were going to become a wedding gift for the Britannians. So he decided to intervene.
The night before the wedding.
The celebration in honor of the political marriage was in full swing. There were many important figures here at the event. The bride and groom and many representatives of their nations. The prime minister of Britannia to the Chinese federation And Second Prince of the empire Schneizel. The knight of seven Suzaku Kururugi, Knight of Six Anya Alstreim, and the Knight of three Gino Weinberg were in. Attendance.
"The representative of the Sumeragi Conglomerate. Miss Kaguya Sumeragi has arrived." The announcer said as the representative arrived much to the surprise of the empress and to Suzaku.
"Kaguya? What?!" Suzaku was shocked to see his cousin at the event, but was more shocked to see Zero, Kallen and the mystery new masked figure of the Black Knights.
"Well, well, well." Schneizel said as he saw Zero at the event.
"Schneizel, so you are the mastermind behind this plan." Zero thought as he saw his half brother.
They were quickly surrounded by guards. Seth noticed that Empress was about to intervene when she was stopped by one of the high eunuch. Seth used the force on the empress to influence her. The empress stood up and began to speak.
"Guards! Stand down!" The young empress shouted shocking the whole room.
"Ma'am?" The head of the guards said.
"I invited Kaguya as a friend and you dare to disrespect me by attempting to arrest them!" The young empress stated shocking the room yet again.
"But he's Zero. A terrorist." The guard stated.
"I allowed her to bring several guest and they are to respected. Is that understood." The guards were quiet for several seconds.
"I said is that understood!"
"Yes." The head guard ordered his men to stand down. The high eunuch were panicking. They never expected the empress to grow a backbone and if they spoke out against her in front of all these high ranking attending members. The Empress was shocked that she spoke out like that, but was happy she was able to save her friend. The second Prince of Britannia approach the Sumeragi conglomerate.
"So Schneizel, you appear before me." Just then the three Knights of the rounds appeared between them.
"As watchful as always is see." Lelouch thought as he saw Suzaku appeared in front of him to prevent him from using Geass. Seth stood in front of Lelouch and appear in front of the three Knights. The Geass Lelouch placed on Suzaku began to flare up. It was screaming at the knight of seven to run away from this mask man in front of him. Seth knew that Lelouch used Geass on Suzaku in the past and sensed a large amount of fear from the knight briefly.
"The traitor of Japan, Suzaku Kururugi. We meet at last." Darth Dominus said using the voice modulator in his mask to distort his voice.
"Who are you?" Suzaku said ignoring the traitor comment.
"My name is Darth Dominus. I'm the second in command of the Black Knights, dog of Britannia." Seth was trying to get Suzaku angry on purpose. He would be much easier to manipulate with the force.
"Oh, so you're Zero right hand man? Tell me if you two are so courageous to fight for your homeland, why don't you show us your face." Gino said as he partook in this tense conversation. To say that the air between these men was tense would be a understatement. Sumeragi saw that this conversation was gonna break out in a conflict if she didn't do much. She walked in front of Darth Dominus and looked at Suzaku.
"Kururugi, do you remember me. I'm your cousin."
"Of course I would remember you." Suzaku answered. While the two cousins talked to one another, someone in the crowd spoke loud enough on purpose for the members of the Sumeragi conglomerate to hear.
"Can you believe these damned elevens. Coming here on a-" Darth Dominus extended his arm and used the force to drag the Britannian man in front of him. While the man was floating in the air by an unseen force he suddenly began to gasp for air. The room filled with shock and fear as Darth Dominus began to choke the Britannian using an invisible force.
"Dominus, enough! Release him!"
"As you wish." Darth Dominus said as he released his holdings the man. The Britannian began to take in large breath of air and looked up in fear as he saw the metal masked man look down at him.
"Never use the word eleven before me if you value your life." Darth Dominus stated as the man pissed himself and ran in fear of his life. In reality Seth wasn't bother by the term eleven, but he was still half Japanese and felt sympathetic to the Japanese people who no longer had a land to call their own.
"I'm so sorry you had to see that. I'm very passionate about my country and I absolutely hate the term he used." Darth Dominus said to Prince Schneizel who recovered from the shock of seeing the Britannian man being choked by a mysterious power.
"I can see that. Miss Sumeragi, I'm going to request that you have Zero and his friend not attend tomorrow's ceremony." Schneizel said.
"I suppose it can't be helped." Sumeragi said in response. Lelouch saw that now was as good a time to execute his plan.
"Prince Schneizel. Would you care for a game of chess. If I win I'd liked to have sir Kururugi."
