He took to his heels and ran as quickly as his legs could carry him as he scaled the wall. He bothered not about snakes and other dangerous animals that may be lurking on his path. He believed, they too will run for their dear lives at the sound of his feet. As he runs, he keeps his ears wide open, to see if anyone is, behind him but none, until about ten minutes of his escape from the dungeon he heard for the first time the sound of an approaching car, he stopped and hid himself among the tree and looked in the direction of the approaching car to know who is coming in the car. As they come closer to where he hid himself, his heart skipped its beat and started pounding faster than normal. He thought they had seen him or knew by their charms exactly where he was, and are coming directly to take him like a fowl destined for slaughter. He meant to scream for help as they come closer but quickly controls himself, knowing too well that no one will dare enter the forest at that time of the night to help him unless angel sent from heaven. Their voices too become louder as they come closer to him. They were blaming themselves for his escape from. their words Tochukwu knew the grave consequences that await them if they fail in their mission of recapturing him. From their words too, Tochukwu were searching hard to find him, flashing touch light everywhere in the forest as they come. He remained motionless on the ground, praying earnestly that God will intervene and move them away from where he was. Within a second they heard a noise in the opposite direction thinking it was their escapee, left their
