With Seth.
"You're mine!" Seth yelled as he created a Hyper Beam sphere and fired at Ichika. Ichika was able to avoid the Hyper beam, but he didn't see the four hyper missiles that were behind the beam. Ichika headed towards the ground. Seth unleashed a volley of Phazon enhanced bullets from his miniguns. [F.L.A.R.E.] saw that her master was in danger. She surrounded Ichika with her wings of light and it acted like a shield.
"My lord this energy he's using is powerful, its destroying faster than I can repair." Flare said to Ichika.
"Got it." Ichika said as he got up.
"Seth he's activated his A.T-Field." Blaze said as a hexagonal shield appeared in front of Ichika. Seth switched his energy blades to his anti-A.T-Field blades, but now they were Hyper anti-A.T-Field blades. [F.L.A.R.E.] was equipped with anti-A.T-Field blades as well. The two blades clashed again, but Ichika couldn't enter any binds with Seth as his energy blades would melt.
Meanwhile with Tatenashi.
Tatenashi was at a slight disadvantage. The [Mysterious Lady] was an I.S. that worked best indoors while [Silent Zephyrs] was a long range fighter. Madoka knew this and decided to keep her distance. Madoka used the bits on the [Silent Zephyrs] to attack Tatenashi. It seemed like the bits worked, but soon a warning appeared on Madoka's HUD. Before she could react Tatenashi attacked Madoka with her spear [Heavy Rain].
Madoka was sent towards the ground. She check her energy points and saw that she had 730 remaining. Madoka fired several shots at Tatenashi with her [Star Breaker]. Tatenashi was having to focus all on avoid the energy blast from Madoka and her bits.
"She's good." Tatenashi was impress with the girls skills, it was such a sad thing that she was with phantom task. Tatenashi was able to see that once the assault bits run out of energy they have to return to the I.S. unit to recharge. There is only a ten second window, which was more then enough for her. All she had to do was wait.
With Natasha.
Natasha was currently at a disadvantage. The [Silver Gospel] was an outdoors I.S. unit while the [Arachne] was incredible at indoor combat thanks to its legs. Autumn had fired a massive volley of energy shots at Natasha and the blond girl raised up a barrier. The [Arachne] may not be agile but it could fire a lot of shots. Natasha created a blue sphere in her hands and fired it. Autumn jumped and avoided the blast, but Natasha entered elemental shift and the [Silver Gospel] turned yellow. Natasha created a sphere in her hands and launch the sphere at Autumn where it exploded and started to electrocute her. Autumn felt 10,000 volts of electricity course through her body. It was extremely painful as the electricity wasn't a lethal amount so the I.S. ultimate barrier didn't kick in.
"You bitch, I'll kill you!" Autumn leaped to a wall and fired a web like substance at Natasha.
"What the hell is this stuff?" Natasha found out that she was unable to move. Autumn grabbed the [Silver Gospel] and slammed it at a wall she then began to fire several shots from the [Arachne] at point blank range.
"You're finished!" Natasha saw that her energy points were beginning to fall fast. She entered another elemental shift and the [Silver Gospel] changed from yellow to red. Suddenly Autumn felt a large spike in the nearby temperature. She received a torrent of flames from the [Silver Gospel] which burned off the webs that was suppressing its movements.
"I'm just getting warmed up." Natasha said as she brought out her energy blades.
Meanwhile with the girls.
They were currently watching Seth's fight against Ichika. They were surprised at how much Seth had improve from the last time. The only one who had seen Seth fight this ferociously was Samus.
"Was Seth holding back this whole time?" Cecilia asked. She felt a bit hurt. On several occasions she asked him to go all out, but now she finally sees that he was far more advance than her.
"I guess he really wants to finish this quickly." Charlotte said as she saw this new side of Seth. She was a little scared of this side of Seth.
"Seth please don't kill him." Houki said. She knew in her heart that she now was in loved with Seth, but she still had feelings for Ichika. She had no idea that they were one and the same.
"Seth don't do something stupid." Rin said.
"Bride kick his ass!" Laura said as she began to cheer.
With Seth.
Seth had just unleashed another Hyper Beam when Blaze began to spoke.
"Seth the corruption level has reached 48%. You need to be more careful."
"I'll be fine after I kill this bastard!" Seth yelled as he slashed at Ichika. Ichika was able to block Seth's strikes, but each time their blades me Ichika's blades melted a little soon he would be in trouble.
"My Lord I suggest a strategic retreat." Flare said.
"Shit, no choice. Alright when there is an opening, do it." Ichika said as all he had to do was hold his ground.
"Master just push him a little more." Flame said inside of Seth's mind.
"I'm on it." Seth said as he slashing away at Ichika's energy blades, but he suddenly felt a sharp pain in his stomach.
"Oh Fuck." Seth said as he fell to his knees. Everyone was shocked as two seconds earlier he was kicking some serious ass. Seth covered his mouth in an tempt to stop him from throwing up, but this was of no success. He released the blue contents from his mouth allowing it to spread on the ground.
"Shit he's overusing it." Samus said as she began to rush towards, but before she could make it to Seth, Ichika saw his chance to get away.
