Some events that happen unexpectedly can bring about profound changes in life. They may bring joy, or they may leave deep, unhealable wounds.
...
Showing Maya talking to herself alone,
"Who is this brother?" Rudra asked.
"She's a new palace maid. She doesn't look like a maid to me; she looks like a spy!" Shesha said.
"Big Brother, why are you saying that? Why do you doubt her? What did she do?" Rudra inquired.
Shesha thought about that day, suddenly remembering Maya bathing in the lake.
"Oh, how can I tell him what happened? She saw me bathing... her... her... hand on my chest... aww... I can't even imagine it!" he thought, looking at Rudra.
"It doesn't matter now, Rudra, but I still have my doubts about her," he said, rubbing the back of his neck.
Rudra looked at Shesha's face. "If you doubt her, why keep her by your side? Just say yes, and I'll go and chop off her head."
Panicked, Shesha said, "No, no, don't do anything like that! Let's be patient and observe her actions first."
Hearing this, Rudra stared at Maya, nodding.
Flowers fell from the tree where Maya was. Leaping to catch them, she stubbed her foot on a stone and fell at Shesha's feet.
As she fell, she slowly raised her head and saw Shesha and Rudra.
Both of them couldn't stop laughing and turned away.
Maya slowly stood up, her hands on the floor, palms dirty.
"What stone-minded people! Especially this Shesha. If I traveled from my world to save him, and I fall down, he doesn't lift me up but laughs at me," she thought, wiping the dust from her hands onto her clothes.
Everyone then left and returned to the palace. At night, an owl sat on the tree opposite Maya's room. Seeing it, Maya remembered old memories.
"If I hadn't called him that day, Arav would still be alive," she said unknowingly, looking at the brightly shining moon. Sighing, she sat quietly.
Then, disturbing the silence, she heard someone running on the roof.
"Who's running on the roof? Who's that?" she thought, looking up. Someone dressed in black was running towards the prince's room. An incident from the story immediately came to Maya's mind.
"Oh my God! Isn't that part of the story? Now he will go to the prince's room and attack him, unexpectedly stabbing him in the stomach. The prince will suffer from improper medical treatment, unable to play well in the sports competition. Then Tara will give him medicine, and he will fall in love with her. This is how it was written. Now, if I save the prince, I will prevent him from meeting Tara. Let's save him! Wow, this is the chance given to me by God," she thought.
Without hesitation, she screamed, "Oh!! Thief! Someone come, help!! Thief! Thief! Help!! The thief is entering the prince's palace! The thief... help... the thief!"
Hearing her voice, the thief turned and rushed towards Maya. He swung his sword at her, leaping down from the roof.
Shocked, she stood motionless, her eyes widening in disbelief. She squeezed her eyes shut in fear as she felt a knife stabbing her.
After a while, she slowly opened her eyes. "Why didn't he stab me? Maybe he got scared and ran away? Or did he forget that he wants to stab me and went to look for something else?"
Shesha stood in front of her. His eyes were bright in the moonlight, his long hair flowing gracefully in the gentle breeze.
She gazed into his eyes, thinking, "What a handsome guy! If this person were from my world, I would wear him as a ring on my left ring finger."
Then Rudra's voice came from behind, "Brother! Should I throw him alive, or bury him?"
Maya looked back at Rudra, thinking, "He will remain single until the end of the story because he thinks about throwing and burying everything."
The person who came to kill the prince fell unconscious after receiving a heavy blow.
Shesha looked at Maya while replying to Rudhra,"Don't do anything to him! Who are the people behind him? I want to know."
"Why is he looking at me like this now? Maybe he is mesmerized by my beauty? If not, did he see the small mustache on my face?" she thought differently.
Shesha stared at her and quietly went to his room. Maya also went back to her room. Sleepy eyes surrounded her; she lay down in exhaustion and slept soundly.
The next day dawned, and they went to the forest to train again.
The prince trained hard in the forest. Every stroke of his sword produced lightning.
"Everyone has their own power; I am the only one who is powerless in this story,"while thinking, Maya remembered a character named Nisha.
"What is this? How long has it been since I came into the story? Why hasn't the second female lead character come yet? She is so good in the story, yet this idiot Shesha doesn't love her?" While thinking about that, she watched him practice.
Again, unexpectedly, several black-clad men jumped down from the trees to attack them.
The prince fought against them. The fight went on for a long time. All who came into the prince's custody died.
Maya, in fear, climbed a tree like a monkey.
"I never expected this. If I had known they would come, I would have brought pepper powder and chili powder in advance and beaten them. Now I have to climb the tree without getting up to do anything." She was watching the fight as she thought.
As time went on, the prince lost his patience and transformed into his true self.
Seeing that, Maya's eyes widened. "Is this the prince's true form?" she said, looking at him.
Shesha had a human form above the waist and a serpent's tail below the waist. Anger flashed in his eyes.
He beat everyone there with lightning speed. Everyone ran away.
Then Maya slowly came down from the tree. "You are all right?" she said.
Suddenly, she saw an arrow coming to hit the prince. Maya hurried to save the prince by pushing him away, but that arrow stabbed her in the chest. She fell to the ground, her vision becoming dull. Blood flowed all over the floor, and the place itself was flooded with blood.
