Chapter 12 - The Plan of Darkness

In a place deep within the dimension of darkness, Lilith stood before a massive throne made of black obsidian. Seated upon it was a far more terrifying figure, Beelzebub, the ruler of darkness known as the "Lord of the Demon Kingdom." The aura emanating from him was so oppressive, even for Lilith.

"I am disappointed in you, Lilith," Beelzebub's deep voice echoed throughout the space. "A human, with the help of old guardians like Rangda and Barong, has made you retreat?"

Lilith lowered her head, not daring to look directly into Beelzebub's eyes. "That human possesses unusual strength, and Rangda's mask enhances it. But this is only temporary. I've planted the seeds of darkness on Mount Agung. When the time comes, that darkness will grow and engulf this island."

Beelzebub eyed Lilith with doubt before finally smiling coldly. "True, we'll make sure the darkness cannot be stopped. I'll send reinforcements. Astaroth and Belphegor will join this plan. Use them wisely, and ensure that Bali falls into darkness forever."

Lilith gave a slight smile, though she felt intimidated. With the added power from these two great demons, her plan would be far harder to stop.

Back to Bali

Meanwhile, Arya, Rangda, and Barong returned to the village where they had gathered. The energy at Mount Agung had been restored, but they knew Lilith's threat was far from over.

"We can't just wait for them to strike again," Arya said firmly. "We need to know what their next move is."

Barong nodded. "We need help. There are other beings in Bali who could become allies, but they're difficult to reach."

"You mean guardians from other dimensions?" Arya asked, intrigued.

"Yes," Rangda replied. "Beings like the Besukih Dragon, the spiritual guardian of Mount Agung, or even Queen Ayu, the ruler of the balancing spirits in Southern Bali. However, summoning them requires great power, and not all will be willing to help."

Arya fell silent, realizing the weight of the task ahead of them. He looked at Rangda's mask, which gently trembled in his hands. Could the power within him be enough to awaken these allies?

A New Mission

In the midst of their discussion, a village priest arrived with a pale face. "Something strange is happening along the southern coast," he said. "Many villagers have been having nightmares and feel the presence of evil beings at night. Some say the beach around Tanah Lot is being covered by an unusual black mist."

Rangda narrowed his eyes. "That's no coincidence. The southern beaches of Bali are always a great energy point, and if darkness is starting to appear there, it means they are trying to control the water element."

Barong nodded. "Tanah Lot is a sacred place. If the energy there is disturbed, it could affect the entire balance of the island."

Arya clenched his fists. "Alright, we must get there before it's too late. If they've sent another demon, we need to be ready."

Rangda looked at Arya with a sharp gaze. "This won't be like the previous battle, Arya. The darkness is growing stronger, and you need to prepare yourself better."

Arya nodded confidently. "I've been through a lot, and I won't back down now."

Preparation at Tanah Lot

When they arrived at Tanah Lot, the scene had changed drastically. The usually clear sea water now appeared dark and foamy, while black mist enveloped the entire temple area. An unnatural cold wind blew, carrying eerie whispers that made the hairs on the back of their necks stand up.

"Astaroth must be here," Rangda said. "He's the demon who controls illusions and mind manipulation. Don't let him play with your emotions."

Barong stood at the forefront, ready to face whatever threat appeared. "We'll need to work together more closely than ever before."

Without warning, a large shadow emerged from the mist. The figure was dragon-like, with gleaming black scales and glowing red eyes. Astaroth stood atop the dragon's head, waving a dark glowing staff.

"Welcome to my little party," he said with a cold voice. "You've come just in time to witness the destruction of Tanah Lot."

Arya, Rangda, and Barong prepared to face this new enemy. The battle to protect Bali from darkness was escalating, and they knew that failure was not an option.
