It's hard to accept sleeping in wild again after bed in camp but I did it before so it wasn't first time.
I will have to spend some time re training from the scratch to get stronger in any way I can I could use that sudden burst of energy I felt well that's only if I can reproduce it again.
But for now I will have to gather food and water for today and I will have to do it everyday since I don't have anything to preserve the food for the next day and I don't want any creatures smelling it and coming here.
Though I could use sparring or fighting with them to hone my skill but that will have to be later.
As I got deeper in forest I saw a lot of mutants going arround and not attacking each other I will have to be careful in the future I don't want any attention for now I don't know if they are artificially creater by those weird people.
Finally I found some rabbit that I can eat quite hard to find them since they hid in burrows.
I am not sure if there will be anything near that lake but I don't have much choice do I?
What is that bear it's double the size of that one I saw last time and it's strong I can feel it from here for now I have to either hide or fall back I am too weak to fight it.

Bear tore the first one apart so easily its fast too it seems it will be hard fight in future it seems.
Other two attacked from the sides while it didn't do much for them it's useful for me since I will have more information in mind.
It would be nice to find it's weakness but it is quite unlikely to be found now.
And fight didn't last long or I think so since I retreated for safety I got some water in meantime.
Okay since I am back in the cave I will redo my training so I will perfect first my breathing method I mixed from army and my own.
While I feel comfortable it is quite tiring in long run using it so I will use lotus position for it.
Breathe in feel the flow through my lungs and heart connect it and done.

Looking as the night is here it seems more like 5-6 hours while it isn't bad but I shouldn't focus too much without sense of danger outside.
