Chapter 26 - Chapter 25: new bullshit era of power scaling

So guys I've been thinking about making a Doctor Who fanfic, I been watching all the seasons from 2005 to now.

I tried looking for an SI Timelord but the good ones don't update that much for like 2 years and the other ones are a female Time lady that only cries and doesn't really do anything in the story their… just there

I only got two chapter drafts done and I'm still thinking about what to name the time lord and what her tardis is going to look like.

I need to read some Doctor Who comics and novels because I heard he's an extreme op person who fights outer god and can scared magic itself

Breaking News: "Mysterious Super Soldier Engages in God-Tier Battle Over Kyoto!"

Kyoto, Japan – Residents were left shocked and awestruck last night as an intense battle erupted in the skies above the historic city. Eyewitnesses described the scene as something straight out of an anime or a high-budget sci-fi game, with a heavily armored, futuristic soldier clashing against a warrior wielding a massive sword and controlling lightning.

Videos from civilians flooded the internet, showing glimpses of a black and red power-armored figure zipping through the sky at impossible speeds, dodging bolts of lightning while returning fire with blazing light energy and dragon-like spectral wings. The opposing fighter, later identified by some mythology enthusiasts as Susanoo, the Japanese God of Storms, retaliated with thunderous strikes and blade techniques that shattered the very air.

"Is This a New Military Experiment? Or… A Video Game Character Come to Life?"

The biggest mystery surrounding the event is the identity of the power-armored warrior.

Online communities immediately erupted into speculation, with theories ranging from classified government supersoldiers to fictional characters somehow becoming real. Many gamers were quick to point out that the armored figure bore a striking resemblance to a Spartan from the Halo series, leading to wild rumors of Microsoft testing real-life power armor in Japan.

"Bro, tell me that wasn't just a Spartan-IV on a side quest in Kyoto. That was straight-up Halo vs. Final Fantasy," one Reddit user wrote.

"Guys, I swear I saw dragon wings on the armor. Is this some kind of crossover event? Did Master Chief get an anime power-up?" another user tweeted.

Government officials have yet to comment on the incident, though a Kyoto city representative has assured the public that there were no civilian casualties, despite the battle causing multiple shockwaves and localized weather disturbances.

Eyewitness Reports: "It Was Like Watching a God Fight a Super Soldier"

Several witnesses shared their experiences with local news stations:

Hiroshi Tanaka, a 32-year-old tourist: "At first, I thought it was a movie stunt, but then I saw the explosions and felt the ground shake. That wasn't CGI. That was REAL."Aoi Nakamura, a high school student: "I was livestreaming when I saw the fight. My chat went nuts. People thought it was a VTuber event at first, but then someone yelled 'THAT'S A SPARTAN' and now my video's at a million views."Kenta Fujimoto, a local monk: "This… this was no ordinary battle. The armored warrior was not human. I could feel a divine presence… as if a god was hiding in that armor."Meanwhile, Susanoo Laughs It Off?

Adding to the mystery, several shrine attendants reported seeing a man matching the description of Susanoo at a nearby izakaya (Japanese pub) after the battle, laughing and drinking sake while watching Twitter reactions to the fight.

When asked about the encounter, he allegedly just grinned and said:

"Oh yeah, that Spartan? Tough one. Hope she upgrades her suit—next time, I'm going all out."

The comment has only fueled more speculation. Some mythology fans believe Susanoo actually fought a deity in disguise, while skeptics claim it was just an eccentric martial artist cosplaying.

Internet Theories Run Wild

The incident has given rise to hundreds of theories online, including:

"Japan is secretly developing power armor."

"It's an advanced AI robot from the future."

"The U.S. military is testing Halo tech overseas."

"That was actually a goddess hiding in the suit."

"We just witnessed an actual divine battle, and nobody's ready to accept it."

Official Response Pending

As of now, no government or religious authority has stepped forward to explain the event. All that's certain is that the world just witnessed something truly unbelievable.

In Amaterasu's palace, Celestia is laughing her ass off at the internet's reaction.

"I hope you pay back for the damage you two did," said Amaterasu

Celestia just waves her hand "I just use time magic to fix the area and I'm building a Gundam for you're brother and that not cheap."

Amaterasu smiled, sipping her tea with a graceful air. "An alliance with Heaven is important, of course, but I must admit, I'm curious about the tools you've brought with you."

Yasaka nodded, her golden eyes gleaming. "Your technology is far beyond anything we possess. I won't lie we would greatly benefit from your creations."

Celestia tilted her head. "You mean my armor?"

"No," Amaterasu said with a knowing smile. "Your creations."

Celestia chuckled. "So that's what this is about. You don't just want angels stationed here you want infrastructure."

Yasaka leaned forward. "Youkai society has thrived for centuries, but we lack modern defenses and industry compared to human nations. If we are to stand equal with the great factions, we need advancements."

Amaterasu added, "Even among the gods, few truly embrace creation. But you… You are a builder, are you not?"

