Under the countless gazes of those present, the newborn son of Patriarch Li Jianfeng of the Li Clan let out his first cry. His birth was destined to be witnessed by all, a moment that would bring forth countless blessings to the Li clan. It was a lively scene with a lot of powerful figures coming to offer gifts to the Patriarch who was holding his newborn child

Before the remaining people present could offer their gifts to the Patriarch, a bright red light abruptly engulfed the skys of Qinglong City where the Li Clan was situated, dying the clouds with a beautiful red hue. The Patriarch of the Li Clan was a very high ranking figure in Qinglong City hence when his first child was about to be born, top figures all around the city gathered to pay their respects, so in order to satisfy their requests, as soon as his child was born he brought him to the martial training grounds of the Li clan for all to see, immediately the light in the sky appeared they witnessed the origin of the strange phenomenon.
"Is that... an eye?" It was unknown who said it, but as soon as the words left his mouth it caused a commotion among the group of officials. In the sky, a giant eye ball covered the sky as far as the eyes could see, the Pupil was blood red with a few ancient text forming a wheel around it that rotated slowly, Unprecedented pride and indifference could be felt from it, like a god looking down on mortal ants.

The pressure that emitted from the eye was so strong that the weaker people in Qinglong City, spat out large mouthfuls of blood while others grew pale and were forced to kneel, the only person who wasn't affected by this phenomenon was the newborn child.
At this moment, the son of the Patriarch had stopped crying, he was staring at the eye in the sky with fascination, slowly, his pitch black eyes flicked with a red light and eventually his eyes became a perfect replica of the one hovering in the sky, a gentle red glow surrounded him causing him to hover in the sky without support.
"At last a descendant worthy of my inheritance." A loud voice boomed in the sky and echoed out through the city, "You shall be named after I, Li Tianyan and shall bear my legacy."
As soon as the name Li Tianyan was uttered, the heavens reacted, auspicious signs of dragons swirling around a pair of bright red eyes similar to the newly named Li Tianyan's appeared, the dragons seemed to be worshipping a god as they respectfully maintained a certain distance from the pair of eyes.
The Patriarch of the Li Clan was stunned stupid for a while by the words he heard, his eyes widened as he immediately kowtowed with a loud shout. "Founding Ancestor!"
As soon as the other members of the Li Clan heard what their Patriarch said they followed suit and kowtowed to the eye in the sky, in ancient text passed down in the clan, it was mentioned that the founders name was Li Tianyan, an immortal who ascended long ago, before they could recover from their initial shock the eye began to shrink rapidly and condensed from its original Qi form to a solid necklace with an eye as the pendant which then attached it self to Li Tianyan's neck.
"The last essence of my soul in this world will soon fade now that my final wish has been fulfilled. For now, I'll watch you quietly from here as you grow." Soon the booming voice in the sky faded into nothing, the only way one would know that something had happened here was if they were to look at the sky, cause for a while, it remained tainted with a beautiful red hue.
After the eye disappeared, everyone stood up and looked at the newly born Li Tianyan in awe, it was obvious that he had been blessed by the heavens, he was bound to be a dragon among men, one that would create waves wherever he went.
As the radiant light faded and the echoes of divine songs receded, Patriarch Li, still kneeling with reverence, slowly rose to address the crowd that was left in awe.
"Esteemed guests of the Li Clan," he began, his voice steady but filled with emotion. "Today marks a momentous occasion not only for my family but for all of Qinglong City. We have witnessed the birth of my son, Li Tianyan, and the blessing bestowed upon him by our illustrious ancestor. Your presence here is a testament to the bonds we share and the strength of our community."
He paused, letting the weight of his words settle in the air. "However, as we celebrate this profound blessing, it is essential that I take my leave to ensure the well-being of my family. I kindly request that you return to your homes and allow us this time to embrace the future we now face."
With a gracious bow, he continued, "Rest assured, your support and friendship mean the world to us, and I look forward to celebrating together again soon. Until then, may the heavens bless you all."