"Huh?" Kallen and Suzaku said in surprise.
"I'll give him to lady Kaguya."
"That would be a most pleasant present! Kaguya said with glee.
"Enjoy your anticipation of your gift." Lelouch said out loud. In reality if he could get Suzaku out of the room then he could use his Geass on everybody here. It could be checkmate for Schneizel.
"Very well, if I win then you'll remove your mask in front of everyone."
"I accept." Zero stated and the two began their match.
Some time later.
The chess match between Schneizel and Zero was intense. Neither side showing any sign of backing down, but soon after being neck and neck for the whole match, Zero was closing in for a victory. However Schneizel shocked the whole by moving his king into check. This gave Zero the chance to assure his victory, but he would feel absolutely disgusting if he seized victory like this.
Zero moved his King away from Schneizel's King placing the two in a stalemate.
"The emperor would have taken that without any hesitation. I've learned what kind of man you really are." Schneizel said.
"Schneizel you dare to look down on me like that." Lelouch thought inside his head. Just before the two were about to talk someone launched an attack on Zero.
"I will avenge Princess Euphemia! Die Zero!" A dark green hair girl said as she charged towards the leader of the Black Knights. Lelouch was shocked to see Nina here at this event. She was a former classmate of his and fellow member of the student council. She was a huge fan of Euphemia and once news of the princess death hit her she took it very hard.
Nina was in the middle of her charge when felt someone grab her wrist and slammed her on the table. While Nina was on the table, Darth Dominus placed a single hand on her head. Her eyes widen with shock before she passed out. While she was unconscious, Seth used the force to search through her mind and found something very interesting. It was about a new weapon system called F.L.E.I.J.A that was very similar to a nuclear bomb of his world only more destructive and no radiation.
"Forgive me Zero. Let's end our little game here. Also I'd liked to confirm that you will not attend the ceremony tomorrow. Next time a chess match won't save you." Schneizel said.
"Very well." Zero said as his group took their leave.
The Next Day.
The wedding was underway and the ceremony was almost over when someone bursted through the doors.
"We ask this question! By the voice of heaven, the road of the land, and the heart of the people! In what way does this marriage represent the will of the Chinese federation?!" Xing-ke yelled as he and a squad of his men stormed the wedding. Xing-ke could no longer allow the high eunuch rule over the people. He started a coup d'etat.
"Have you lost your mind Xing-ke?!" One of the high eunuch said as he got up from his seat.
"Silence Zhao Hao! In the name of the people, I challenge the legality of this wedding!" Xing-Ke said as his men and he Batak their assault. However the Xing-ke and his men were suddenly lifted in the air and were thrown to the side by some unseen force. Instantly one person appear in the mind of several members in the wedding hall. Standing at the entrance of the wedding, stood a black cloaked figure. All the wedding goers heard was the breathing coming from him as the room fell silent. Several guards charged at the cloaked figure, but that was when Darth Dominus ignited his red lightsabers.
The red lightsabers cut through the weapons and bodies of the guards that attack him. This instantly caused a massive panic among the wedding goers. Odysseus ran from the altar and empress Tianzi attempted to run, but she found herself frozen in place.
As Darth Dominus walked down the altar, he destroyed anyone that even attempted to get between him and the empress. Several guards bought out firearms and shot at the Sith Lord, but they soon saw their bullets frozen in the air. Seth returned the kind gesture by blasting the armed guards with force lightning. The Knights of the round worked to secure a safe exit for the two princes, luckily for them Darth Dominus' target was the empress. Securing her was the number one priority. Darth Dominus now stood before the empress and kneel in front of her shocking the members of the wedding that were still here.
"You majesty, Zero has requested that you come with me. Will you come peacefully?" Darth Dominus asked the child empress. Before she could answer someone spoke.
"Get away from her majesty, you demon!" Xing-ke recovered from the blow he received earlier and charged at the masked Sith Lord. Xing-ke soon found being pulled to the Sith Lord. Darth Dominus grabbed the coup leader and began to choke him with his left hand. He wasn't using the force, just using the his brute strength to crush the man's throat.
"Xing-ke! No!"
"Emp..ress.." Xing-ke said as he would feel himself becoming lightheaded from the lack of air.
"Please! Don't kill him! I'll go with you! Just don't kill Xing-ke." Even without the force Seth could tell that Xing-ke was someone very important to the empress.
