Wallace sneered when he saw the police officers arrive in front of his building. They walked towards him.
"Who are you?" they asked.
"I'm the owner of this building," Wallace answered.
"We heard there was a shootout in this area," the guy asked.
"Yes, but thankfully, it has been taken care of," he answered.
"We heard that some of those who went through the shootout are here," the man asked.
Wallace sneered; they came for Lucia and Laura, as expected. They could not get the two ladies, so they want to use the police to get them.
"Yes, but they are unconscious," Wallace answered.
"We will have to arrest them for disturbing the peace of the street," the policeman said.
"So, goons came from nowhere and started shooting at them, and they are just supposed to go down without fighting back, right?" Wallace sneered.
"We will have to get their statement," the man said.
"They're unconscious now," Wallace said.
"But if you want to get a statement from someone, I'm also involved in the shootout."
"Hmm," the man could not hide the surprise on his face.
"Do you want me to go back to the station with you guys?" he asked.
"Mr. Wallace, you will have to come back to the station with us," the policeman said.
"I will go back with you, but if you want to play foul, you should ask those who sent you what happened. I'm not someone you can toy with," he said.
"For threatening a policeman, you'll have to be arrested; it shows that you are a harm to the citizens," the policeman said.
Wallace took off his coat and handed it to Antonio.
"If I don't come back tonight, you know what you have to do to get me out," he said.
"No problem, sir; first thing tomorrow morning, we will escort you back," Antonio said as he received the coat.
"No problem then."
"You can handle any matter that arises from here now," he asked.
"No problem," Antonio answered.
He said and turned to the policeman, who was sneering at him.
"Let's go then," he said.
"Your hands, sir," the policeman said.
He stretched his two hands forth and was handcuffed and led into the car.
"Time to dig up some information then," Antonio said as he returned to the office.

Vincenzo Cassano was sitting in his living room; his injury had just been treated.
"I will make that guy regret it," he said angrily.
Today, he went with a hundred men to capture two ladies, but in the end, he lost almost all of his force, and even he had almost died.
His secretary entered.
"The guy has been arrested, and he won't be released for some days because he threatened a policeman," the lady told him.
"Ah, and here I am thinking that he is smart," Vincenzo said.
"Take guys and let's go bring those two bastards back," he said.
"Sir, this matter has already reached the metropolitan power, and the mayor of police has been involved. There is a chance that it might even reach the council level, and he will be deported back to America from the police station."
"He is an American bastard coming back to stir up shit in our area," he said.
"He won't even be allowed to return, as the government will hand him over to us, but tonight, I heard that the mayor's office had deployed their guards to bring the two ladies in; if we go there, it will become messy, and the government might even direct their ire towards us," the lady said.
"Let's see how it goes then," Vincenzo said.
"Everyone should leave," he said.
Everyone left the living room, and after they had cleared, he took a button and pressed it. The face of a man appeared on the TV.
"I heard that you could not even bring two ladies to us, and many of our men were killed," the man said.
"Father, it's not my fault; we already seized the two ladies, but a guy suddenly appeared; it was a bullet-a-man-down. I almost even died. Amidst close to fifty men, he still shot me; I barely escaped death," he said.
The face of the man furrowed.
"Are you okay?" he asked.
"I was shot in the arm," he answered.
"Is he that good?" the man asked.
"His marksmanship is legendary," Vincenzo answered.
"Okay, let's see how the situation goes; don't make any move; the government has decided to make their own move," the man said.
"Okay, father," he answered.
"Just treat your injuries so that you won't have any sequel, and rest very well; we'll meet tomorrow and make plans based on how the situation goes," he said.
"Okay, father.
The call was ended.

Wallace arrived at the police station, and he sat on the chair.
"Name," the man registering him asked.
"Wallace Ace," he answered.
"Nationality," the guy asked.
"Ghana," he answered.
"Hmm," the man furrowed his brows. "You come all the way from Ghana to disturb the peace of our country; do you think that we are just for show?" the man asked.
"I don't know about that, but amidst yourselves, you know you all are the biggest jokers," Wallace muttered.
"You are in our territory, and you are still saying shit about us," the man asked.
"Don't talk shit with him; just bring him back to the interrogation room," a voice was heard.
Wallace was dragged up and pushed to a room with just a long table and two chairs on the end of the table. Wallace sat there. He saw two guys outside looking at him; the glass was one-way glass, those outside could see inside while those inside could not see outside, but he could still see outside. He waited for a long time before the door finally opened, and a middle-aged fat man made his way in.
He sat on the other end of the table. "I'm Simone, Ricci, the mayor of Rome," the man introduced himself.
"I'm Wallace Ace," he answered.
"What brings you to our country to interfere in our matters?" Simone asked.
"You will know sooner or later," Wallace answered.
"Don't tell me you want to take the mantle of the Carlos family," he asked.
"Is it that obvious?" Wallace answered.
"You saved the two from my hands," he asked.
"If you think so," Wallace answered.
"Reviving the Carlos family is just a fool's dream, so it's better you join us," Simone said.
"What do I get if I work for you?" he asked.
"Money, power, and respect," he asked.
"But I can gain tons of those if I revive and control the Carlos family," he answered.
"A wise man knows how to submit to the situation; you can't do anything with those cuffs on your hand; all your talent is useless, and no one gives a shit about a foreigner that decides to ruffle the feathers of the Cassano family. If we hand you over, you will die without a grave," Simone answered.
"I will definitely be released tomorrow morning," he said.
"You are very confident," Simone sneered.
"Yeah, I wouldn't have come here in the first place if I don't have the confidence," he answered.
"Looks like you will not surrender until you have been broken; let's see how you can be taken away from our territory tomorrow," he said as he stood up and left.

Back in the Maurinez plaza at midnight, "Finally found it," Antonio said as he yawned.
Laura and Lucia had already woken up.
"I'm very weak, so you should finish everything," he told Lucia.
"We must greet them with those tomorrow morning," Antonio said as he laid on the chair.
"You women slept, but I did not have the time to sleep," he said.
"Hmm," his face changed as he stood up.
"Why do they have to arrive now when I want to sleep? I'm tired," he said, stressed out, as he opened the drawer in the office and took two guns.
"Who arrived?" Lucia asked.
"I don't know, but it's sure that they are not here with good intentions," he answered as he threw guns at the ladies with the cartridges.
"It's time to have a good fight," he said.
"I'm excited," the two said.
"Let's go," they made their way out of the office as they waited.
Very soon, guards emerged from the stairs.
"Bang, Bang, Bang," without even appearing fully, the first three heads to pop out were blown off by bullets.
"Whoa," Lucia and Laura exclaimed at the same time.
"Bang, Bang," series of shots rang out from the stair, but they already hid in a passage.
"To the rooftop, I will keep them busy," Antonio said.
With his clairvoyance, he saw that guards already emerged, spreading out.
"Bang, Bang," he walked out, emptying eight rounds at once from each gun, taking down most of those at the front before they could react.
He jumped back.
The whole place turned messy as they shot; they were terrified at the terrifying marksmanship.