"Like hell I'll let you!" Seth said as he followed after Ichika and entered the portal.
The Void.
Ichika couldn't believe that Seth had actually followed him into the void again, but what was more insane was that Seth was trying to fight inside the void.
"Are you an Idiot! You'll kill us both!" Ichika felt something he should never feel, fear.
"Seth stop its too dangerous to fight in here!" Blaze couldn't believe that Seth was even thinking of fighting in here.
"Master please stop, you don't know what you're messing with." Flame was actually starting to get scared and she was normally the one who suggested the most reckless plans. Seth just ignored their pleas and fire a Hyper missile point blank at blast was so powerful that it knock both Seth and Ichika off of the tunnel. They entered an unknown fate as now they were at the mercy of space and time.
Meanwhile.
"Pursuit squad, report the current location of the two units." A voice said.
"Pod 02- and Pod 00- have reached the operational altitude. It is now in the targeted orbit." Another voice said.
"Pod 08 experience problems getting into orbit do to lack of altitude." A third voice said.
"Very well. We'll have 02- and 00- do this operation."
"Roger." A voice said.
"Pod 08 will act as support."
"Transition shift to seven."
"Pod 02- has reached the point of no return. Pod 00- has reached the point of no return."
"They're entering area 88."
"Roger."
"Commencing Operation US."
"Roger."
"Pods 02 and 00 is entering the final operation orbit."
"Tuning RCS activation confirmed."
"Switching to deceleration. Igniting all engines, stage one."
"No problems with the posture-control system."
"Beginning combustion." Suddenly a large rocket thrusters activated. Once they finished a small section of the thrusters detached.
"The units will now be controlled locally. Good luck." A voice said as the operation was about to begin.
"The auto-defense system is activating. A shock wave will hit in 3...2...1..." Suddenly the shockwave hit the Evangelions.
"Warning unknown energy anomaly detected."
"Is it a threat?" A voice asked.
"Unable to confirm, but it's currently near the moon former orbit."
"Finish this operation before we find out what the hell this thing is." The voice said.
"Roger."
Meanwhile at the strange energy source.
"Fucking hell. Where are we?" Seth asked as he was able to survive the void.
"Seth that was really stupid what you just did, we could have been stuck between time and space!" Blaze yelled angrily.
"Sorry. I don't know why I was filled with rage, all I could think of was to destroy that clone."
"Master please think next time." Seth felt a large pain inside of his stomach but he suppressed it.
"Seth your corruption level has reached 55% we need to expel it." Blaze said.
"Yeah, wait what's going on?" Seth said as he saw several explosions above the a planet with a Red Sea.
"A Red sea, wait we're back in this universe?"
"Yes Seth we've returned to this universe, however fourteen years have passed."
"Shit." Seth knew that there was no way that Shinji would be alive. He was slightly sadden by this.
"Seth I'm detecting Shinji Ikari's bio-signature!"
"Where!" Seth asked frantically.
"He's in that odd looking thing." Blaze said as she brought up a image of the prism that contained the boy.
"Blaze expel the Phazon later, I got work to do." Seth said as he flew towards the prism. He had no idea just how much things have changed. As Seth flew closer he saw that there were three Evangelion units. One of which he never seen, but the other two were all two familiar.
"Zerogouki and Nigoki. Asuka, Rei!" Seth was glad to see that they were still alive as well, but suddenly something was approaching them.
"Seth there's several angels!" Blaze said.
"I'll kill two birds with one stone." Seth would use the angels to expel the remain Phazon in his system.
"Asuka, Rei, several mark 04 are headed your way. Destroy them." Misato ordered.
"Roger." The two girls said.
"Ma'am that energy signature is approaching the Eva at a fast speed." A voice said.
"Shit! Girls watch out, you must finish the mission." Both Asuka and Rei were ready for whatever NERV had sent to stop their mission. They decided to deal with the mark 04 first then whatever the hell this unknown thing was. Just before the mark 04s made contact with the Evangelions A.T-Fields they were hit by a light blue energy beam.
"The hell." Asuka yelled as Seth's unknown attack the mark 04s instead of them.
"Look." Rei said. The two girls saw a something glowing blue was aiding them.
"I don't believe, it's [B.L.A.Z.E.]." Asuka said.
"It appears that Seth fairs has returned." Rei said.
"Girls retrieve Shogoki first then we'll recover Seth fairs."
Seth was currently slash the cores of several mark 04s NERV had sent. They were a lot easier to kill then a real angel. Seth saw that a pair of the mark 04s were headed his way, but something sniped them. As the threat of these pseudo Angles disappeared he rushed to the other two Evas.
As the three of them began to up the prism that contained Shogoki, a mark 04 that was meant to guard the prism, activated.
"Master use your remaining Phazon." Flame said.
Seth created a large light blue sphere. The two Eva pilots, thanks to the equipment they had, were able to measure the amount of energy that the sphere had, and were surprised at its power. The Mark 04 tried to avoid the attack, but it was unable to escape. It tried to rely on its A.T-Field to protect itself, but this failed. The Phazon beam was so powerful that not even A.T-Field was able to stop it. The mark 04 explodes leaving the iconic cross explosions in its wake. Seth felt extremely light headed and passed out on reentry.
