Chapter 4 - Hidden schemes

A couple days after the tournament was interrupted and cancelled. The atmosphere at U.A. Academy was charged with excitement and trepidation as Class 1-A gathered for what promised to be a historic encounter.

Whispers filled the halls as students discussed Hajun, the enigmatic figure who had entered their lives like a whirlwind.

"Can you believe it? A god! What do you think he's really capable of?" Mina Ashido exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with a mix of awe and anxiety.

"I mean, he toyed with All Might and Endeavor like they were nothing!" Izuku Midoriya replied, his usually enthusiastic tone laced with concern.

Katsuki Bakugo, leaning against a wall with his arms crossed, scoffed. "Stop whining, Deku. I'm not scared of some wannabe deity."

"I think we should be cautious right, lida?" Asked Uraraka, glancing nervously at Tenya lida, who sat quietly in the corner, Hoping for a response. His demeanor is unusually somber.

"Tenya, are you okay?" Midoriya asked, noticing his friend's silence.

They have recently heard the news of how his brother was done in by the 'hero killer; stain'

lida looked up, forcing a small smile. "I'm fine." His voice was steady.

"Still, we should be careful," she chimed in, her voice soft but serious.

lida had been mostly silent since the tournament's chaotic conclusion. The worry for his brother, who was recovering in the hospital after a recent battle, weighed heavily on him.

As they continued to debate, the door swung open, and a familiar figure stepped in. All Might entered, his towering presence commanding immediate attention. "Class 1-A! I have an important announcement!"

The students quieted, their eyes glued to their mentor. "You will be facing Hajun, 'the King of Chaos,' in a training match. This will be a chance for you to train your abilities and further improve your teamwork."

"Training match?" Kirishima echoed, excitement and apprehension swirling in his chest. "What if he doesn't hold back?"

All Might smiled reassuringly. "I'll be overseeing the match, and we'll ensure that no one is seriously harmed. But remember, this is not just about strength," All Might continued, his tone serious. "Your opponent is unpredictable and powerful. You need to be strategic."

As the students processed the gravity of the situation, Hajun appeared at the entrance, his demeanor relaxed and confident. The moment he stepped into the room, the atmosphere shifted again, the mix of awe and fear palpable among the students.

"Ah, Class 1-A!" Hajun greeted, his voice smooth and inviting. "I've been looking forward to this! A chance to see what you can do, you guys vs me. Shall we get started?"

The students exchanged glances, a mixture of determination and apprehension in their eyes. They were excited to face someone with such immense power but also keenly aware of the risks involved.

"Let's show him what we've got!" Bakugo declared, his competitive spirit igniting. "I won't back down!"

"Right!" Midoriya replied, channeling his resolve. "We can do this together!"

Hajun clapped his hands, the sound echoing in the classroom. "That's the spirit! But remember, I'm not here to play nice. Let's go!"

After changing into their hero costume, they made their way to the training arena, where Hajun awaited them, a casual smirk on his face as he leaned against the wall. The moment they stepped onto the field, the air crackled with tension.

"Let's show him what we've got!" Bakugo declared, stepping forward with confidence.

"Wait!" lida tried interjected, raising a hand. "We should approach this carefully."

But Hajun was already in motion. With a flick of his wrist, he unleashed a surge of chaotic energy that rippled across the arena. The students barely had time to react as they were thrown backward by the force.

"Is that all you've got?" Hajun taunted, his laughter echoing around them. "Come on! I expected more from aspiring heroes!"

The students scrambled to their feet, their determination reignited. "We need to work together!" Midoriya shouted, rallying them. "Uraraka, you lift debris to create barriers! todoroki, you provide cover while we move in!" Midoriya initiated with a finger flick.

"Got it!" Uraraka responded, activating her Zero Gravity. She began to levitate chunks and debris off the arena floor, creating a makeshift shield.

Kaminari charged up his electricity, ready to unleash a barrage of attacks. "Let's do this!"

As the students tried coordinated their efforts, Hajun simply watched, amused. With a wave of his hand, he redirected their attacks, effortlessly dodging their onslaught as if it were a dance.

"Impressive coordination! But can you keep up with a god?" he called out, his eyes glinting with mischief.

Frustration began to set in.

"Don't underestimate me!" Bakugo yelled, unleashing explosive blasts in rapid succession. The explosions lit up the arena, but Hajun merely sidestepped each one.

"Predictable!" Hajun laughed, "You guys have little to no teamwork."

"Let's regroup!" Uraraka suggested, her voice steady. "We need to rethink our strategy."

As they huddled together, lida's voice cut through the noise. "We can't let our emotions cloud your judgment. We must stay focused on our goal!" His eyes were sharp, but the pain of his brother's condition lingered in his heart.

Hajun observed them, his expression shifting from amusement to intrigue. "You're resilient, I'll give you that."

With another wave of his hand, Hajun unleashed a powerful shockwave that sent the students sprawling again. They could barely catch their breath as they struggled to stand.

"This is ridiculous!" Bakugo shouted, frustration boiling over. "We're not going down like this!"

"Enough!" Hajun declared, raising both hands.

"Let's end this scuffle here, it's clear you all don't have any good teamwork."

At that moment, All Might made his appearance and the students relaxed.

"Alright! Since this little session is over, why don't we wrap things up here and head back to class." The number one hero said with a strained grin.

They all got and left with hajun going towards his dorm room 'Nezu' gave him.

'Since The Sports festival was cancelled, I wonder how the hero's experience training's going to move forward.' He contemplated. He knows for sure Iida is going to go after the stain sooner or later.

Meanwhile, far away in the depths of a dark alley, Stain, the Hero Killer, sat with a group of villains, a sinister grin on his face. "Hajun's presence changes everything. A god among heroes? This is an opportunity we cannot waste."

One of the villains, a tall figure cloaked in shadows, nodded in agreement. "If we can harness his power, we'll be unstoppable."

Stain leaned forward, his expression serious. "We must be cautious. If Hajun truly is as powerful as he claims, we need a plan. The false heroes will be distracted; it's time for us to make our move."

As the villains plotted their next steps, the scene shifted back to U.A. Academy, where Class 1-A was left reeling from their encounter with Hajun.

They had glimpsed a fraction of hajun's power, and they knew that they were standing at the precipice of a new era-one filled with chaos, challenges, and the fight for their future.

"Hmph. A god. I'll have to revise my plans."
