FUCK!
I don't know what to do. I never expected we would get caught by a teacher.
It was just a small fight!
Well maybe not a small one.... but it wasn't that bad!
"Nala Lionheart, I've called your father and he's on his way over." The Vice-Principal says as he re-enters the office and moves to sit on the large leather chair behind his desk.
I don't say anything as I'm too busy worrying about what will happen later. I know he was probably with my uncle's but I don't know which ones. If it's Frank or Josh everything will be fine. If it's Max or Liam however I should be worried.
If it turns out he's with Oak.... I'd rather not think about it.
I don't know how many people will come. I've never had my parents called before.
I don't really like to fight. The other girl started it. She found out my dad was from the Bloody Rose and because of that she wanted to see how good I am in a fight. Probably so she could embarrass me.
The entire school knows me as "Princess" because everything I own is custom made by a famous designer. They know my family is absurdly wealthy so they gave me that nickname as a joke. Now even the teachers call me that. Most people have long forgotten my real name at this point.
Suddenly the office door flies open and a dozen huge, scary-looking men rush in, all clearly upset.
The Vice-Principal starts shaking in fear when he sees them. Especially since you can see the guns attached to their waists.
"Baby girl!" My father yells rushing over to lift me up and check me for injuries.
The scene is somewhat comical. A huge, beast of a man with scars on his face, dressed like a gangster with a gun at his waist holding a short teenage girl wearing a cute white rabbit hoodie and a pastel pink skirt in his arms worriedly.
"Daddy, I'm fine." I say blinking my doll eyes innocently as I hug him.
"What happened?" Frank asks the Vice-Principal who is visibly trembling in fear.
"Um, ah.. Miss Lionheart got into a fight with another girl." The man says calming down and resuming his professional demeanor.
"Did she win?" Liam asks seriously.
"Well, yes. The other girl -Mia- is currently in the infirmary to get her wounds treated. I called it a fight but it was more of a one-sided beating." The man says looking at me sternly.
"I'm so proud of you, Baby! Your first school fight! I was starting to worry!" My father -Mason Lionheart- says lifting me into the air by the waist.
"This behavior is unacceptable! She should be expelled! Had this been any other student I would have immediately expelled her. Fortunately the other students parents agreed to settle this privately or you may be dealing with the police." The Vice-Principal says angrily.
"Where are they? It's probably best to speak with them now." I say, being the only person thinking rationally. The guys are already whispering among themselves about how proud they are. Although it does little good to whisper in such a small space with so many people.
"Mr. And Mrs. Henderson are in the conference room. I'll take you there." The Vice-Principal says standing to lead the way. The man has never liked me. Even with my perfect grades. It's probably because I publicly rejected his son.
Landon has been pursuing me for the last 2 years but I don't like him. He's arrogant and seems to think everyone else is beneath him. The only good quality he has is his face. Landon is handsome and extreamly popular. His family has a bit of money seeing as his dad is the Vice-Principal of one of the best private schools around and he makes sure everyone knows it.
He confessed to me in front of the entire grade during lunch a few months back. He made a show of it. Flaunting his wealth at every chance he can get. If it was a simple confession I would have been nice about it but his words were making it sound like I should feel honored to have been 'chosen' by him as a potential partner.
I admit I could have handled it better but I was angry at the time so I dumped my hot coffee on his head before storming off in anger. Luckily it had cooled down enough not to really burn him but I'm sure it was humiliating and probably hurt.
We haven't spoken since and he does his best to avoid me unless he has no choice. When we do meet he just glares at me. It's incredibly childish and a bit annoying but it sure beats having him constantly talking in my ear and following me around all the time.
I'm sure the Vice-Principal wants nothing more than to get rid of me but dad donates a lot of money to the school every month and I've won every competition I entered since enrollment. It can be said that I'm the only reason we're beating our rival school now. He can't afford to expel me.
"Here we are." The Vice-Principal says gesturing to a door as we approach. "The Hendersons are just inside. I'll let you handle this among yourselves."
"Thanks" Daddy says reluctantly when I pinch his side as a reminder to be polite.
"Sure." The man says before walking away.
"You don't have to be nice. Mia is annoying and she was the one who started it anyway." I say before opening the door to walk inside. There are 4 people in the room. A middle aged couple who Im sure are Mia's parents and two young men who I guess are probably her brothers.
When they see that I'm the one entering they straighten their backs and look at me in disdain as if they've already won.
The next moment that look of confidence is replaced by one of fear as the group of buff men follow me inside. We all take our seats with Daddy and my uncle's exuding auras of danger. They all glare at the small group and my father pulls me into his lap protectively.
I don't resist as I'm used to them treating me like a doll. Daddy adverts his gaze and begins gently braiding my hair with a serious expression on his face. After all these years of doing my hair he's gotten incredibly good. At this point he could be a hair stylist if he wasn't the head of a crime syndicate.