Awhile later.
Seth woke up with a strange thing on his neck. He didn't like it.
"Seth don't remove it just yet. It's a bomb. I'm working on hacking it without them noticing." Blaze said as she was currently pissed at the people who put this on Seth's neck.
"Master I'm currently working on the one they put on Shinji. Master this world is completely different than before." Flame said. Suddenly several armed personnel came in and pointed their weapons at Seth.
"Seth Fairs you will come with us quietly or we will use lethal force." One of the men said. Seth silently complied. He was lead into an interrogation room. His seemed all too familiar. Seth had no idea that just a few rooms down that Shinji was also in an interrogation room. A familiar face stepped in the room and boy did she look piss.
"Seth Fairs its been awhile." Misato said as she stepped in with Rei.
"Fourteen years to be exact." Seth answered.
"Enough of the small talk, do you have any idea why we've-"
"Taken me prisoner and placed a fucking bomb around my neck? No I do not know but I sure as hell would like to know." Seth was angry.
"You disappeared for fourteen years after you and Shinji almost caused the third impact." Rei said.
"What? We caused third impacted? But NERV's goal was to stop that at all cost." Seth was actually shocked.
"NERV was the one who wanted third impact the most. We're now members of WILLE, and our goal is to destroy NERV. In any case you almost, it was stopped in time, but the damage was already done. 2.4 billion people died because of you and now humanity has less than 100,000 people left." Seth was shocked that this happen. Suddenly a something shook the Wunder. Misato heard a phone ringing.
"It's me." Misato said as she picked up the phone.
"Ma'am an Eva attacking the Wunder."
"They're after Shogoki. Rei get to your Eva!" Misato said as she and Rei left the room. The armed guard in the room told Seth to follow him to a cell, but Seth had another idea. He broke free of the cuffs that were holding him back. Seth put the guard in a sleeper hold and the man fell asleep. Seth ripped off the DSS choker that they placed on him. He activated [F.L.A.M.E.] and started to search for Shinji.
"Seth turn right." Blaze said. Seth decided to give whatever was in his way a surprise. Seth gave the wall a impact punch and blew open a hole. There he was Shinji standing. A little shaken but he was well. He didn't look like he aged a single day which was the same for Rei who he saw earlier and now Asuka who was angrily glaring at the duo.
"Aniki!" Shinji said happily. Before Seth could say something Misato spoke.
"Don't move a single muscle." Misato said as she brought up the detonator for the DSS choker.
"Misato why are you doing this? What did we do?!" Shinji asked.
"You two are far too dangerous to let you live unregulated."
"So you would be willing to kill both of us?" Seth asked.
"I will do what I must to protect humanity." Misato said, Seth closed his eyes.
"Flame, release Shinji's DSS choker." The collar on Shinji's neck fell to the ground.
"No." Misato said as she had just lost her trump card.
"Misato I can't believe you. You honestly act like we wanted to cause third impact. Wel-" Seth was cut off as a giant fist broke the wall and knocked Seth against a wall.
"Huh? Zerogouki?!" Seth said as he finally saw that the orange One eyed Eva was kidnapping Shinji.
"Seth that's not Rei!" Misato yelled. However something urgent came up as the orange mech reached for Shinji.
"ANIKI HELP ME!" Shinji screamed as he was being taken by the orange giant.
"Shit, hold on Shinji!" Seth charged at the orange Eva's arm, but he forgot that [F.L.A.M.E.] couldn't produce a A.T-Field. The Eva knocked Seth back using its A.T-Field.
"Shit!" Seth cursed as the pain coursed through his body.
"Master, I'm sorry, I can't stay active." Flame said as she deactivated.
"Blaze!"
"Lets do it!" Blaze was in a feisty mood. She had it with all the crap that that has happen today.
Seth flew out of the newly created hole, inside [B.L.A.Z.E.]. He was shocked at how large the ship Wunder was. It was at least 2 Kilometers long and it's wingspan had to be at least 1.5 kilometers. He was more surprised at the fact that there were destroyers, aircraft carriers, and big ship rigs floating, but right now he didn't have the luxury of time. Seth flew high above Zerogouki. Suddenly a massive shadow appeared above Zerogouki. The Ayanami type that was piloting the Mark 09 suddenly received a punch from a black Eva. Seth in Sangouki grabbed the Mark 09 and forced it on to the hull of the ship. He was on top of it and brought out one of Sangouki's new toys. An energy blade appeared on the black Eva's right wrist. He was about to thrust the energy blade into the Mark 09 when said Eva gave Seth a powerful kick to his stomach. Sangouki flew away from the Mark 09 and something began to grow on the orange Eva.
Mari had just reached the perfect area to shoot at Mark 09 and shot a bullet from Unit 08. The bullet hit its target and the Mark 09's head was blown clean off, yet it still stood.
"Dammit it's a vessel of Adam." Mari noted as she saw that what appeared to be a rocket grow on the back of the Mark 09. The rocket on its back lit up and the Orange Eva flew with it's prize.
