The warm morning sunlight filtered through the curtains of Maxfield hospital the biggest and luxurious hospital in T City, Two newborns were born into two powerful families. Their cries filled the room.

Richard and Maya entered the world on the very same day, the same month, and even the same year. It was as if their mothers had planned the timing of their pregnancies. From the moment they were born, it seemed that Richard and Maya were destined to share a connection. As they grew up side by side, their similarities only strengthened this bond. They shared the same birthday celebrations, blew out candles on the same cake, and exchanged presents wrapped in matching wrapping paper.

 

Their childhood friendship is so admirable, they do so many things together, play together and attend the same school from kindergarten to college. They attend schools that is only meant for royals all their life because their families is are very powerful in the country.

 

Their families are all over the country, they hold high positions and hierarchy in politics, entertainment. the bond between the two families was unbreakable, forged by generations of shared blood and tradition. From great-grandfathers to grandfathers, the torch of friendship had been passed down, burning ever brighter with each passing year. Their intertwined families were like a fortress, unshakable in their power and influence over T city - a legacy that they would protect at all costs.

 

The powerful families are scattered throughout the entire country, their influence stretching far and wide. They hold esteemed positions in every sector imaginable - politics, entertainment, finance, military, law enforcement, medicine, food and clothing. No company or industry is exempt from their control. The two families joined together form an unbreakable force, their power reaching all corners of society. Their grip on the country is unrelenting and unchallenged.

 

Generations ago, the two powerful families of Wilson and James forged an alliance with a great Arabian Mining lord, who deals with mining gold, silver, petroleum, diamonds and all kinds of mining. the wealthiest individual of their time in 1920. This union of wealth and influence allowed for the rapid rise of these families to prominence in T City. The city itself owes its independence and freedom to the efforts of these great-grandfathers, cementing their legacy and solidifying their power and authority over the years. Today, their descendants continue to hold a position of immense influence, with their names synonymous with wealth and success in T City's society.

 

 

Richard and Maya grew up together, they were betrothed to each other at birth. They were best friends while growing up, and they have a strong bond that made them inseparable as children. They attend the same schools since kindergarten and they have been treated as royals since then. Richard and Maya are the golden children of both families as they do not have any siblings, its just them. That is more reason why they were betrothed at birth, so they can continue their family legacy.

Their childhood was filled with love and laughter, and they were always by each other's side. As they grew older, their bond only grew stronger, and they became each other's confidants.

 

 

The two children grew up inseparable, Richard and Maya were a duo everyone admired. The bond between their families ensured that their childhood was one of privilege and affection.

As a child, Richard carried himself with high esteem, as he were born into royalty. He was always impeccably dressed in designer clothes, a sign of his family's wealth and privilege. He has maids and servants at his beck and call who helps him with his daily life so he wont have to lift a finger. He was even carried to school sometimes as a child.

 

As Richard was a young prince in the making, he was always the center of attention even at a young age. Every child wants to be friends with him.

 

 Maya was also a center of attention as a child, she was like a delicate flower, constantly surrounded by the opulence and extravagance of royalty. She was a young lady of the house, raised with privileges and luxury, she was raised more like a princess than a child. She was surrounded by the comforts of luxury and had everything she could ever want at her beck and call. She had tons of servant and maids who helps her achieve her princess life.

 

Growing up they were so close and maya adores richard so much that she would do anything for him. Richard an the other hand was mischievous and always dragging maya into trouble. Maya likes richard from when they were kids till when they became teenagers. Maya always cover for richard anytime he walks into trouble or when he creates trouble himself.

 

Richard grew up with so many privilege that he turned out to be a spoilt and rude kid always walking on people and bullying because he always get away with it. One time he beat up a kid till coma and just because he 

Mistakenly poured drink on him. Richard got angry and asked the kid to lick his shoe and when the kid refused, he beat him up to stupor.

Maya covered for him saying he wasn't present in the incident that he was with her when they were called in for questioning.

 

Richard and Maya are always together but they are different from each other. While Richard was spoilt, rude and arrogant, maya was a disciplined girl raised by her grandmother who trained her with morals and respect. Her love for richard makes her question her morals and his terrible choices. But still the like each other and always keep each other company.

Their families are always proud of their bond and often spoke of the day their children would officially unite their legacies.

"They're made for each other," they always tell themselves with joy and hope in their minds.

 

But their friendship was put to test and turmoil when richard decided to go overboard on maya thinking he will get over with it just like he does with every other things he did.
