Klyde disabled his enhancement after his strength buff wore off. He then sat down on the floor, feeling exhausted.

"My second day here and I've already depleted almost half my suit's energy… Y'all okay there?"
"Give us a minute…" said Zorian.
"Okay."
While the others were having their down time with the Earth, Klyde carved out all the cores from the wolves they had just killed.
He kept 5 Frost wolf cores of the wolves he killed for himself as well the 3 White frost wolf cores, putting the cores in his inventory, the rest he held by hand.

"I never actually check my inventory, do I? I just throw whatever item I get in there. Speaking of which…"
Klyde took out the random lootbox out of his inventory. The lootbox was a white beveled cube and the top of the cube had golden pressure plate.
The pressed the pressure plate and the cube slowly cracked before shattering, the pieces vashing after.
What was left his hand was a glass bottle with a red substance. It was a potion.

"A regeneration potion? Now that I have the blood sword will this really be that useful? I'll keep it just in case."
As he put the potion in his inventory he had the thought of checking the stats of his Blood sword. After all, he didn't get the opportunity to check it since he was in the middle of a battle.
With that, he took out his sword and used analysis on it.

"Skills? Now how do I use these? I'll figure that out tomorrow. I'm also going to have to start regulating my mana now since since I'll using it to cast skills. Though now that I think about it, will I really have to use skills? I guess they'll be useful if I'm in a sticky situation. Tomorrow will be my third day here. I was thinking of completing my quest but I'll have to focus on magic for day three. Day four will be when I start doing my quests."
Klyde put away his sword and got up as the others were dusting off their clothes.
"Thanks for saving me guys… I don't know what would've happened to me if you didn't come." Said Dian.
"You're welcome. But honestly, you should be thanking Klyde more. Without him, we all would've died." Said Zorian.
"We should go back home and maybe get proper gear." Said Scarlet.
"Okay… You can go. I'll just we here for a while." Dian turned to the dead bodies of his two friends.
Klyde gave Zorian the cores that weren't from the wolves he killed, which Zorian gave two to Dian before the 4 head off.
"Klyde?" Zorian called.
"Yeah?" Responded Klyde.
"About what I said earlier…"

"Klyde… If we make it out alive, would you like to join our party."
~~~
"Oh… That…"
"So…?"
"I think I'll pass."
The group looked a bit disappointed for a second before quickly returning to their normal expression.
"I see…"
"Don't get me wrong, I'd like to not work alone and be in a partie. Its just that I had things I need attend to before leaving here. I'm only staying for 5 more days."
"Okay. I understand."
After that, things felt awkward between Zorian's group and Klyde. They entered their city and bid each other farewell at the center of the town before splitting up.
"I'm pretty sure I've walked passed a magic shop when going and leaving my inn. I shouldn't avoid it any further. It's time to learn some magic."
Klyde walked along the main road, passing by the adventurers guild as well a few building. He then reached the store with the label "Ember's mage store". He took a good look before entering the store.
As he entered he saw a few adventurers in the store, checking out the items displayed. The looked at the four tables at the center of the room, one with potions, one with wands, one with scrolls and one with books. There was also shelves on the walls with said items and at the back was a desk where the owner sat.
The room had a few adventurers who were checking out the items for purchase. Though everyone immediately focused on Klyde.
"Hey, it's that adventurer with Skypirian armour."
"Do you think he's a rouge? Leaving Skypirian with Skypirian weaponry is Illegal right?"
"They sometimes send out people to get info on other nations."
"With the current situation, he must be a soldier."
Klyde just ignored the people's comment and looked around for items to purchase.
He first took a look at the wands on the basic wands section. All the wands had a wooden handle with a crystal orb on the top of varying colours.
Klyde picked up one of the wands which had a red crystal on top.
"All the wands here have crystals. Come to think of it, Emily had a staff instead of a wand. And there are no staffs in this store so where did she get it?"
After looking at the staff for a while, he remembered that he still has his Analysis ability, and used it on the wand.
"+10 Magic power huh? My current magic stat is I think 22. Does my magic stat equal to my magic power is the real question. Well, that's a question for another day."
Klyde looked down at the price to see it costed 2.5 silver. He had found out that 100 copper converts to 1 silver, and 10 silver converts to 1 gold but he still wasn't sure what the coin's worth was. Nevertheless he knew he still had a lot of money and could afford a wand.
He then walked over to the advanced wands section which was the only other wand section excluding the wands at the display table.
The design of these wands looked far better than the basic wands. Some had gold or silver, others had better looking crystals and pattern designs.
He picked up one wand which had a black handle. A sliver metal line spiraled over the wand to the top and held a white crystal.
There might be an advantage to using one over the other and I don't know. I'll come back here later when I'm more educated. For now I'll go eat."
Klyde put away the wand and left the store.