"Very well." Seth said as he released his grip on Xing-ke and picked up the empress in a princess cradle. Just then the Gurren arrived which surprised Kallen as the Gurren didn't have an autopilot feature. Flame was in her human form and was operating the Gurren. Just then the Zangetsu piloted by Toudou arrived to provide aid. He raised his sword towards the Britannian princes, but just then Suzaku arrived in the Lancelot.
"Flame, your timing couldn't be better." Seth said to Flame via their mental link.
"Anything for you, master." Flame said with a slightly sexy tone.
"Don't worry, I'll treat you well tonight." Seth said to the demoness.
"I'll look forward to it." Flame said as she undid her human form and allow Kallen to take her machine.
"Blaze, ready?"
"Of course, Seth." Seth activated [B.L.A.Z.E.] and took off with the empress followed by Kallen who was carrying Kaguya and Toudou was able to destroy the Lancelot's float system so it couldn't fly after them.
In The Air.
As Seth was flying in the air with the empress in his hands he could help but smile as he saw the empress reaction to the outside world from a bird's eye view. Seth asked [B.L.A.Z.E.] to removed the part of her covering his face.
"It's beautiful isn't it." Seth said to the young empress who was shocked to see a very attractive, orange eye young man carrying her.
"Empress I know that you must have a lot on your mind, so I thought that talking to you face to face would be better." Seth said as he gave a warm smile to the empress who couldn't help but blush.
"Since we have a couple of minutes to talk so I wanted to say, how has being an empress been for you. Are you happy where you were." Seth already knew the answer to that question, but he need her to open up to him. She was a little hesitant, but she soon spoke.
"Not really. I've never been allowed to leave the city and I never really had any friends." She began to go on and on about her time in the forbidden city.
"And then those old farts forced you into a marriage didn't they." Seth said after the Empress finished talking.
"They said it was for peace."
"Tianzi-chan, I'm sorry to say, but those people you trusted, they were selling you and all of the Chinese federation to Britannia in exchange for their new place in the Britannian empire."
"No... I-"
"It's the truth. I know it's hard to believe, but that why we saved you. We want to save the Chinese federation people, but that's not the only reason." Seth stated getting the attention of the Empress.
"I refuse to allow a child be used by adults for their personal gain. As a parent I'm completely against political marriages involving children." Seth stated much to the surprise of the Empress.
"Huh?"
"You're still so young. You need to go outside and experience life. Go play with friends. Find someone to love. Have fun. You are a child only once. You should be allowed to enjoy it and I swear on my life that I will make sure that you will be allowed to be happy with whoever you choose." Seth said as he held the small girl in a sort of hug while they were flying. The girl felt reassured in the older boy's embrace even though she witness Seth massacre the guards at the wedding.
The two landed on top of a transport truck the Black Knights had and the Empress met with Zero. Seth saw that Lelouch wouldn't be to convince the Empress with logic as she was so young. He offered to talk to her in his place, to which Lelouch agreed to and left the Empress alone with Seth and Kaguya.
A few hours laters.
Zero and Darth Dominus has successfully regrouped with their main battle forced along with the flying battleship Ikaruga. Darth Dominus was ordered by Zero to head towards the location where the Indian forces would be waiting for them to help take down the Chinese federation. Seth had a bad feeling about leaving Lelouch alone, but he trusted his ally and took off.
When Seth arrived in [B.L.A.Z.E.] to the meeting place there was no one there. He contacted Lelouch and learned that things on his end were terrible. Seth activated [B.L.A.Z.E.]'s Trans-Am and rushed back to the Ikaruga.
Meanwhile with Lelouch.
Things for the Black Knights have deteriorated to a very bad point. Zero was outflanked and Kallen was captured by the enemy. He was forced to abandon a rescue attempt and flee to the mausoleum of the 88 Emperors. The Black Knights forces thought it would be safe, but they soon learned that the High Eunuch didn't gave a damn about the Empress and that the Britannians were now aiding the Chinese Federation forces. Zero had a single trick up his sleeve. He opened a channel to the High Eunuchs.
"Ooh, Do you care to admit to your defeat yourself? However it's too late." Zhao Hao said.
"You have no intention of calling off this attack? If this keeps up, the Empress will die as well!" Zero said.
"The Empress is merely a system." Zhao Hao said.
"There are plenty more to replace her." Xia Wang stated.
"You can't use her as a bargaining chip." Cheng Zhong said.
"Weren't you preparing to use her as tribute to gain noble titles in Britannia?" Zero asked.
"Oh, my, you have sharp ears, don't you? It's really a cheap price to pay for collateral." Zhao laughed in response.
"You've already ceded your territory and signed an unequal treaty with them?!"