"Congratulations, Patriarch Li on being blessed with such a son, allow me to honor him with a little gift..." The speaker was a man in fiery red robes and his eyes beamed with flames, he pulled out a glowing red sword and armor from his spatial ring and displayed it before Li Jianfeng, Li Tianyan's father before returning it to a fiery red spatial ring and handing it over to him.
"That armor was obtained through my vigorous efforts in an ancient ruin, It is extremely mysterious and valuable, please accept it old friend." Said Huo Yan, the man dressed in fiery red robes.
"Mmhn... I appreciate your kind gesture." Li Jianfeng immediately thanked this friend of his as he knew that the armor and sword he received from him was at least on par with their clan treasure, an immensely powerful weapon only wielded by the clan leader.
"Hahaha... Formalities don't matter between the two of us, just remember to keep the promise we made to each other in our youth." Said Huo Yan with a wide smile, he was so happy that one would think it was his child who was born.
"Of course, all that remains is for your wife to give birth to a woman, then the marriage alliance between our clans would be set in stone." Li Jianfeng spoke cheerfully as he chatted with his guest.
A rare treasure on par with a Clan treasure like the blazing armor was something hard to beat so of course it was the most dazzling gift that Li Tianyan received along with tons of marriage proposal which Li Jianfeng didn't pay any heed to. Soon after, he had sent everyone of and returned to his wife's side at which a very important meeting was held between the higher ups of the Li Clan.
"As everyone knows, the founder of Li Clan appeared today and bestowed his legacy onto my son... The Li Clan was a mighty Clan hundreds of years ago, in the whole of Cloud continent, we where the greatest clan known for our powerful eye bloodline abilities, the eye of heaven. That was untill the other sects decided to form an alliance against our clan over the resources we controlled. For centuries since then the clans eye bloodline had suddenly went dormant and no one could wield it untill now, Today a beacon of hope has been born into our clan, with Li Tianyan at the vanguard, our clan will soar to greater heights..." At this point of his speech, he paused and took a deep breath.
"...I called you all here to plan our return to our former territory once Tianyan matures. Today marks the beginning of a new era for the Li Clan. With the blessing of our ancestor, we have a beacon of hope in Li Tianyan, and it is our duty to support him.
"We must strengthen our bonds and unite our families and allies. It is essential that we teach Tianyan not only the ways of combat but also the values of wisdom and leadership.
"Let us gather intelligence on our former territories and prepare for any challenges ahead. Our past has shown us the importance of unity and strategy. We will rise again, reclaiming our rightful place in the Cloud Continent!
"Together, we will cultivate the strength within our clan and propel it to new heights. The revival of the Li clan is our destiny, and together, we are unstoppable!

In a small bamboo hut at the top of a desolate mountain covered in snow, a white bearded old man sat crossed leg in cultivation when a shadow like figure suddenly opened the door and reported after offering a respectful bow. "Sect leader, our spies who followed the Li clan to their land of exile have returned with news."
"Hmm..." The serene white bearded man furrowed his brows a little before inquiring, "Are they finally making a move?"
"No... Sect leader, it was as you suspected, one of their clan Ancestors left a soul shard in the hands of the Li Clan, if we had pressed on and tried to eradicate them, we would have been met with dire consequences." The shadow figure said respectfully.
"Interesting..." The white bearded old man rubbed his bald head as he said.
"That's not all, an auspicious sign appeared above the clan as a child was born, it appears that child has inherited the legendary Eye of heaven." Said the shadow figure as he step back out of the hut as if he was avoiding something.
Bang!
The Bamboo hut was turned to dust by the fury of the white bearded old man, "The same eye of heaven that person used to subdue the world, why now?" The old man mumbled to himself as he waved his hand, indicating for the shadow figure to leave.
"We'll wait for a while, until we make sure they have no more soul shards, and once we have confirmed that, the Li clan will seize to exist!" A murderous light flashed pass his eyes as he walked down the mountain while mumbling to himself.
