Chapter 3 - Chapter 3

I walked out of the private room absent mindlessly recalling the hasty decision I had made, I had just agreed to be a stranger mistress just for 2 million dollars for a week. Pacing through the corridor, a whirlwind of emotions cascaded through me—regret, excitement, and disbelief.

Well it was worth it, I walked back to the club dragging a drunken Ava with me home, I cleaned up Ava bringing her to the bed, showered and joined her.

"Let's tomorrow be good"I mumbled out before drifting to oblivion.

Alexander's POV

I stared at her retreating figure with a smirk on my face well knowing fully well I just got her this time. Ever since that night I had spent with Luna, I couldn't keep her face body and body out of my mind, I would just space out imagining her body in mine. I had even called the hotel to booked her again but unfortunately they told me she was not available and had come here once that day, I didn't know why but I was happy learning that she was not of those bitches who would attend to every whim. Instead, she had a fire that intrigued me, a magnetism that kept pulling me closer. I had come to the club for a business dealing but had sighted her when my chauffeur drove into the parking garage of the club. I had watched her enter the building, trailing behind her from a distance, ensuring our paths would cross once more. When I sighted her alone I had asked a waiter to call her over but the waiter returned saying she refuse , I had immediately ask one of my guard to call or carry her over well I never take no for an answer and she walked over with nervousness in her eyes, her posture graceful yet resolute. I proposed a deal to her knowing no one could ever resist money and luckily she agreed not like she had a choice anyway.

Luna POV

I stared out of the car window clutching my tiny backpack. I was my way to Mr Cole's house well part of the deal was that I stayed with him while being his girlfriend and here I was on my way to his house. I laughed remembering Ava expression when I told her if my decision and she refused it at first, thinking I was joking. "You're going to live with him?" Yes Ava it's only for a while and this could also been my path to my future I explained and she had made a ruckus before letting me go and warned me to call her everyday.

The car stopped in front of a grand mansion, its towering gates slowly opening to reveal a winding driveway lined with meticulously trimmed hedges. I stared in awe, my heart pounding with a mix of excitement and apprehension. The driver opened my door, offering a polite nod as I hesitantly stepped out. I walked in to the huge mansion with amusement on my face.

"Good day ma'am" a woman in her mid thirties greeted me with a warm smile. Her demeanor was both professional and inviting. I responded politely to her and she introduced herself as the housekeeper Helen. She led me through the pristine marble foyer, pointing out various rooms as we passed the expansive library, a lavish dining room, and a sun-d. She led me up the stairs where I could already see different doors lining a long, carpeted hallway. She took me to the room at the end of the hallway and gestured me inside. The room was breathtakingly elegant, with tall windows overlooking the manicured gardens and luxurious furnishings that spoke of old-world charm. The room was in the color of cream, I walked to the window and gazed out, taking in the peaceful view beyond. There was a walk in closet and also a large bathroom the size of my room back at home. The housekeeper informed me that Mr Cole would be back during dinner and asked if I required anything in the meantime. I shook my head, still overwhelmed by the grandeur surrounding me.

I came down the stairs during diner, my heart racing with anticipation. The dining room was softly lit, with an air of elegance that matched the rest of the mansion. The table was filled with all sort of delicacy and the aroma was utterly enticing. As I took my seat, the atmosphere was both intimate and grand. Halfway through my meal I heard footsteps approaching, and soon a tall, distinguished man entered the room. The maids welcomed with back with a little bow and I immediately stood up.

"Good evening, Mr. Cole," I said, trying to hide my nervousness. He hummed in response and took a seat opposite me at the grand table. His presence was commanding, and his eyes held a curiosity I couldn't decipher. The rest of the meal was silent as we ate, punctuated only by the occasional clink of silverware. I stood up taking a bow and going up to my room but barely had I reached the steps that his cold voice made me halt in my steps

"Meet me in my room in the next 30 minutes," he commanded. My heart skipped a beat, unsure of what lay ahead.

I stood at the door hesitating for a moment, gathering my courage. Finally, I took a deep breath and knocked. The door opened with a slow creak, revealing a dimly lit room filled with dark color and rich mahogany furniture and on the sofa was him sitting there in a bathrobe and sipping a glass of wine.

"Strip down to your comfort," he said, a wry smile tugging at the corners of his lips. I held the hem of my dress slowly cascading it down my body, I was wearing nothing under. Mr Cole got up and walked towards me, his gaze intense and unwavering.
