Chapter 13 - Ch-13 master the body

The morning sun bathed the training ground in a warm glow as Naruto, Hinata, and Kushina finished breakfast together. There was a sense of quiet change in the air, especially surrounding Naruto. His hair, once pure white, now had streaks of crimson and black, a subtle yet unmistakable sign of his growing power. Though he hadn't fully grasped the extent of his transformation, his instincts told him something was different. As the day progressed, they made their way to the training ground, where Might Guy was already in the midst of an intense workout.

Guy's muscles flexed as he powered through push-ups and jump squats with impressive speed and precision. The energy around him crackled, radiating from every movement he made. When Kushina arrived, Guy paused and greeted her with his signature grin.

"So, what brings you here today, Ms. Uzumaki?" Guy asked, his voice filled with enthusiasm.

Kushina chuckled. "No need for formalities, Guy. We've known each other long enough by now."

Guy's grin widened. "Fair enough, but I can't resist. What's the plan?"

"Today, I want you to help my kids with their Taijutsu," Kushina explained. "They've learned the basics, but they need your expertise to take it to the next level."

Guy nodded eagerly. "Of course! I'm always ready to help. Let's get started."

The first step was a warm-up, a routine designed to prepare their bodies for the intense training ahead. Naruto and Hana followed Guy's lead, starting with jumping jacks to loosen up their muscles and get their blood flowing. They then stretched their legs and shoulders to improve flexibility, focusing on joint mobility. The warm-up ended with burpees, a full-body exercise to build endurance. Naruto, despite his natural strength, struggled to keep pace, while Hana, though not as naturally gifted, impressed Guy with her unwavering determination.

Once they were warmed up, Guy moved on to Taijutsu techniques. He emphasized the importance of form and precision, beginning with the Dynamic Entry, a move that was as much about speed and surprise as it was about power. Guy demonstrated the technique with flawless execution, a spinning kick followed by a quick dash toward the target.

Naruto, with his raw talent for Taijutsu, replicated the move effortlessly. His speed and power were on par with a seasoned fighter, and his execution was flawless. Guy smiled but reminded him, "Speed is important, but control of your chakra will amplify your strength."

Naruto nodded and focused, executing the move once more, this time with more control, feeling the chakra flow through his body and enhance his movements. Hana, a bit hesitant at first, soon followed suit. Though she couldn't match Naruto's speed, her form was impeccable. Guy gave her an approving nod.

Next, they practiced the Leaf Hurricane, a series of rapid spinning kicks. Naruto adapted quickly, his movements sharp and fluid, his kicks powered by chakra. Guy coached him further, saying, "Naruto, speed and power are your strengths, but remember to add precision to your movements."

Naruto refocused, adjusting his form and adding more control, landing the final kick with such power that the air seemed to vibrate. Hana, although slower, improved steadily, incorporating chakra into her kicks for added strength.

To build muscle endurance, Guy had them perform one-finger push-ups and handstand push-ups. Naruto breezed through the exercises effortlessly, his enhanced strength giving him an edge. Hana, struggling at first, quickly adapted with Guy's guidance, soon matching Naruto's form.

As the training progressed, Guy introduced more advanced Taijutsu techniques, including the Eight Gates. He explained that the technique unlocked immense power but at the cost of stamina, and overuse could lead to severe fatigue. Despite the warning, Naruto was eager to try it. He activated the first gate, his body glowing with red chakra as his power surged. He could feel the difference immediately.

"I can feel it… this power… it's like I can move faster than ever!" Naruto exclaimed, grinning.

Hana, eager to try herself, activated the first gate with Guy's help. The surge of power was overwhelming, and though she struggled to maintain her balance at first, Guy supported her until she stabilized. Guy advised both of them to stay at the first gate for now until they were better able to control their abilities.

The final drill of the day was the Nightingale Kick, a defensive move that combined a deflection with a powerful counter-kick. Guy demonstrated the technique with fluid precision, sweeping his leg low before rising high to strike. Naruto executed the move perfectly on his first try, his instinctive adaptability shining through. Hana, after observing Guy closely, refined her form and made significant improvements with each attempt.

After hours of rigorous training, Guy called for a cool-down session. As Naruto and Hana relaxed and stretched their muscles, Guy praised their progress.

"You both did well today," Guy said, his voice filled with admiration. "Taijutsu isn't just about raw power. It requires precision, balance, and mastery over your body. Keep pushing yourselves, and you'll become legends."

Naruto and Hana, exhausted but exhilarated, knew this was only the beginning. Their strength had grown that day, and under Guy's expert guidance, they were one step closer to mastering the art of Taijutsu.