"Shinji!" Seth yelled as he ran after the Eva. He dematerialized Sangouki and now with [B.L.A.Z.E.] he was in hot pursuit.
Several Hours Later.
Seth was able to track the Mark 09 all the way down to the ruins of Tokyo-3. Seth couldn't believe just how different this place was. Where there used to be plants and tree was now covered in this strange red stuff. There were what appeared to be red things that resembled Evas all over the ruins. Their sizes varied from each one. The most puzzling part was that the moon was so damn close to the earth. The moon seemed to have it's own atmosphere and there was this strange thing in the middle of what used to be Tokyo-3, but Seth had no idea what it was. Blaze told him to stay clear of it. As Seth traveled closer to the old NERV base, he saw a strange pyramid, what was strange about it was that it was upside down and resting on a large pole.
Seth decided that he had looked enough at the strange things in this new land and decided to find the old NERV HQ. When he arrived at the old HQ he saw the damaged that was done. No longer he once mighty and impenetrable fortress, now all that was left were ruins.
"This is what happened when we failed." Seth said as he entered the old HQ. He remembered all the good times he had in here. Laughing and crying, with the NERV crew and now this. The atmosphere was full of melancholy.
Seth entered the old Eva cages that were now exposed to the elements. He saw that they were empty and felt slightly empty himself, but he shook this off as he heard the sound of a piano being played. He turned to the source and saw a boy with grey hair and red eyes. The mysterious boy suddenly turned his head and his red eyes met with Seth's.
"Hello Seth Fairs, I've been waiting to meet you." Kaworu Nagisa said.
Awhile later.
Shinji awoke inside of an all too familiar white room where he saw the Ayanami type in a black plug suit. Shinji thought that all of the event that happened earlier was a dream.
"Rei?"
"Follow me." Rei Q said as she lead Shinji to where his father wanted him to go.
Seth was led into a dark room where the only thing he could see were the glowing red words of 'EVANGELION DAI-JUSANGOUKI (Unit 13)'.
"An Eva?" Shinji asked.
"Correct." An all too familiar voice said. Shinji turned his head and saw a man he never wanted to see again. His father.
"Gendo!" Shinji spat out with hatred in his voice. This was surprising to Gendo as he never expected to hear Shinji like this. Gendo thought he had broke the pilot of Evangelion unit 01, but someone had sparked a small fire inside the boy.
"I can see that you are not pleased to see me so I'll make this quick. Once Evangelion unit 13 is complete you will pilot with this boy." Gendo said as a light turned on and revealed a white hair boy, who Gendo didn't expect. Shinji couldn't believe his eyes when he saw Seth standing there.
"ANIKI!" Shinji said with joy.
"In the flesh." Seth said.
"What are you doing here?" Gendo spat out.
"Simple commander Ikari. I'm here to stopped you." Seth said as activate [B.L.A.Z.E.] and materialize a pistol.
"Gendo Ikari, If you so much as move I'll unload a whole clip inside of you!" Seth said. This wasn't a threat, it was a promise. Gendo knew when he was beaten, he raised up his hands and Seth cuffed him.
"I should have." Seth said as he led Gendo into one of the last remaining working prison cells. Ironic it was the same one that Gendo place Seth in fourteen years earlier. Seth closed the doors on Gendo letting the darkness fill the cell. After dealing with Gendo, Seth decided to meet with Shinji.
"Aniki, can you tell me what's going on?" Shinji asked when he saw the white hair boy.
"I think I can shed some light on this grim situation." Vice commander Fuyutsuki said as he appeared next to the two boys with Rei Q and Kaworu with him.
"Seth would you mind if we played a game of shogi." Fuyutsuki said. Seth agreed to this. As their game began, Fuyutsuki started to talk.
"Seth, Shinji let me tell you how this all began..." Fuyutsuki dropped a lot of information. The human instrumentality project, the disappearance of Yui Ikari, SEELE, the origins of Rei Ayanami and the soul of Shogoki. All this information was a lot to take in at once. Shinji couldn't believe that his mother was inside of Shogoki and the Rei was technically his half sister, but most of all that NERV's goal was to actually wipe out humanity.
"Why are you telling us all these things?" Seth asked.
"Because now the fate of his world rest in your hands." Fuyutsuki said as he place Seth in a checkmate.
"I know you'll make the right choice." Fuyutsuki said as he disappeared from the group.
"Aniki what are we gonna do? The whole world is fucked up because of us." Shinji said.
"Simple, we'll recreated the world." Seth said. Shinji had no idea on what he meant, by he decided to trust him.
Kaworu had told Seth that they had a chance to literally reshape the world. If they were able to retrieve both the [Lance of Longinus] and [Lance of Cassius] then they would temporary become a god. Seth learned that unit 13 has a double entry system so he would need to do synchronization training with Shinji. Blaze and Flame decided to make upgrades to units mark 09 and 13. They were able to regenerate the head, but it took a new form. Seth was able to get Rei Q to join his side somehow. She obeyed him because he outranked her.
