Two years had passed since the twins, Emily and Emma, had graduated from university. Emily had come out top of her class and had immediately secured a job at one of the biggest banks in town. She was doing well in her career, traveling from state to state, and had almost forgotten about Doctor Jack.
Emma, on the other hand, had also found success in the fashion industry, thanks to Emily's influence. She was working for a top fashion brand and was loving every minute of it.
As for Doctor Jack, he had moved on with his life. He had gotten involved in some charitable works in his community and had even started dating a new girl, Cynthia. Cynthia was a sophisticated, high-value, pretty woman who was also smart. She was hoping that Doctor Jack would marry her soon.
However, despite his relationship with Cynthia, Doctor Jack couldn't shake off the feeling that she didn't have that "wow" factor that he was looking for. He liked her, but he didn't feel the same spark that he had felt with Emily.
Meanwhile, Emily was traveling to a new state for a business meeting. She had no idea that Doctor Jack lived in that state. As she walked into a restaurant for lunch, she caught the eye of a man sitting at a table nearby.
Doctor Jack sat at his table in the restaurant, sipping his coffee and scrolling through his phone. He was lost in thought, thinking about his latest charity project, when he noticed a beautiful woman walk in. She was dressed in an elegant business suit, her hair pulled back in a sleek ponytail. Doctor Jack couldn't help but stare.
As the woman walked towards the hostess, Doctor Jack found himself wondering who she was. She looked familiar, but he couldn't quite place her. He watched as she was led to a table near the window, and he couldn't help but feel a pang of curiosity.
As the woman sat down and began to look over the menu, Doctor Jack found himself stealing glances at her. And then, suddenly, it hit him. He knew who she was. It was Emily, the girl he had met two years ago at the university.
Doctor Jack's heart skipped a beat as he realized who the mysterious woman was. He couldn't believe it. What was she doing here?
Meanwhile, in another part of town, Emma was at a fashion event, networking with other designers and models. That's where she met Cynthia, Doctor Jack's girlfriend. They hit it off immediately, bonding over their shared love of fashion.
"I'm so glad I met you," Cynthia said, as they exchanged numbers. "We should totally grab coffee sometime."
"I'd love that," Emma replied, smiling. "And actually, I'd love for you to come over to my place sometime. I just moved into a new apartment and I'm dying to show it off."
Cynthia grinned. "That sounds like so much fun. I'll definitely take you up on that."
As they parted ways, Emma had no idea that Cynthia was dating Doctor Jack, the guy who had caused so much drama between her and her sister two years ago. And Cynthia had no idea that Emma was Emily's twin sister.
As Doctor Jack walked up to Emily's table, he couldn't believe how pretty she had become. She was even more beautiful than he remembered. He felt a rush of excitement as he approached her.
"Hello," he said, smiling.
Emily looked up, startled. "Hi," she replied, smiling politely.
Doctor Jack's heart skipped a beat as he gazed at her. "I think you must be Emily," he said, trying to sound casual.
Emily's expression changed from polite to surprised. "Yes, I'm Emily," she said, "but I'm sorry, I don't remember your face."
Doctor Jack smiled wryly. "Well, I wasn't expecting you to remember me," he said. "We kind of met a few years back at your university. My name is Doctor Jack. I met you and your twin sister while you were in school."
As he spoke, Emily's eyes widened in recognition. She felt a rush of emotions as she remembered the guy who had caused so much drama between her and her sister.
Doctor Jack asked, "May I have a seat?"
Emily nodded, smiling. "Sure."
As Doctor Jack sat down, Emily couldn't help but notice how handsome he looked. He was even more built than she remembered, and his eyes seemed to sparkle with a newfound intensity.
"So, do you live around here?" Doctor Jack asked, breaking the silence.
Emily shook her head. "No, I'm not from around here. I'm in town for a business meeting."
As they talked, Doctor Jack found himself feeling more and more at ease. He was surprised by how easy it was to talk to Emily, how much they had in common.
The waiter arrived with Emily's food, and she began to eat. Doctor Jack, who had previously ordered his own food, asked the waiter to bring his meal to Emily's table.
As they ate, Doctor Jack couldn't stop staring at Emily. He was captivated by her beauty, her intelligence, and her charm.
But as they talked, a creeping thought began to form in his mind. What if she's married? He was scared to ask, but he knew he had to.
Finally, he took a deep breath and asked, "Are you...married?"
Emily looked at him, smiling. "Well, I'm still single for now," she said. "Hopefully, I'll get married soon."
Doctor Jack felt a rush of relief wash over him. He was so happy to hear that she was single.
"First things first," he said, smiling. "Emily, this time around, I hope you don't turn me down. Can I have your number?"
Emily smiled, reaching into her purse for her business card. "Here," she said, handing it to him.
Doctor Jack took the card, his heart racing with excitement. He handed her his own card, his eyes locking onto hers.
As they finished their meal, Doctor Jack knew that he
wasn't going to let Emily go this time. He was determined to make her his.