"That has nothing to do with us."
"Correct. We're now Britannian noblemen, after all." Xia stated.
"And what about the common people who are left behind?" Zero asked.
"Zero, when you walk on the street, do you watch out to not step on ants?"
"You throw away the paper that clings to your rear, don't you? This is no different!" Cheng stated.
"You sell out your nation, abandon your leader, and betray your people! What do you hope to gain in the end?!" Zero said loudly with passion.
"I'm amazed! To think that Zero is such an idealist."
"Leaders and commoners will always breed." Xia said as a insult.
"Like insects." The three High Eunuch began to laugh.
"You're rotten! What sort of nobleman are you! You're bureaucrats who have no idea about the obligations of nobility!" Zero stated as the transmission ended. During the talk with the High eunuch, Empress Tianzi had left the safe room. She made her way to the outside hull that was now defenseless thanks to the constant bombardment from the Chinese federation on the Ikaruga energy shields.
Xing-ke, who was betrayed by the high eunuch as after they let him use the Knightmare Shen Hu to take down Zero as he was a skilled warrior and strategist. After he cornered Zero they unleashed Anya and Gino on the warrior. He fought valiantly but against two Knights of the rounds was too much on his body that was short on time. He saw the empress on the deck of the Ikaruga, exposed, and rushed to her aid. He made it in time to intercept the barrage of bullets the high eunuch ordered on her, but Shen Hu would not last for too long under the barrage.
"Save yourself! Your majesty!"
"What? Xing-ke?" Tianzi said with shock.
"You finally made it to the outside, but you haven't seen anything yet. I'll defend you here!" Xing-ke said as the Shen Hu began to take heavy damage.
"But without you! Xing-ke, you and I! It has to be you and I!" The empress stated as she couldn't bare the loss of her true friend.
"Your words are wasted on me. And yet..." Shen Hu was nearing its end.
"Can't I save you? Can't I protect you? All the preparation I've made in the last six years have been for your sake! Somebody! I don't care who! SAVE HER!" Just then two figures appeared. One from inside the Ikaruga and another from above. Both raised up powerful barriers that protected the Ikaruga and her people from a powerful barrage. The barrage had created a large amount of smoke, blocking everyone's view. It was when the smoke cleared that it was revealed who protected the ship.
"That!" The Chinese federation and Britannians saw a new black Knightmare, named Shinkiro that was equipped with an Absolute Defense Field. The second figure that appeared from the smoke was a heavily armored red exoskeleton. Seth used [F.L.A.M.E.] as she had much larger and stronger shields than [B.L.A.Z.E.]. Everyone was shocked that the Black Knights leader would actually join the battlefield and that the Black Knights had a second miniature Knightmare.
It was at this moment that the High Eunuch learned that insurrection had broken out all across the Chinese Federation. Zero's talk with the high eunuch was released and now the people wanted some payback.
"Flame, ready to go wild?" Seth asked the red headed beauty.
"You know it master! Let's raise hell!"
"Red Gaia Eraser!" [F.L.A.M.E.] launched all her bits and began to fire a barrage of red beams that covered the battlefield.
Schneizel saw that the situation was no longer in their favor. A nation is represented by the people and now that the High eunuch no longer had the support of the people, he chose to withdraw.
While Seth was destroying anything that was in his path, Xing-ke attacked the high eunuch and killed them with his sword.
Seth finished off any trace of resistance and Zero learned that Kallen was given to the Britannian who were on their way back to Japan.
The next morning.
After the battle died down there were many cheers, but that soon disappeared with the news of Kallen their ace pilot. Zero was on the deck of the Ikaruga. Along with Seth, Blaze, Flame, both in their human forms and with many other members of the Black Knights. They were meeting with the Empress, Xing-ke and his forces to declare an alliance. While they were speaking, Diethart suggested a political marriage with a Japanese man. This idea was shot down by all the female members on the deck as well as Seth.
"Oh, so you're even against this." Zero said to his second in command.
"Of course. Considering all that she's gone through already. I believe forcing a political marriage would be terrible. And personally I believe a marriage without love as a foundation is nothing more than a lie. I also promised her that I would set her free if she helps us."
"You what? When?" Seth began to explain the talk he had with the empress. The two went back and forth with their talk. Seth was able to convince Lelouch on his side of the marriage.
"Very well. Your majesty! Your future is yours alone to decide." Much to the joy of the Empress and the members of the Xing-ke forces. Things were looking good for the Black Knights. They now had access to a large amount of resources and Lelouch was gonna make the most of with, along with his Interdimensional ally.