They learned that SEELE placed a fail safe system in both of the units and they were remove. They now had full control of the Evas. Several days have passed and the group got their plan ready. Rei Q will pilot unit mark 09, Kaworu would use Sangouki, finally Seth and Shinji would use unit 13. They would descend into the ruins of central dogma and retrieve the spears. This plan was utterly nuts they had no idea of what would wait for them when they got down there. Seth had found something inside of NERV HQ. Beer.
Seth was actually really stressed out, but he hid this fact from the others, but he knew Kaworu could tell. Seth was a little freaked out when he found out Kaworu was an angel. Kaworu told him that he was not an enemy and that all he wanted was to bring Shinji happiness. Seth held an energy blade to his neck yet his motive stay the same. He felt like Kaworu was telling the truth so he decided to trust him. After all there were not many people who he could trust so better some than none.
Seth took the beer back to the to the group who were puzzle by this.
"Um Aniki why did you bring this?"
"To drink it of course."
"Aniki we're under age."
"No Shinji, you're at least 28 now remember."
"Oh yeah, but I don't think we should be drinking."
"Oh come on Shinji live a little." Seth said as he handed him a beer. Shinji decided to drink it. Tomorrow could very well be his last so he thought he might well do it. Kaworu decided to join he lilin in their strange ritual. Rei Q was handed a beer as well and she was asked to drink it.
"Is that an order?" She asked.
"It up to you if you want to drink it." Seth said. The Ayanami type finally decided to join them for her own reason.
The next morning.
Seth woke up inside of a bed with a massive hangover.
"Ah my head, what happened?" Seth said.
"Master you don't want to know." Flame said.
"Seth just forget what happened." Blaze said.
"What happened?" Now Seth really wanted to know.
"Well..."
"AAAAAHHHHHHH!" A scream echoed throughout the walls of the destroyed NERV. Seth quickly rushed towards the source of the screaming and found a petrified Shinji and a young busty girl with grey hair and red eyes.
"W-W-Who are you?" Shinji asked. It wasn't everyday when a beautiful girl the same age as you appears in your bed, especially when the whole world looks like shit. Seth saw the girls features and imminently a name popped into his mind.
"Kaworu is that you?"
"Correct Seth-kun." The girl giggled. Shinji was now terrified.
"How on earth is this possible?" Seth asked.
"We'll you see I don't have a specific gender so I can change if I desire to." This made sense, but Seth wondered why. Kaworu saw this puzzled look on his face and guessed what he was thinking.
"You don't remember last night do you." Kaworu stated. Seth nodded his head.
Flashback.
"Shinji-kun you know I love you." Kaworu said.
"I like you too Kaworu-kun but not like that. I'm sorry but I'm not gay." Shinji said.
"Gay?" Kaworu never heard of this word before.
"It means he can't return your feelings because you're a boy." Seth said as he was overhearing them talking.
"So Shinji if I was a girl than you would love me back?" Kaworu asked. Shinji in his drunken state said sure. A small smile appeared on Kaworu face appeared. Seth and Shinji watched as something began to change in Kaworu's body. His hair became much longer and appeared to be shining. Kaworu's facial feature were now much softer. His hips were now very curvy and his chest now grew lushes C-cup breast.
"Is this enough?" Kaworu-chan said cutely.
Shinji just fainted. This was too much for him. Seth puked after he saw what just happened. With his beer can in hand, he poured out its contents on the ground and vowed never to drink again.
Flashback end.
"And that's what happen." Kaworu-chan said. Shinji was beyond horrified he wanted to know why was he or she was in his bed.
"Why were in my bed?" Shinji asked.
"Ayanami told me that if you love someone you would sleep with them." Shinji fainted after hearing what Kaworu-chan said.
"You slept with Shinji!" Seth said with complete shock.
"What wrong with that? I just slept near him." Kaworu-chan stated. Seth took in a breath of relief. Just then the blue hair girl joined the group.
"Captain Fair." Rei Q said.
"Rei, where did you learn that people love each other sleep with one another?" Seth asked. Rei Q pulled out a porn magazine.
"In here." Rei Q said. Seth decided to lecture both of the girls in human relationship. He told them about being attracted to someone, then starting a crush, then finally falling in love. Seth told them about how important the first kiss was, and about the first time.
"...and that why you should wait until you're older to do this kind of stuff." Both of the girls listen to Seth words with great interest. Seth noticed that this Ayanami was growing its emotion at a much fast rate. The reason for this, Seth had no clue as to why.
"Seth, Unit 13 is ready." Blaze said.
"Perfect. Alright girls suit up. Yo, Prince Charming wake up." At the sound of Seth's voice Shinji woke up. Guess the early morning training actually stayed with him.
"Huh, oh Aniki I had the strangest dream. I thought Kaworu-kun turned into a girl and I woke up next to here. Man I shou-" Shinji stopped talking as he saw that Kaworu-kun had become Kaworu-chan.
"Hey don't faint on me!" Seth said. Shinji stopped fainting. "The time for naps is over. Come, we got a world to save." Seth said as he led the way towards the newly made Evangelion unit 13.
