being, a celestial physician named Dhanvantari. He was an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, the

preserver of the universe. Dhanvantari possessed profound knowledge of the human body, the

● Sattwa, Rajas, and Tamas: The three gunas or qualities that influence our thoughts,
