Chapter 11 - Chapter 11 Young Might Guy.

Chapter 11.

Konoha Village, Snack Street.

The morning light shone on the street, with a slight cool breeze.

The gentle wind stirred the banners used for advertising by the street shops, and the early risers could rarely enjoy the refreshing feeling.

At this time, the Naruto world was already at the end of August, right in the last hot period of the year. Many of the shops on Snack Street had opened their doors; these breakfast vendors were probably the earliest risers in Konoha.

As usual, Suzuki walked along Snack Street.

Occasionally, he heard the sounds of vendors calling out.

"Fresh dumplings, a must-have for breakfast! Come and take a look!" This was Hanako's favorite dumpling.

It was also one of the three giants of Konoha's Snack Street, the other two giants being Ichiraku Ramen and Akimichi's barbecue shop.

Moreover, the owner of this shop opened from morning till night!

Anyway, Suzuki had never seen it close, perhaps because business was so good that it operated 24 hours.

"Freshly made miso soup, come and take a look!" shouted a vendor selling miso soup, but it seemed business was average.

There were also rice, rice balls, and bread.

Actually, there were noodle vendors, but they were rare, most not nearby, like Ichiraku Ramen, which was a few kilometers away.

It was closer to the Konoha Ninja Academy.

In the morning, Suzuki still preferred to eat rice; of course, for convenience, he usually bought rice balls.

As usual, Suzuki arrived at the rice ball shop. Before he could say anything, the owner of the rice ball shop saw him and smiled, saying:

"Hey, little Suzuki! Up so early again today? Are you getting ready for training?"

Suzuki smiled and replied to the owner:

"You're the one up early, boss! Training can happen anytime, but first, I need to eat!"

"By the way, I want five rice balls and a cup of soy milk."

The owner of the rice ball shop quickly packed the rice balls while laughing:

"Hahaha, it's normal for a business owner to be up early. Here you go, that's 110 coins!"

This rice ball shop is an old establishment on this street, with very affordable prices. A palm-sized rice ball costs only 20 coins, and soy milk is just 10 coins.

It's as cheap as Ichiraku Ramen.

The cheapest rice at Ichiraku Ramen is also 15 coins, and the ramen costs just a few dozen coins.

Suzuki took out some coins from his pocket and handed them to the owner.

It was still early, with about two hours left before school started.

However, Suzuki wasn't planning to train today.

Mainly because his usual training was running around the Konoha snack street in the morning.

Now, with his body having suddenly improved significantly, doing it as he used to would be too noticeable.

Many people around here recognized him, and if his usual completion time for goals suddenly decreased, it would definitely attract attention.

So, Suzuki got up early this morning to find a new training location,

preferably one far from home!

With that in mind, Suzuki walked down the snack street, planning to check out the outskirts of Konoha Village.

As he ate the rice balls, he thought about the items his clones had brought back and were stored at home.

Like the meat from sea kings, Suzuki hadn't tasted it yet and planned to roast it for lunch. If the results were good or the taste was nice, he could have his clones bring back more in three months.

This time, the clones brought back nearly a hundred pounds, which is enough for him to eat for a hundred days if he eats a pound a day, basically achieving freedom in barbecuing.

Then there's the gold; he needs to find an opportunity to sell it and buy some research equipment to study the various biological tissues from the pirate world.

Finally, there's that dagger. It must be said that the craftsmanship of this dagger is indeed exquisite.

At least in the Naruto world, aside from those special weapons mixed with chakra metal, this dagger is already considered top-notch.

However, he doesn't really need it at the moment; on the contrary, his clones need it more.

But considering that making money in the Naruto world is quite difficult and he isn't very wealthy, he decided to keep it for himself.

As for the clones, they can earn a lot by killing a few pirates in the pirate world.

In the pirate world, the bounties given by the World Government, the Navy, and various countries are actually quite substantial.

At least much more than in Naruto; the S-rank mission bounty in Konoha is only around a million coins, which is similar to ten million berries in the pirate world.

But the difficulty in earning it is simply worlds apart…

Soon, Suzuki reached the outskirts of Konoha Village.

Konoha Village is surrounded by mountains, so the edges are rocky cliffs.

Suzuki didn't come to the Forest of Death.

Here, the trees are sparse, and there's a lake that looks very much like the place where the Uchiha clan would relocate in the future.

This lake is almost identical to the place where Itachi trained Sasuke in the original story!

Generally speaking, not many people come here. Even the ninjas who usually train are mostly near the Forest of Death.

But what surprised Suzuki was that he heard someone here, no, it was the sound of a child training.

"Fifty-seven~"

"Fifty-eight~"

"Fifty-nine!"

"Sixty!"

Suzuki quietly approached and saw a small child doing push-ups on the open ground by the lake.

Although he looked only two or three years old, wearing that green tight-fitting outfit made him hard to recognize…

The future Konoha Blue Beast—Might Guy!

"Sixty-three~"

"Sixty-four~ huh???"

Seeing someone approach, the young Might Guy seemed a bit shy and accidentally fell to the ground.

Then, with his short limbs supporting the ground, he quickly got back up and plopped back down again…

"…"

Suzuki tugged at the corner of his mouth, feeling somewhat speechless.

He didn't expect to see Might Guy for the first time in this situation.

But it's quite normal, considering his young age.

A gentle smile appeared on Suzuki's face as he looked at Might Guy and said:

"Hey kid, are you okay?"

Might Guy waved his arm, and his small face turned red from both exercise and shyness:

"Ah, i'm fine,i'm alright~"

Suzuki rarely found anything interesting or wanted to meet people, but Might Guy was an exception.

Suzuki walked over to Might Guy and sat down on the ground beside him, casually asking:

"Hey kid, what's your name and where are you from? I'm Suzuki, a fourth-grade student at the Konoha Ninja School."

Might Guy looked at Suzuki, who didn't seem very old, and upon hearing that Suzuki was a ninja student, he glanced at him with a hint of envy, then lowered his head with a touch of disappointment in his voice:

"Uh, my name is Gai, Might Guy. My father is Might Dai..."

"Dai, huh~" Suzuki said with a tone of admiration.

Might Guy looked up in surprise: "Do you know my father?"

He thought his father was quite inconspicuous in the village, after all, he was just a lower-ranking ninja, and he was over thirty, still doing those particularly low-level tasks...

"Ah, I know him. Dai is a great person, and I really respect him!" Suzuki wasn't lying; he did know Might Dai, but whether Might Dai knew him was another matter.

In Konoha Village, especially in the eyes of some non-ninja villagers, Might Dai actually had a good reputation.

Might Dai always took on low-level tasks, but those tasks genuinely helped others.

Might Guy looked at Suzuki with some skepticism and couldn't help but pout: "Don't lie to me, I know my dad's situation, he's that kind of person..."

The still very young Might Guy didn't understand his father, Might Dai. He knew his father worked hard, but he also knew that many ninjas looked down on him.

Suzuki patted the young Might Guy's head and chuckled, saying, "What's wrong with Dai? I think he's great. Are you trying to say you've seen him looked down upon by many people?"

Before Might Guy could answer, Suzuki patted his head again, smiled, and said, "Don't worry about that, Gai~ Your father is a remarkable person, and those who mock him are just fools who can't see the future."

"Hardworking people shouldn't be mocked; any dream that one is striving for is worthy of respect!"

Tl|N : Guys; some powerstones would be really motivating and as always If you see any mistake 😔, let me know in the comments so I can edit them..