Seth and Shinji quickly put on their plug suits. Shinji's new plug suit was purple in color had a red core in the center. Seth wore his black plug suit.
Kaworu-chan entered Sangouki and Rei Q entered the Mark 09. Sangouki was armed with its energy energy blades, and Mark 09 was equipped with a scythe that they found. Because they were able to change Evangelion Unit 13 while it was still developing, they were able to equip it with energy blades and they created a A.T-Field bit system. Basically Unit 13 is unable to create a A.T-Field so it uses these small devices called RS Hopper units. They're small little drones hidden in the pylon shoulders and they are each able to deploy a A.T-Field that can be used for offensive or defensive purposes. The entry plugs enter the purple Eva.
Both Seth and Shinji were able to see one another inside of the entry plugs. They looked at each other and nodded their heads.
"Evangelion Dai-Jusangouki, kido." Both Seth and Shinji said. The four yellow eyes of the Eva lit up and began to move.
Meanwhile on AAA Wunder.
"Activation of a new Evangelion confirmed." A bridge bunny told Colonel Katsuragi.
"Prepare units 00, 02- and 08 for launch!" Misato ordered. She had a really bad feeling about this.
Central Dogma.
The three Evangelions were currently hanging on to a rope that was slowly dropping deeper into Central Dogma. As they dropped lower and lower they began to see more of these strange red Evas, and Seth swears he could hear them screaming as if they were in pain.
"What are these things?" Seth asked out loud not expecting an answer.
"They are the failures of Infinity. Don't worry about them." Kaworu-chan said. Seth decided that it was better if they didn't asked questions. That always seemed to be the best course of action in this damn universe. Suddenly They came across a dome like structure that was going to stop their progress towards central Dogma.
"It's like a giant lid." Shinji stated. "Aniki how are we gonna break this thing?" Seth began to think hard, luckily for him an angel had an answer.
"Seth, Shinji, Unit 13 was created for the sole purpose of breaking this barrier. Seth Shinji, you must sync your hearts together if you wish to change the world." Kaworu-chan said.
"Shinji remember the training we did." Seth said as he began to match Shinji's breathing with his own. As the duo reached the lid, it shattered into hundreds of pieces, giving them access to central dogma. They fell deeper and finally saw a white giant and what appeared to be an Eva.
"Is that Lilith? Dammit even after all we did to it." Shinji said as he slammed his hand on one of the controls inside the entry plug.
"Is that a Eva?" Seth asked as he saw that there was something that was fused with Lilith at the neck. I was several times larger than a normal Eva. He saw that a spear that was impaling the Eva. He couldn't tell if the Eva was pulling the spear into itself or if it was trying to pull it out before it deactivated.
"Yes, the mark 06. It was made by the lilin to be automated and finally after so many mission this is the fate that fell upon it." Kaworu-chan said.
"There they are. The spears." Shinji stated as he finally noticed the spears.
"Huh, why the hell are they the same?" Seth pointed out that they only saw two [Lance of Cassius].
"This isn't what was supposed to be here." Kaworu-chan said as she tried to figure out what was going on.
"Kawaro-chan we need both Longinus and Cassius right?"
"Yes, this is wh-."
"We'll be fine." Seth said as he continued. Kaworu would have asked what he meant by that, but she remembered that Seth had placed his trust in her its only right if he did it too.
Seth when he landed on the ground he noticed a massive amounts of human shape skulls, but they were giant.
"Kaworu-chan you ne-" Suddenly a massive explosion hit Unit 13.
"What's going on!" Shinji yelled.
"We got company!" Seth said. He quickly deployed the RS Hopper Drones and sure enough something hit the newly created A.T-Field. Shinji was able to get a look at the attacker.
"Nigoki, Asuka!" Shinji said as he saw Nigoki was attacking them with a spear.
"Asuka what are you doing?!" Shinji asked.
"Baka-Shinji you're piloting a Eva even after we told you not to?!" Asuka asked as she couldn't believe Shinji was actually in the Eva.
"Damn right we are." Seth said.
"Seth Fairs you're in there too?!"
"That right, and were gonna save the world with this bad boy." Seth said.
"You freaking dumbasses!" Asuka yelled at them as she charged with Nigoki. The red Eva charged again and again at the purple Eva. Seth took control of the RS Hopper drones and whenever Nigoki would strike he would deploy a A.T-Field.
"Asuka stop. I don't want to hurt you." Seth said.
"You!" Asuka slashed at Unit 13 however the A.T-Field protect the purple Eva.
"Should!" Nigoki leaped above Unit 13.
"Just!" Asuka was falling on Unit 13.
"Die!" Asuka as thrusting her spear blade down at Unit 13. Two of the RS Hopper bits deployed a A.T-Field and protected Unit 13. The other two bits now appeared behind Asuka and unleashed a A.T-Field blast, knocking the red Eva back. Nigoki skid across the ground full of skulls. Kaworu and Rei Q saw their chance to attack. Sangoki brought out its energy blades and the Mark 09 ready its scythe. As they were about to attack, something from above dropped and landed above Nigoki. Kaworu's energy blades met another pair of energy blades and the Mark 09's scythe was cut as it made contact with the energy blade.
