Change of POV: Celestia
After getting Zarathos to stop kneeling, I wanted to test how effective of a hunter he is compared to his comic book self and I will allow him to show himself to the public just to see people's reaction to the spirit of vengeance from Marvel come to life
"Zarathos for your first job I want you to hunt down any stray devils you can find if you can't find any just take a bounty from the supernatural community."
"Yes, mother I won't fail you," he said in a voice that carries an otherworldly resonance that reverberates in the soul of anyone who hears it. It is both a booming command and a whispering echo.
He then put two skeleton fingers in his (mouth?) and blew on it and a big mess of Sacred Hellfire started to form a bike.
Its appearance was a sleek, futuristic motorcycle cloaked in Sacred Hellfire, with holy fire for wheels that left trails of fiery runes. The bike appears more like a living entity, reacting to the Ghost Rider's commands.
I got curious cause I didn't design it, I just designed the power to transform things with his fire so ask the system to use appraisal on it and I let out a low whistle at what I was seeing
[Name: Infernal Phantom]
Abilities:
Dimensional Rider: Can traverse dimensions and teleport instantly.Magical Aura: Creates a barrier of Sacred Hellfire that protects the rider and burns away any pursuers.Weaponized Design: The bike can fire bursts of energy, create shockwaves upon impact, and even transform into other forms, such as a chariot or hovering platform.
I am mostly curious about the dimensional rider's ability can he break into other god's realms even when it is lockdown with their runes or whatever they use if he can then he will be even more terrifying cause then you can't escape him even with a god's help
He then got on the bike and a portal opened up to Vatican which was filled with a lot of people cause of what happened a few days ago, he then started laughing demonically and speeded away
While me and Michael watch the Rider ride away,
"Is that a good idea Mother he's just a newborn", Michael said while he was still watching Zarathos
"Yup, he needs the experience of hunting down people besides what the worst that could happen."
Michael just stared at me with a deadpan stare
"Even I know not to say that Mother"
I was going to say he's worried about nothing this is a new super-ArchAngel but then I realized what kinda universe I'm in where a weak pervert can train for 10 and then blow up a mountain
"Yeah should have thought of that through, tell Metatron to have some stealth angel follow him in case something happens
Change of POV: Narrator
The portal sent him to the busy street of the Vatican when he came out every human near by stopped and stared at him.
"Oh my god is that demon"
"He got a halo I'm betting he's a fallen angel"
"Protect me lord from this demon"
More and more people came to see him and started to pull out their phones and record him until one person said something to his friend that caused a pause in Zarathos.
"Hey isn't that the ghost rider from Marvel Comics", a young teenager said excitedly to an equally young boy.
"Yeah man even though he looks way cooler than the plain skeleton from the comics"
Zarathos told himself to find out about him being a comic later
He started to speed down the streets causing everyone to stop, because of the sound his bike made The sound has an ethereal, almost musical quality, with faint echoes of chiming bells.
But Beneath the angelic tones is a haunting, low growl—a reminder of the Ghost Rider's vengeful purpose. It feels as though the bike is alive, breathing with restrained power.
The Ghost Rider's hollowed eyes looked for devils until he felt innocent blood spilled, Guided by the whispers of holy spirits, the Rider sets out to purge their heresy
zarathos Ride until he sees a crumbling cathedral standing in the dead of night, its once-holy walls now defiled with dark sigils and blood-stained altars. The corrupted exorcists gather inside, their stolen relics glowing with infernal energy.
Zarathos drives to the cathedral The air thickens as the Ghost Rider approaches, his Sacred Hellfire illuminating the darkness. The flames flicker with both warmth and menace, casting haunting shadows against the desecrated stone.
With a deafening roar, the Rider's bike—Infernal Phantom—bursts through the cathedral's doors, leaving trails of fiery holy runes. The exorcists turn, their faces twisted with shock and alert but when they see the Rider their faces turn to disbelief cause they can feel magic it is both holy and demonic something that should be impossible.
"What is that abomination" one of the exorcists said
"It could be one of the devil's new weapons against humanity"
(author here this is my first time writing a fight scene so sorry if it lacking anything leave a comment on what should i work on the fights to it make a fun to read)
The Rider dismounts, his skeletal frame clad in a fusion of blackened holy armor and flaming chains. The sacred symbols on his armor radiate a blinding light, making the corrupted exorcists recoil.
His voice echoes, resonating like a thousand wrathful angels.
"You have betrayed your oaths. You have perverted the sacred. Your sins cry out for judgment."
The exorcists summon their amp magic from sacrifices, unleashing shadowy tendrils and infernal beasts. The Ghost Rider, undeterred
He used his Sacred Hellfire Chains His chains lashed out, igniting the air with a mix of holy fire and infernal fury, burning away the darkness and wrapping around the one of exorcists like the binding hand of judgment.
He then pulls the exorcist to himself and use the penance stare Catching one exorcist in his fiery glare, he forces them to confront their sins. Their screams fill the cathedral as their very soul are consumed by the weight of their betrayal.
One exorcist falls to their knees, pleading for mercy.
"Sorry all out of mercy"
Then proceeds to crush the exorcist's head with his covered hands, and blood gush out like a river
The remaining exorcists, defiant to the end, are consumed by Sacred Hellfire. Their screams echo as the flames purify their bodies, reducing them to ash. The cathedral trembles, the desecrated sigils burning away in the fire's cleansing light
As the cathedral's ruins smolder, the Ghost Rider stands silently amid the ashes. The corrupted relics are reduced to molten slag, their dark power extinguished. The faint scent of sanctity returns to the air.
Before departing, the Ghost Rider carves a message into the stone altar with his blazing chains:
"Faith is sacred. Betrayal will burn."
He mounts his bike, the Infernal Phantom roaring to life, and disappears into the night, his mission far from over. Wherever corruption hides, his Sacred Hellfire will find it.
