Chapter 1 - chapter 1

The twin suns of Protowar gleamed high above the domed cities, their energy channeled into the endless flow of power coursing through the metropolis below. Skyscrapers of radiant metals pierced the heavens, connected by streams of levitating transports. On Protowar, every citizen bore a name that reflected their generation and role. G10, the tenth descendant of the Supreme Leader lineage, stood at the pinnacle of ambition and duty.

In his laboratory—an intricate web of glowing circuits and holo-screens—G10 ran diagnostics on his Nano Assistant. The small, shape-shifting AI device hovered at eye level, its shimmering surface pulsating as it analyzed weaponry and survival systems.

"Report status," G10 commanded.

"Preparation at 92%, Master G10. Weapon modules fully operational. Biological interface calibrated. Shall I optimize for intergalactic encounters?" the assistant asked in a calm, melodic tone.

"Yes. Optimize for unknown atmospheric conditions and potential hostile environments," he replied, his violet eyes reflecting the holographic data.

Protowar was a planet unlike any other—a marvel of technological evolution. There were no biological females or traditional reproduction; the population was sustained through the Lifeforge Matrix, a technology capable of designing and nurturing generations of Protowar's citizens. G10 was a product of that system, yet he carried the burden of legacy as the Supreme Leader's son.

A call came through the holo-screen. The face of his father, the Supreme Leader, appeared—a figure of power and authority, adorned with ceremonial circuits that pulsed with energy.

"G10, the situation with the Atralax Alliance has escalated. War is imminent. You and your team have been assigned critical missions to secure our advantage. Your task is paramount: retrieve biological samples of unknown species from a distant galaxy. We require data to enhance our genetic research. Do you understand?"

"Yes, Supreme Leader," G10 replied, his voice steady with determination.

---

For the next hundred days, G10 and his four teammates prepared meticulously for their missions. Each had their role—engineering, data acquisition, defense, reconnaissance, and biology. G10, as the head of Protowar's Research Division, was responsible for scientific exploration.

When the day arrived, G10 stood before his sleek, alien craft, the Eclipser. Its design was aerodynamic and brimming with advanced technology, capable of traversing galaxies at light speed. He donned his suit, a nanotech masterpiece that adapted to his environment, and boarded the craft.

"Destination: Galaxy 572-BX, unidentified planet," the onboard AI announced.

The craft hummed as its engines roared to life, launching G10 into the void at unimaginable speeds. Stars blurred into streaks of light as he traversed the cosmic expanse.

---

Hours into his journey, alarms blared across the console.

"Warning: hostile fire detected!"

Before G10 could react, a barrage of energy beams struck the Eclipser. His craft shuddered, systems sparking and failing. Through the cockpit window, he saw the warships of the Atralax Alliance, their sleek black hulls bristling with weapons.

"Engage evasive maneuvers!" G10 barked.

The Eclipser spiraled, dodging most of the attacks, but a critical hit forced him to reroute power to propulsion. With a final surge, he escaped the enemy's range, but his ship was badly damaged.

Drifting through uncharted space, G10 marveled at the stars and alien planets surrounding him. Nebulas glowed with colors unknown, and he glimpsed massive creatures swimming through the vacuum of space. Yet his navigation systems kept him on course.

Eventually, he approached his target—a planet covered in blue and green. Its surface teemed with life, unlike anything he had seen.

"Unidentified planet detected. Atmospheric scans indicate compatibility," the AI informed him.

G10 prepared for descent, unaware that this was Earth—a world that would change the course of his life and the fate of Protowar.

As his craft broke through the atmosphere, flames licking at the hull, G10 steadied himself.

"Mission initiated," he whispered, his eyes fixed on the unknown.