Celestia grinned. "Guilty as charged. So, what do you want me to make?"

"Wait the world now knows about the supernatural," Yasaka began to explain, " that while Kyoto's spiritual defenses were strong, they weren't impenetrable."

" so I hope you can enhance Kyoto's protective barriers to resist devils, fallen angels, and rogue exorcists.

Celestia nodded "Sure I can but you don't need to worry about rogue exorcists the church is getting cleaned up especially when the new pop gets in office ha!"

"I want to propose the creation of a divine hospital to heal both youkai and humans, using angelic holy magic that wouldn't harm non-evil beings as your holy powers are good for healing nearly anything."

Celestia was intrigued, thinking about making nanite-infused holy water pools that could regenerate wounds, cure poisons, and even reattach limbs.

She nodded " ok give me 2 weeks to make it happen."

Amaterasu requested a divine forge where Shinto craftsmen could work with Heaven's sacred materials.

Celestia nodded thoughtfully, suggesting a hybrid forge infused with holy flames and Amaterasu's solar essence to craft weapons, artifacts, and even armor for the next generation of warriors.

Celestia leaned back, tapping her finger against the table. "Alright. I like this. A proper alliance should be about more than just military support. I'll start drafting blueprints for everything."

Amaterasu smiled warmly. "Then it seems we have a deal."

Yasaka exhaled in relief. "This will change Kyoto forever. I hope you realize how much this means to us."

Grigori Headquarters – Azazel's Office

Azazel was enjoying his usual glass of whiskey when his screen lit up with an emergency broadcast from Grigori's surveillance division. The audio was a mess of panicked voices, but one line stood out loud and clear:

"Governor Azazel! We've got a CODE WTF over Kyoto! There's a Spartan—like, from Halo—fighting SUSANOO!"

Azazel nearly choked on his drink. "Excuse me?!"

He turned to the large holographic screen, where real-time footage showed a high-tech, black-and-red power-armored figure with dragon-like spectral wings trading blows with a thunder-wielding samurai deity.

The sheer speed, destruction, and insane power output made even Azazel someone who had seen pretty much everything pause in disbelief.

The armored warrior sidestepped a bolt of lightning, countered with a devastating energy-infused fist, and then launched into the air, unleashing a blast of white draconic energy that forced Susanoo to dodge mid-air. The sheer shockwave shattered windows across Kyoto.

"…Nope." Azazel grabbed the whiskey bottle and took a long, long swig. "This is beyond me. I quit, you win old man."

Penemue walked in and took one look at the screen. "I'd ask what's happening, but honestly? I don't think I want to know."

Azazel groaned. "Why does this feel like the start of a new bullshit era of power scaling?"

In hell

Sirzechs, Ajuka, Serafall, and Falbium were all gathered, watching the battle footage from Kyoto.

Serafall, normally upbeat and hyper, was stunned into silence. The magical girl-loving Satan watched as the armored figure tanked a direct lightning strike from Susanoo, shrugged it off and retaliated with a ridiculously overpowered counterattack.

Ajuka's face was unreadable, but internally, he was screaming. The sheer technological and magical fusion in that armor was beyond anything even he had theorized, he wanted to make a power armor but because of the paperwork, he didn't have the time.

Falbium, the lazy Satan, just sighed heavily. "Welp. We're doomed."

(I finally remembered to add Falbium)

Sirzechs, meanwhile, had his hands clasped together. "…That armor is using White Dragon Emperor energy. But it's infused with holy power and something else. That's… not supposed to be possible."

Ajuka shook his head. "Not just that. The reaction speed, the force absorption, the adaptability. That's not just sacred gear enhancement—it's a complete revolution in combat technology."

Serafall finally spoke, her voice filled with disbelief. "So, uh… who exactly is in that armor?"

Khaos Brigade's Reaction – Chaos in the War Room

Deep within the hideouts of the Khaos Brigade, Several high-ranking rogue devils, fallen angels, and extremists sat around a screen, watching the live feed from Kyoto.

The entire room was dead silent except for the background sound of Susanoo laughing his ass off mid-fight.

One stray devil finally broke the silence. "…Did we just watch a Spartan from Halo dropkick a literal Shinto war god?"

One of them finally spoke. "…Guys, I think we just lost."

"Shut up," another grumbled.

"But seriously," the first one continued. "Heaven just made a divine superpower armor. How are we supposed to fight that?"

A stray exorcist frowned. "Well, we still have anti-angel weapons—"

"WHAT anti-angel weapons?! Do you think holy-powered Spartan armor with White Dragon Emperor tech is gonna be stopped by a rusty sword?!"

The room fell into silence again.

One fallen angel groaned, slamming his head on the table. "I can't believe it. We were already struggling, and now GOD is a tech-savvy, anime-building powerhouse."

"…And she's hot," one rogue devil muttered.

Everyone turned to glare at him.

"What?! I'm just saying! Did you see her armor?! It's badass!"

"…I mean, yeah, but—"

"This is why we're losing," another muttered.