"Huh there are two Reis?" Shinji said as he saw that there was a second orange Eva.
"Zerogouki oh shit!" Seth said as he saw that it was equipped with energy blades. Seth remembered that Zerogouki and Shogoki were the two Evas that he upgraded.
"Kaworu be careful." Seth said.
"I'm not gonna die Seth. I promise you that." Suddenly Sangoki jumped back and something hit the Mark 09. The shot sounded like a powerful sniper. Seth quickly looked around for the source of the of said sniper and saw a flash came from a large crack. Seth quickly ordered the RS Hopper drones to attack said source.
Mari was currently aiming another shot at the Mark 09. She lined up the shot perfectly and was ready to unload the shot. As she pulled the trigger, the Mark 09 saw nearby the cross shape structure that once held Lilith. Rei Q grabbed the cross the used it as a shield. The shots were stopped by the cross.
"Che, dammit that would have- ah oh..." Mari said as she saw the four RS Hopper drones in front of her. The RS drones unleashed a massive A.T-Field blast knocking her down.
"Ah dammit!" Mari said as she inspected the damage done to her and saw her sniper rifle was now all bent up.
"Four-eyes worry about your sniper rifle later and help us out!" Asuka said as she once again was trying to stop Unit 13.
"Mari we require your assistance." Rei said calmly as she was currently in a bind with Sangoki and its energy blades. Sparks were flashing as their blades clashed.
"Alright. I know how much you want me." Mari said as she sent a message to Wunder, a few seconds later a pod came from above and inside of it was a Eva size battle axe.
"Here I come." Mari said as she rushed to help Rei, but the Mark 09 got in her way.
"Guess I'll have to deal with you first."
Seth and Shinji were currently trying to avoid harming Asuka, but the red headed German was making things not easy. However they had a stroke of luck when Nigoki ran low on power.
"Freaking great, Four-eyes I need a spare!." Asuka said as Nigoki entered its power saving mode. Seth and Shinji used this chance to throw Asuka away from them.
"I can't believe they did that. Hitting a person when they're down." Asuka said as she reached for the spare that Wunder had just sent. She placed Nigoki's hand inside of the charger port and her energy started to come back.
Rei had the same fate happen to her. Zerogouki ran out of power and she thought she was done for, however Kaworu didn't strike at her.
"If I killed you, then Shinji-kun would be sad." She said as she went to rejoin Seth and Shinji. Rei requested that Wunder send her a spare battery to recharge and soon enough it appeared. Mari saw that she was the only one remaining with energy and she was running out. She cursed as she still had to deal with the Mark 09.
"Kaworu pull out one of the spears." Seth said. Kaworu gave him her full trust and pulled the first [Lance of Cassius]. Seth and Shinji looked at each other.
"Ready Shinji." Seth asked.
"Hai Aniki." Shinji answered. The two hidden arms inside of the Eva revealed themselves. The Eva's eyes began to glow red. With the Eva's lower set of hands, they reached for the [Lance of Cassius] that was still impaling Lilith. The upper set of hands reached upwards. As they pulled out the [Lance of Cassius] Blaze materialized Seth's [Lance of Longinus]. Lilith's body turned into a pool of blood. Now Evangelion Unit 13 with both the [Lance of Longinus] and [Lance of Cassius] floated above the pool of blood. Suddenly the Mark 06 came back to life.
"Huh? Pattern blue." Seth said as he saw a message appear on his HUD.
"Dammit the twelve angel is still alive! Four-eye, Rei we gotta move!" Asuka was about to throw her spear blade at the Mark 06 when Sangoki slashed the head off of the Eva.
"Let the show begin." Kaworu-chan said. Now that the twelve angel was free it began to change into a large red sphere that dwarf the Evas. The sphere engulfed Unit 13.
"Ah dammit!" Asuka said as she slash at the sphere, but the whole sphere was the core.
"Hime-sama you're just wasting your breath." Mari said as she was still recharging. Rei was looking with anger in her eyes.
"Shinji you idiot." Rei muttered.
Inside of the sphere Seth and Shinji had no clue what was going to happen. They looked at each and saw that their eyes were glowing red. Suddenly the giant red sphere began to shrink and appeared in front of Unit 13's mouth. The Eva opened up its mouth and consumed the core. The shoulder pylons exploded off of the Eva and in their place strange large crystal like structure formed. The Eva began to glow white and two halos appeared on its back. The Eva started to ascend at a extremely fast speed. Once it reached high above the ruins of Tokyo-3 the door of Guf opened. The sky was filled with a blood red color. The Eva started to form a white sphere of light above it, but something rammed into it.
"Ah! What the- Misato!" Seth yelled as he saw that the AAA Wunder was ramming them.
"Maximize the A.T-Field! Seal the Eva in! Load the main cannon with ricochet ammo for simultaneous firing! We'll do whatever it takes to stop the forth impact." Misato inverted Wunder's A.T-Field and trapped Unit 13 in its pseudo evolution state.
"FIRE!" Misato ordered. The main cannons on Wunder on fired and overshot, but they hit the A.T-Field and bounced off. The shot were perfectly aimed and hit Unit 13. The blast were coming again and again. In this state they couldn't fight back.
