Kingsly Scott's lips curled with disdain as he gazed mockingly at Rachel Foster. "I thought Miss Foster was well-versed in this game. It seems being fooled isn't pleasant, is it?"
Rachel froze, her body trembling slightly.
Kingsly's grin widened, clearly disbelieving her puzzled expression. "Drop the innocent act, and don't look at me with those pitiful eyes. Since the facade is gone, show me your true self."
"I don't know what you're talking about."
"Could I really have it wrong?" Kingsly's handsome face wore a smile, but his voice was icy. "Have you never used fake feelings to deceive others?"
Rachel's body shuddered, her face turning pale.
Kingsly's lips curled in contempt. "Rachel, you can't play this part in front of me anymore."
