A random woman was walking around cautiously watching her surroundings since in the undercity, anything could happen, especially with a woman who is alone. She found the baby girl in an alleyway. Feeling bad for her, she picked her up and decided to name her Rose, then took care of her for 10 years before being killed by Piltover guards for absolutely no reason.
