Chapter 1 - chapter one, four left

Russell, the backbone of this dead world. A respected man in his own nature. Struggling with the inner demon taunting his very existence. The corrosion of the Xeno molding it's way into his bloodstream. A cure would be a miracle, but in such a world. Only death was at bay. The harsh doorsteps of life conquering the human race. A friend, Joseph. Searching for a cure, abandoning his home. He knew what he had to do; he knew... Russell was the only one strong enough to stop the scurge.

Chapter One, four Left

The Cure Arc

Fighting in the paladin gear, infused with the core of thorns. The soldiers of the humans race gathered together. A fight would soon break out again. Like the weeks, and months, and years before. A breakthrough would be precise, a chance at freedom from this alien race. Too bad happy ending don't exist...

Scold, the last bastion of the human race

A mother, Dianna. Feeding her children as the sun began to set. The scratching of war was at bay. And the nights acid rain had began. Neither side of the War could fight one another at night. This was the only peace. The gear was heavy, and not suited for battle. But it protected those who didn't want to fall to the rain above. The moon began to cave it's way into the picture. And the moonlight shook effortlessly.

Father Gabriel, praying for the lost heroes of today, yesterday... The day before.

Hope was all we had.

Hope.

Hope.

Hope.

Our leader was no more, his skull crushed in battle. By the Xeno... All which fought without a hive mind. Mindless evil, their only goal was to destroy. And break...

Yet some people tried to have sympathy...create a vision that these beasts were fighting for a cause. And weren't braindead monsters. But that could just be a bias of war right...

The infection began to spread through Russell. But no tears shed and his pride stood tall. His friend Zacharia would check in on him. And motivate him to stay active, and not give in to the curse of Xeno. The corrosion would end, he said over and over and over again.

But corrosion would eat at his mind in time. He wasn't an old man, nor middle aged. Only twenty two... The prime of his life, the strength and utility, the malice to take down to Xeno. The fight was one sided it seemed. For so long the Xeno took haste over the humans. But Russell knew how to get rid of them. He'd decided to act upon a long going plan. Eliminating one third of the Xeno population. And if fully recovered, was willing to risk his life to eliminate the last of those God forsaken beasts.
