Inside the silent chamber, eyes stared at the five thrones before them.
Cian stood there, his arms crossed against his chest as he gazed with frustration to the carvings ahead. "Who are they supposed to be? They're like some celestials."
Celeste stepped closer to the throne carving on the left, her eyes narrowing as she studied the figure seated in it. "Why… why does she look like Goddess Aura?" she said quietly.
Cian turned to her, his face skeptical. "Goddess Aura? I thought she was supposed to be the top of all gods or whatever. So why's she sitting on one of the smaller thrones? Doesn't make sense."
Celeste raised an eyebrow and furrowed her brow, tilting her head. "It doesn't."
Ronan walked past them, his gaze fixed on the altar at the back of the room. He never glanced at the thrones; his steps sent echoes through the space, commanding their attention.
