Chapter 1: Prologue

In 586 BC, a mysterious figure named Mizumaki Mitsunari emerged, a man whose unparalleled powers surpassed human comprehension. His abilities ranged from resurrecting the dead, unleashing destructive violet lasers, and manipulating minds through telepathy to other supernatural feats. The source of his powers lay in two ancient artifacts: the White Magic Book and the Black Magic Book.

The White Magic Book held spells imbued with benevolence, granting powers only to the virtuous, while the Black Magic Book harbored sinister spells meant for the malevolent. Strangely, both books contained certain overlapping spells, yet their origins remained a mystery. Once the magic fused into a person's blood, it became a permanent part of their being, halting aging and granting eternal youth. However, the books were cursed. Only evil beings could burn them, and the Black Magic Book irresistibly attracted anyone who encountered it, corrupting them, and increase powers in space of evil peoples.

Despite being a good man, Mitsunari was an enigma. He alone controlled the powers of the Black Magic Book without succumbing to its darkness. He safeguarded both books in his home, unaware that his legacy would soon spiral into chaos.

Mitsunari had two sons, Mizumaki Isoshi, the younger, and Mizumaki Otaka, the elder, whose hearts brimmed with hatred—toward their father, each other, and the world. They believed their lives were plagued by torment and oppression.

One fateful day, Mitsunari carelessly left the Black Magic Book in his room. Both sons stumbled upon it at different times, discovering a spell called "Absorbi," capable of draining powers from others. Driven by greed, they each sought to claim the spell.

That evening, as Mitsunari entered his room, he found Isoshi reading the spell aloud from the Black Magic Book. Moments later, Otaka appeared, and to Mitsunari's horror, he too began reciting the spell, having memorized it earlier.

"Stop!" Mitsunari yelled, but it was too late. Dark energy erupted from his body, swirling toward his sons. The spell was reaching its climax.

As the incantation neared completion, Otaka, driven by rage, burned the Black Magic Book in a desperate act to claim the powers. At the same time, Isoshi pushed his brother to the ground, interrupting the spell. But the damage had already been done.

The Black Magic Book was reduced to ash, and the powers once contained in Mitsunari splitted between the two brothers.

Isoshi gained super strength, the ability to fly, red lasers from his hands, life-giving abilities, and an impenetrable shield. Otaka's powers included super strength, the ability to fly, an impenetrable shield, to give shield anyone, teleportation, telepathy, orange lasers from his hands and eyes, life-giving abilities, and the power to control evil peoples and enhance others' abilities. Otaka was more formidable, as he could manipulate the minds of evil beings and unravel the past by touch or without touch.

Consumed by their newfound power, the brothers destroyed their home and fled without fighting.

As flames engulfed the ruins, a passerby named Satoh Zen arrived. He rescued the injured Mitsunari and retrieved the White Magic Book. With his dying breath, Mitsunari entrusted Zen with the book and begged him to stop his sons.

Initially skeptical, Zen secured the book but didn't act. Meanwhile, Isoshi and Otaka built their own armies to wage war. Isoshi formed the Duke of Iyam with an army called Mermeptah, led by Commander Shimazu Yorinaga. Otaka established the Duke of Suin with the Mesha army, commanded by Joshuya Shiko.

The two brothers began a relentless battle, fueled by magic and their insatiable thirst for dominance. Their armies and commanders, however, remained devoid of magic, for such powers were unnecessary at the time.

As the world descended into chaos, Zen realized Mitsunari's warning was no jest. He sought help from his wife, Satoh Unoha, his friend Hideaki Kojuro, and Kojuro's wife, Hideaki Risako. Together, they resolved to stop the brothers.

Unknown to all, the White Magic Book concealed a dire secret. Buried deep within its pages was the location of the long-dead Tel Dan Army, a monstrous force capable of annihilating humanity. The Black Magic Book had foretold the story but the location was in White Magic Book, and both brothers sought to resurrect the army for ultimate destruction, so they started finding White Magic Book.

In a desperate bid to manipulate the brothers, Zen spread a rumor that Joshuya, Otaka's commander, possessed the White Magic Book. Blinded by rage, Isoshi attacked Otaka, triggering a fierce battle. In the chaos, Isoshi hurled Otaka into space, unaware of his fate.

Back on Earth, Zen confronted Isoshi. Having read spell from the White Magic Book, Zen gained powers of flight, super strength, pink lasers in hands and eyes, and shield. Alongside a group of allies who also harnessed the book's magic, Zen engaged Isoshi in a monumental clash. Though Isoshi's power was overwhelming, Zen's team managed to seal him in a magical box, hidden on a secret island. They also buried the Mermeptah and Mesha Armies and their commanders.

Otaka's fate in space remained a mystery.

In the aftermath, Zen and Kojuro formed a team with other members to protect humanity, naming it Tzephania—"protected by God." The group began with 50 members, growing steadily as they sought to shield the world from future threats.

Zen, the team's leader, was its most powerful member. Kojuro gained control over thunder, while Unoha and Risako wielded red lasers in eyes and super strength. Yet, they understood little about the books' true nature. Only special individuals could unlock the full power of the White Magic Book, while the Black Magic Book posed a perpetual danger to all. Every evil person could unlock the full powers of the Black Magic Book but now it was burned.

As Tzephania stood guard, the mysteries of Otaka, and the origins of the magic books loomed large.