"Ah shit if this keeps up, we're done for. Kaworu-chan, Rei Q could you possibly help us?"
"Hold on for a moment." Kaworu-chan said as she had a plan. She waited until Wunder was in the perfect position. She readied the [Lance of Cassius] that she pulled out earlier and thrusted it. The target was Shogoki's core and it hit.
"All systems down!" A bridge bunny said.
"Unable to restore power!" Another bridge bunny said.
"We're losing altitude, fast!"
"WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!" One of the bridge bunnies yelled as he lost his shit. Misato slammed her fist in anger on the rail.
"GODDAMMIT!"
Back on the ground the three Evangelion of WILLE witness just in time to the AAA Wunder start to plummet.
"Oh boy that doesn't look good." Mari stated as Wunder fell.
"No freaking way, they sunk Wunder." Asuka said in shock.
"Look over there!" Rei said as she pointed at a strange object that was impaling Shogoki's core. One of the [Lance of Cassius].
"Come on Princess, Rei we still got a chance." Mari cheered as she began to rush towards Wunder, the other two Eva pilots joined her, but two Evas got in their way.
"Sorry, but I need you to stay here." Kaworu-chan said as she brought out Sangoki's energy blades. Rei brought out her energy Blades, but a certain redhead had enough of this.
"That's it! Enough of this crap! Mode Change : Code 777." Nigoki's body began to change. The restraints on it ejected themselves. It's appearance was far more feline than before. Nigoki's mouth now appeared and the lower canines in its mouth grew much larger than before. Nigoki grew a tail as well. Inside the entry plug Asuka's right eye began to glow green, while the one underneath the eye patch began to glow blue. Kaworu knew how dangerous an Eva in this form could be. Shinji and Seth need to hurry up. In response to Nigoki entering its beast like state, the Mark 09 changed as well. It no longer was orange, but now brown. The Mark 09 also revealed that it too had a both. Rei Q was no longer in control of it. In entered Berserker mode.
Asuka decided to get the first attack in. In her animalistic state roared at the brown Eva, While said Eva now fired a blast of energy from its eyes. Nigoki captured the blast in her mouth and crushed it suppressing the blast.
Rei and Kaworu-chan were already in a bind. They were slashing away at each other again and again, but neither were gaining any sort of edge on the other. Then it hit Kaworu-chan, Rei wasn't trying to defeat her, she was only stalling for time. Kaworu-chan looked at where the Wunder crashed and saw Hachigoki with the [Lance of Cassius].
"Gomen Puppy-kun." Mari said as she thrusted the spear at Unit 13.
The [Lance of Cassius] was just milliseconds from hitting Unit 13 when it was suddenly sucked up into the Door of Guf. Suddenly Zerogouki, Nigoki, Sangoki, Hachigoki, Mark 09 and Wunder were all sucked up as well.
The White sphere that Unit !3 started to spread its light and the red barren wasteland transformed into lush green grass. The failures of infinity disappeared and once the light reached the ocean, the red sea water finally turned back into a lush blue ocean and for the first time in almost thirty years the people saw an endless blue ocean. The light continued to spread all the way around the world restoring it so that humanity could once again grow.
Meanwhile.
Seth and Shinji saw that Unit 13 had stop is pseudo evolution and returned to its normal form, minus the shoulder pylons. They noticed that they were on the moon.
"Huh? What the fuck?!" Seth yelled as he saw the other landing on the moon.
"Why the fuck are we on the moon?" Asuka said as she noticed their surroundings.
"Oh Sweet!" Mari said. "This is one small step for Eva, and one giant leap for Evakind." Mari said as she started to mess with the moon low gravity.
"Four-eyes be serious." Asuka said as Nigoki returned to normal. Rei Q had regained control of Mark 09.
"Asuka, Rei, Mari can you hear me?" Misato asked.
"Yes Captain Katsuragi we're able to hear you." Rei said as she opened a channel.
"Captain, incoming message from Unit 13." A bridge bunny said.
"Let it through." Misato said. On Wunder main screen two videos appeared. On the screen Seth and Shinji appeared.
"We freaking did!"
"I know Aniki! We won!" The bridge was shocked at their attitude. Three more videos appeared on the screen.
"Baka-Shinji, Seth I can't believe you guys. You bastards caused not one, but two Impacts." Asuka said.
"You monsters, because of you the last remaining humans are on the moon." A bridge bunny yelled in anger.
"Seth Fairs, I'm guessing you have a reason for calling us?" Misato said suppressing her anger towards the people that just ended humanity.
"Yeah to tell you guys to look over there." Seth said as he pointed toward the Earth.
"No way!" Asuka yelled in shock.
"The planet is!" Misato said.
"Blue!" The Wunder staff yelled as they saw the blue oceans on earth. Just then four videos joined the conversion. Two of were Rei Q and Kaworu-chan, but the other two appeared as sound only.
"Um... Seth were not in Shinji's universe anymore."
"Huh? Where are we then?" Seth asked.
"Master, we're back home."
"WHAT!"
