Chapter 15 - Chapter 15

Alivia was startled after hearing the name Abdi, as if she had met someone familiar.

Initially, she hadn't paid attention to the field, but after hearing the name Abdi, she became so curious. Was it really someone she often met, that thought crossed Alivia's mind.

For a few minutes, Alivia tried to look from every angle, searching for the person, but her eyes couldn't find the one she was looking for. However, Alivia didn't give up. Finally, the figure of Abdi was clearly captured by her eyes.

"Hey, isn't that big bro? So he's a basketball player. And he's also famous among women," Alivia muttered, so surprised to see the figure of Abdi whom she often saw.

"But they've been shouting Haikal's name all this time, who is that person... oh, never mind, I don't want to know either." Alivia muttered, curious but not wanting to find out. Even though Nanda, beside her, admired Haikal so much.

Until the time showed 11 am, they both went home, afraid of their parents' worries. Even though the field was still crowded, they both chose to go home first.

On the way while chatting...

"Liv, Senior Haikal's team from SMA Sanjaya is amazing! I'm so impressed with how cool he plays. Which team were you supporting?" asked Nanda curiously.

"I didn't pay much attention, and I don't really like basketball, Nanda," replied Alivia, who was tired from the noise in the field, to the point where she was fighting off sleep.

"So who won?" asked Alivia, who was finally curious.

"Oh... you're always eating snacks, you don't even know who won in the end. Of course, it's Senior Haikal's team," Nanda said with a little annoyance.

They both parted ways, each heading home.

Arriving home...

as soon as Alivia was at the front door, a noisy sound seemed to be coming from the kitchen. Alivia opened the door, softening the sound of her footsteps so that her every step would not be heard.

Slowly, Alivia approached the kitchen where both of Alivia's parents were talking quite loudly, as if there was resentment between them. Alivia wanted to hear her parents' conversation because if she greeted them, they would surely stop talking.

Alivia stood near the wall trying to listen.

Suddenly, an orange cat, Simacho, approached Alivia.

"Hush... go there first... hush... hush." Alivia softened her voice, but Simacho only became more agitated, he even climbed onto the table.

Braak...

The flower vase shattered into pieces on the floor.

"What was that?" Mom was so startled, she immediately stopped their conversation.

"Uh... Mom... it was Simacho earlier, he climbed onto the table and then broke it," said Alivia, lowering her head, between fear and nervousness.

"Astaghfirullah, oh well, let Mom clean it up. You get a container for the pieces," Mom said, so annoyed while sweeping the shards off the floor so as not to leave any residue.

Alivia immediately took a large basin to the kitchen.

After everything was finished, Alivia went to her room and immediately lay down on her thin mattress while thinking about what her parents had talked about, but it all ended in a mess and Alivia didn't hear a bit of what they had talked about.

"I'm really curious, what made Mom and Dad angry," Alivia muttered curiously because Mom rarely got angry, let alone Dad who almost never got angry.

"Oh well, if I think about it, I'll just get a headache and I don't want to get involved either, Anya's problem hasn't been solved yet, huh." Alivia muttered, sighing because she was thinking about what would happen tomorrow at school.
